Yes this is nice, a bit of Bridle creeper starting to get established, give it a few more years and the natives will be overwhelmed, tftc.
This one needs a check. Container has a hole in the lid which is being filled by a tennis ball.
Away for a few days to the west coast to clear up some caches.Day 1 Adelaide to KimbaDay 2 Wudinna to CleveDay 3 CleveDay 4 Cleve to WhyallaDay 5 Whyalla to AdelaideThe weather was excellent for all 5 days and the nights weren't too cold for the swag. Thanks to all cachers who placed and maintained caches for me to find. Not much of a view anymore.TFTC
Left Whyalla RV Camp this morning and now heading to Cleve but a stop in Cowell first. Slowly making our way back home to SW of WA, 10 days until home.Weve set up at the Showgrounds and now time to grab some caches, and since weve left it till mid afternoon the kids are getting off the buses. So time to do out of town caches.Definitely no views now. Container needs ASAP attention, its brittle and contents will get wet when it rains. Didnt read previous logs so didnt realise container was a problem.TFTC
Day 5 at Cowell and today we had Cleve in our sights. A quick find here. The container is a bit perished. Log is dry but needs some TLC. Unfortunately we didn't have a replacement with us. TFTC
In the area for a caching catch up so came out to check out this Panoramic View, could hear thunder in the distance and the sky looked a bit dark out to the east. Container showing its age, so put upside down so if there was rain it wouldnt get wet inside. Thanks bubbles8 for this cache
I’m sure when this was first put out the views would have been spectacular
No views now.
But thank you bubbles8 for the cache
Cache is cracked so it was full of water. I have emptied it but next train it will fill again. Book soaked have stamped

Touring around the EP on holidays, travelling from Pt Lincoln to Cleve today. This cache was one that was found today. A nice spot up here for a cache, couple big spiders too. Cache lid is a little cracked and contents are a bit wet.

Whyalla - Cowell - Cleve
We did a few caches along the road today, where we found it suitable to pull over with a caravan on.
Drove around Cowell looking at the highlights of the town
Have now settled into the amazing camping area at Cleve.
Washing done, we cached around the town area & one AL completed.
Some great cahes found in some interesting areas.
Thankyou to the CO's for placing these caches.

Another day on the peninsula of air, dodging water, with the froghoppin twosome and with Purrfect Di and Jack cleaning some of the colourful little blobs from our geomap. Off we went to finish cleaving a cleaver and a few more new caches too!
Managed to drive quite close to this one and walk the last bit! The view was nice glimpses between the trees - we're guessing the view was less obstructed some time ago. Tipped some water out of the cache.
And bubbles8 we thank you for hiding and maintaining this cache on our ever growing SA geo-map

Driving around wherever we can - searching, spotting strange items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guyess or plain old dumb luck
Plenty of the luck stuff actually !!!
*All the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*
---
Danger! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, floodwaters, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]
Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside
Heaps good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Much appreciate you reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!

Another cache found during our 2022 South Australia adventure using Geocaching as our guide.
Most caches were found without issue and where necessary damaged containers and wet logs were replace.
Thanks bubbles8, we had a great time today.

After competing in the local parkrun we decided to spend some time in the area caching, most were quickly found with a couple involving a short search. Great views and plenty of wildflowers

Out for some more caching fun around Cleve this morning along with ilook4geo. We had a good run and enjoyed the country roads as well as the town hides. This was an easy cache to find and all was done to keep the paperwork in order. Thank you to bubbles8 for placing this cache which we were happy to find and be able to claim the smiley.
Went out hunting for more caching treasure today with goingplaces2 while staying in Cleve. Had a good day and enjoyed most of the finds. Name was added to each log and all was replaced as found. TFTC.
Good spot, however the container and plastic bag aren't in the best condition
We parked at the start of the track and walked to the hide. As we walked we noticed that a range of little wild flowers including Billy Buttons, were already in bloom. We spotted more as we took the track up to the lookout. Unfortunately the trees have grown so that the view from the lookout is restricted. After a trip up the lookout steps we followed our GPS to GZ where we quickly located the cache.
The container is brittle and the lid has cracked in several places. Although the contents are currently dry further deterioration of the container could result in the contents getting wet. A replacement container is needed.
Thanks for this cache bubbles8 it is certainly an area worthy of a cache.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
Currently in Cleve, camped out by the weir. Weather today is not very nice, cold and bleak, and it is Sunday, so Cleve is closed! What else is there to do? Go caching again of course.
No view from up here now, all overgrown. Cache container needs love and attn, as it is cracking up with age. Thanks for the pleasant drive bubbles8

Bumpy ride both ways on the track but a quick find at the top. Great views on a very chilly and windy day.
Day 2. heading in the direction of Port Lincoln for some 4 x 4 caches in the national parks and the kayak caches down there. Also targeting letterbox and earth caches on route plus the odd multi. Staying in Cleve for the night. The tent is up and caching around before dinner.

Travelling Australia since March 2014 it has been a while since in SA but enjoying this visit greatly.
Currently staying in Cleve today we headed out to explore the local area using Geocaching as a guide.
Wherever we found a full or soggy logsheet we replaced it with a new one.
No view today due to the rain. Picked up a TB to keep moving.

Hi there bubbles8.
We found your cache **"PANORAMIC VIEW"** at 1:51:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 13913.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the local area today. We usually start the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then take a route mainly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. Todays plan was an attempt to "clean out" Clever before heading back to camp at Cowell.
We ended up finding 20 & DNFing 0 caches today.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around two metres from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Cache needed some maintenance, so we made the repair and restored the cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

It took us a moment or two to discover the driveable dirt track up to this area, but once we did the cache was easy to find.
Found whilst on a fabulous Easter long weekend caching trip with CPwanderer travelling from Adelaide to the Eyre Peninsula.
Today has been filled with much of the same as yesterday - fun, laughter and lots of crazy caching adventures [^] ....as well as flies (that were very friendly and seemed to like riding in the air conditioned car with us), HUGE and hungry ants (ouch!), a large nest of spiky caterpillars, cute little kangaroos and even having a close call with a DEATH ADDER SNAKE - keep in mind I was with CP!!
Thanks for the cache bubbles8

Off on a caching adventure with GoodLook on the Easter long weekend!! We had perfect weather and, for the route we were taking, surprisingly little traffic! Our target was the Cleve Cowell area althouth we started way before this. Our biggest challenge was the lack of anything open, apart from roadhouses, on the Friday and Saturday!!
Great views indeed!!!

Found by Mary & David, in company with pprass (signed as m & p), at 1420. Stayed at Cowell last night. Today, we made our way across to Cleve to do the local caches, then back to Cowell again. Hints of wattle appearing. Trees are obscuring the view now. Our thanks to bubbles8.
Found at 2:20 PM GAFF1 in the company of maccamob. We signed the log book as "M&P".
A nice little walk into the bush protected from the wind, but at GZ there was no view to be seen. Must have been different 8 years ago maybe?
Thanks bubbles8.

Almost a drive by, took the track, parked the vehicle, found the lookout, encountered a scattered shower, then found the cache. Cache in good order. SL Then headed off for the next cache. Thanks Bubbles for the cache.
Somewhere off to the side of the winding woad, I found a place to park the geomobile and wend me way along a track
Said track took me to a path that wended its own particular way to a structure, lost in the bushlands to the north of Cleve [:o]
The view from the top was a misty one this morning
I could just see Cleve and Arno to the south, but not much more [:o]
So I retreated back down the steep set 'o' stairs to ground level and went off in search of a cache
An easy find with no muggles to mind [^]
TFTC, I took the "Putter's Rockcrawler" trackable with me

What an awesome weekend! JLWE at Cleve
Dennisc52 was kind enough to allow me to travel with him and throughout the weekend, I found 54 or maybe 55 caches (along with also beta testing in situ a 35 cache meat cleaver) and attended 4 events
Taking non game caches off of our GPSrs yesterday obviously helped our team stayed focussed as none of us knew there was a cache here then...but we did today
I don't remember walking here but then again, Dennis was driving so maybe I didn't

Found this one during the fabulous June Long Weekend Event. We placed one of our temporary caches on the structure just to the North of the cache... if you can't see it go and have a look!
Day 1 for the BAM team at the June Long Weekend Event.
The BAM team (brisal5, Aussie M&M, and mogni) arrived overnight, and after a restless night were ready to tackle the JLW Event. Today was the day of working up a strategy by studying the playing field and placing our cache installations. We also managed to fit in some caching.
Initially we went the wrong way and had to do some back tracking to this one.
Hmmm.... this is going to be awkward if a number of teams end up here at the same time on the JLWE. TFTC bubbles8.

At Cleve for the June long week end Event and meeting other caching teams the weather is fine this morning, we had bacon eggs and snags for Breakfast cooked by Geodad then cleaned up and time to go find a few caches in the area. So lets see how many we can find. Geodad and Geodaughter went for a walk Geodaughter took a photo of the sun going down on her ipod, so she came back to the Geolux to get the camera by the time she got back the sun had gone down behind the hills further. so always take a camera with you as it only take a short time for the scenery to alter. A nice quick find while travelling around the Cleve area, caching and JLW game creating with DeltaDucks. A very interesting location. TFTC
A nice easy find on a drive through the area with sharkbait2005. Certainly a nice area to visit after some recent rain. After not being found for nearly a year then cache has taken the effects of the sun and is brittle. Needs replacement cache placed.TFTC
Took a drive from Cowell to Cleve to see the sights and pick up a few caches on the way.
A great little cache in a great spot. The cache container has a broken lid and has water inside. I turned the container upside down to prevent water getting in for now.
went out at daylight while the others were still snoring up here for the field days tftc good drive up here got to look out for the woolly jumpers that hop accross the road tnln container had a little water in it emptied it out and dried cache log book fine happy caching travel safely.

Made a sharp turn and proceeded up the dirt track. Could be a Windy Point Lookout type spot for the Cleve locals. Or is that down the road at the Mangalo tennis courts, or around the back of the Silo’s [?]
Any how, I got the camera out and took a few shots. I’ve uploaded one of them here. Indeed, a panorama in every direction, except to Mangalo.
Clear skies and out thanx to bubbles8 from TeamAstro.
Found it, couldnt see much of view trees were in full, and loads of ants around. Took polar bear left bumble bee
