This was a popular spot with walkers, joggers and cyclists this morning but there was soon a break in traffic and I was able to dash in and find the container. The log is quite wet, but I was able to add my name still and took a photo just in case.
Thanks to Rimalard for placing this cache.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that regular visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by 22nd July,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 22nd July). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, it is likely that I will need to Archive it on the basis that it has been abandoned. Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the instructions posted above.

A well-placed cache!
Nice sized container, although very wet inside. Perhaps a new container is in order?
Took kangaroo TB.

Thanks for the cache. It was a little damp inside, including the log book and the various treasures. There was a trackable here which we took (and will log tonight) and we left one in exchange.
Log book needs to be replaced a long time ago and someone was kind enough to place a sheet of paper.
Even that is running out of space so I have placed a part of a notepad.
A bit worried about marking it for maintenance just in case it gets archived.
Awesome spot for a cache.
Thanks

We were ambling along the path and I stopped at a likely spot, signalling to the geokid. He was onto it straight away, an easy find today. Tftc!
Excellent. One of those old school caches placed by someone who isn't terribly active anymore but supports the community by keeping watch over the cache. Although I didn't need this for my placed month calendar I'm pretty sure there would be but a handful of caches still in play for May 2008 in Victoria.
I made a bit of a hash of this one as the GPS was leading me to another spot on the bridge. For future finders, if you're having trouble locating this one, read The Welder's log and stand back for a moment to figure out where that would be.....

A nice quick find. I was a bit nervous about the long grass in the area though! Tftc
Today we explored the area of Templestowe and surrounds using Geocaching as a guide.
We picking up a few caches and this was one of them. An easy find at GZ after finding an easy parking spot.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Didn’t expect the size of the container. Enjoying this bushwalk in the scenic location with my daughter thank you
We found this a few months ago, at about the fifth attempt. 13yo gets impatient when dad leaps off his bike to search for the caches, leading to extra finding attempts over time.
But with the inducement of some lollies we negotiated a slightly longer hunt, and the cache was soon found. TFTC

After hiding under a bus shelter on a very wet day we decided the rain wouldn't stop us. Geodog with us to get some exercise too and maybe sniff out a cache. After not much luck today and my smallest geochild cracked it we gave up looking.
Back on s sunnier day with brighter children.

Having parked here to venture up the nearby hill climb, I soon discovered the lagoon and sweet picnic area. I thought it looked a great spot for a cache, and well what do you know?? There WAS a cache here!
I wandered to a likely spot and found it without any issue. It is in great condition. But while I was signing in, a heap of muggles passed by. I felt exposed but they didn't see me. The location of the cache is thoughtfully positioned to provide ample discretion for the finder.
Thank you very much, Rimalard.

A muggle couple were behind us so slowed and waited for them to pass before going back to make the find.

OCW Mrs A and staying just across the way in the Tourist Park. Nice day for a walk and to attempt some of this series. The occasional muggle on foot and by bike passed us but with plenty of time in between to be stealthy.
As reported the log is full, however we had some note pad paper which we signed and left. Visited a TB. TFTC Team Yarra.

OCW Aries44 doing some of the series on foot. He has done most of the gabbing in his logs so I won't say much . However really enjoying the series. TFTC Team Yarra.
Was doing what the hint said but no cache. Then as I got back up, the coords had moved further up and I made the find, thanks!
As 'j' started to look a swarm of old ladies came out of no where 'i' was quick on her feet and daid we were looking for a dummy that 't' took off 's' a 5 minute conversation followed lol
Thanks for the cache!! Found by j but all of the jits318 family were here waiting.
Cache in great condidition!! Better than alot that arent disabled when should be.

Out for a morning walk with Geo_Ruby14 and GeoBaby on my back. Nice hide, quickly found and retrieved by GeoRuby14. GeoRuby14 undertook some cache maintenance, adding a new pen and inspecting the log. Log is fine, lots of room at the front where I signed. A really good one, cache on!! TFTC
Cache check: plenty of room at start of log, not damp. Added new pen w/ @jg9172
Bunjil, thank you for the note on my cache. It is disappointing that you went straight to disabling the cache over the lack of a pencil. Dispite numerous finds since a mention of dampness you have simply assumed that there is a problem with the cache. I am not in a place to visit the cache by your deadline so do what you must. I would comment that it is exactly this type of heavy handed bureaucratic tampering that ruins our hobbies.
Guess it is time to move on from this one.
Not that it matters, I shoud be able to do something by the end of November.

### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log. It leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer weather proof. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
A basic tenet of geocaching is that **the cache log needs to be signed to record a find,** see here: [Logging of All Physical Geocaches](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging). At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)
Please respond to this situation by **13th September** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

We were less than keen on touching eight legged cache guardians so we bravely poked at a few things with a stick before finding the cache. When we did find it, we bravely poked that with a stick too. We were almost at SAS level bravery today. We deserve at least a sticker, or maybe a smiley face stamp on the hand. The log was rather full and a bit damp. Could use a maintenance visit
We had walked a fair distance and ticked off around about 10 caches up to this point so I was as hungry as a savage beast and needed to sort out my blood sugars with some food. I didn't have enough energy to have to do the "HOLY SH*TE THERE'S A SPIDER ON ME" lunatic dance so I made a half ditch effort to do some searching with my reverse camera, which turned up nothing. Then vividrogers made the call that she'd spotted it. She bumped the cache from its hide with a stick and I caught it on the other side. We signed a rather soggy log book and didn't trade any swaps. Once we got back on to the trail I devoured a huge stack of pikelets and was good to go again. TFTC
Didn't take too long to find this one after checking a couple of spots. Main logbook is full, as is the replacement, and both were damp. Found a spot to sign but some maintenance is probably in order. TFTC.

Out and about with Rystar grabbing a few caches on this cloudy Saturday arvo.
Whilst on the search for this one we crossed paths with a old geo buddy.

Today was a busy day around the Yarra, cycling almost 20km with a great team of caching mates.
With several of us looking the caches along the way were found quite quickly, giving us more time to admire the river and its environs. The logs were generally signed as "Team Yarra Expedition 4" to save space.
Several of us headed to GZ but it was gmj3191 who made the find for us here. And soon we were heading for a well-earned lunch break nearby.
Thanks, Rimalard.

Out on the Yarra Expedition with a whole bunch of crazy bike riders searching the banks of the Yarra and the surrounding streets for some great caches and some history along the way. This is stage #4 of our mission to ride from one end of the Yarra to the other and the scenery is awesome and the effort into some of the caches is second to none ....
What a great little spot along our trip...Took a few minutes but the find was made and signed as the team...

Having missed out on the previous Yarra Expeditions due to no Treddlies Jnr and I decided to go along for the ride , a great day out to meet other well known cachers and do some fun finds in an area I'm not Familiar with ,will be back for a more casual ride
Found this cache as part of the Yarra Expedition Part 4, Westerfolds to Warrandyte. A great turnout, awesome bike ride and sunny day. We loved bashing around on the mountain bikes and all the entertainment we had from the lads stirring each other all day. A massive thanks for the cache placements and making this possible!
Found during The Yarra Expedition Pt 4.
Riding a bicycle gives a whole new perspective to this wonderful city and it's waterways.
A friendly bunch of riders, lots of laughs today and many great caches found too.
We sat and enjoyed the surroundings and took a short break here.
Pumped up a bike tire for a passer by.
Thanks for the cache Rimalard.

Today I found myself riding along the beautiful Yarra river. I was taking part in the event "Yarra Expedition 4 " . With magnificent weather and a great bunch of fellow cachers, it was the perfect mix for an awesome ride. There was a nice variety of cache containers and some clever hides as well. A very enjoyable day was had by all. I don't fancy going for a dip in there !! TFTC Rimalard
Today we joined The Yarra Expedition Pt4 bike ride from Westerfolds Park to Warrandyte State Park with a great bunch of cachers to grab closeby caches while enjoying the scenic views along this diverse river and not to mention having heaps of fun and laughs as well.

This cache was found during the Yarra Expedition #4 organised by Jacko83. It was a great day, and we had a large number of attendees who all enjoyed it immensely. For most caches there will only be one entry in the log book, Yarra Exped#4 or similar as there were too many of us to all sign.
I was the lucky looker. I picked a likely looking spot, followed the two step hint, and voila, there it was.

A drive by this afternoon had me at this location looking looking... looking... FOUND!
A bump on the head notwithstanding, all signed and happy, although there were no TBs here to be found so Kangadrew's Scarab Stamp made an impression on the logbook.
