Glad to find this cache today as I had tried previously at night without success. I had felt all round the place but spotted it when I contorted the right direction! I wasn't going to let it beat me again! Thanks Bedmaker for this cache!
First one for the day. We are over this way to do a day's geoing with hatzofff and friends. Tftc
We noticed another oldie in the area so made a detour here to pick it up. We had to do a u-turn to find a good place to park then I headed across the road and made a quick find. Tftc bedmakerTGFind #5363
Despite its being a day with drizzles on and off, we decided to go for some caches.I can confirm: we got dirty, but: We found this cache and signed the log.Tftc Bedmaker
Great hint towards a tricky find if you’re not in the right position. Great for anyone looking to work on their flexibility
Thanks for the great cache and adding to the dirt on my hands

I spent a while searching where I assumed it was... then read hx & soon located with some hints I found therein..T4TC:-)
Public holidays are perfect for geocaching. Not a muggle in sight. Found this on my second try, this time in the first place I looked…why is that? TFTC (and the challenge…)
I found it with gxybuddy … thank god for brave girls who put their hand where they can’t see.
bedmakerTG I found your cache Brendale #3 on 6/3/2023, 3:00 pm. This is my find 4815 and find # 10 today. Found it after a bit of a search and help from the hint. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN

My phone kept telling me it was in super overgrown grass and I could be bothered to go in there as I was on my way to a family dinner
I’ll have a better look next time

Day 24, week 4 of 5 weeks holiday.
Rockhampton Queensland to all over South Australia, Victoria, NSW
At some point in the last few days the new Signal the frog event has started.
We have rescued him from a forest and then a swamp.
By the looks he’s now stuck in a cave. Someone should give him a compass.
400 points so far.
We only have time for 1 cache today and as the one down the road is MIA, this is it.
Circling once around the block we figure out a good place to park.
A short walk to GZ and I get distracted by a plant I wasn’t expecting to see.
Buttons hates it. A fern that has thorns worse than a rose bush, it will take over any garden if not properly maintained.
I have a couple at home.
She is already poking sticks into cobwebbed holes by the time I start paying attention.
I start helping out by looking into the obvious spots and there is nothing.
I look at the tree…. If I put a foot on that railing and push up that way…..
Not with the top railing the way it is and chances are that’s how it got in that condition.
The log, hmm there is a rock down there.
Time to start poking my hands into places that I can’t see into.
A quick walk back to the Ute and I return with my leather tradies gloves. Let’s get stuck in.
A short search and I have it in hand.
With the amount of DNF’s on this one, I feel a bit proud that it didn’t beat us.

Nice spot for a very industrial area. Rather overgrown. Hasn’t been found for many months, who knows if it’s still here
I read the previous logs whilst walking to GZ and prepared myself for a lengthy search, but amazingly it was in the first place I looked!!
Thanks!!

After making a find nearby I decided that the middle of the night would be a good time to attempt this one. Thought I knew where to look but found nothing. Again, back to the old logs for clues and then it occurred to me where it was. Put my hand straight on it. Very clever spot. TFTC
We were driving to Leathebowler / MummaBear’s we decided we needed to go to the local shops to grab a few things for dinner. We realised that we had not been back to find this one after a DNF when we were still newbies. So, we set out to find this one and turn it into a yellow smiley face finally after coming here previously and unfortunately coming up empty handed resulting in a Blue sad face on out maps.
Before leaving the geocar (track my adventures D78QWZ) we re-read the description, the hint, and the previous finders logs. We set off to walk to the GZ. DFC was directing us where to go. So, we started our walk over to the GZ, talking about where the cache could possibly be located. We got the GZ and started our search for this cache. After reading the Difficulty and Terrain, we contacted a friend who had found this recently and she confirmed were in the correct place.
Thankfully within the minutes the cache was in our hands. We added our ink mark to the geocache log and replaced the geocache exactly as we found it. Then we headed back to the Geocar for JLK to start writing this log.
FINALLY FOUND THIS CACHE!!!!
Thanks for the Cache Bedmaker
Thanks for the Hunt.

13 May 2012. What’s significant about that date? If anyone would like to scroll down, you’ll see it’s the date of my last visit here!
I think this must be surely the longest gap between DNF and find of my entire geocaching career: more than 9 years. I guess I just don’t get up here too often, and when I have, parking looked tough.
A Saturday afternoon turned out to be a great time to visit, and I was prepared to get down and dirty. I decided to trust the coords and that turned out to be a great idea.
Cache and log are both are in great condition. So good to make this one a smilie at long last!

18/5/21 Find #4794
It is one of those weeks. One where things go wrong and you feel exhausted at the end of the day.
And where you just don’t want to do anything else once you’ve knocked off work and headed home.
But there was still dinner to prepare, and not only that, there was a cache that needed to be found today - a traditional was required to fill the second remaining square in my traditional calendar (the final one sadly tho not able to be done now until next year).
A check of the map, and an old trusty cache like this one seemed the best option and pretty much the closest to home to fit the bill. And hopefully in the dark would be the best time for a cache like this one with such a busy road. I think this is possibly why I have not actually stopped and grabbed this one before, either way, I was grateful for it tonight.
So while waiting for Fangsoki to turn up, I began meal preps. Once he arrived, we headed off and he dropped me at GZ while he went looking for a spot to park or to at least just do a loop, expecting that I’d possibly find the cache quickly.
Well that was never going to happen. I had dismissed the previous DNF, thinking it was possibly just due to inexperience. But once I began my hunt, I realised perhaps this was going to be more challenging than expected.
I checked here. I checked there. I checked more and more and rechecked.
Fangsoki called and I said I was having trouble finding it. He decided to find a spot to park the car and walk over to me, and in the meantime I checked a few images etc to try to glean anything that might help.
He arrived and I said I was expecting this sort of spot because of ____. And we both began searching again.
Then I decided to attempt a slightly different approach, and all of a sudden, I let out that squeal of delight. I had found it!
That was much trickier than I had expected!
With log signed we made the journey back to the car and home for dinner, me rather pleased that this one was now a smile on my map.
Thanks for the cache bedmakerTG.

Nope didnt find it. Had a good look around the tree and even under the footpath but nothing
I finished work for the day rather early today, so what else is there to do besides going home and continuing with some jigsaw GeoArt I've been solving over the past few days? Geocaching of course! I didn't have anything planned, so I just grabbed a couple of caches that were close by and went from there. I started at Aspley, then through Bridgeman Downs and finally finishing up at Albany Creek.
I was about to drive past when I thought I should have a look for this one, so I parked down the road and walked back to have a look, I wasn't sure what I was looking for or where. I had a good look around for a few minutes, but I couldn't see anything, so that's when I decided to PAF to get a hint. Ahha! I would have never of looked there. Finally found!

Tftc. Came here a long time ago and came up with nothing. Today made a quick find.
TFTC! Looked around the area for a while before following the map to the spot
I sent Captain Vimes to check out one area and got a negative. Checked out another area and noticed something back where I'd asked CV to look. Quick find. Thanks for the cache
It was grey in the city out on patrol. Gods.... stinking hot too. I’m sure the ants at the University are getting bigger.
Found with Quesera on a lovely day of caching thank you for placing this cache here for us to find
Another older cache found beautiful big tree. Thanks for taking me here. TFTC
Quick find today while out and about to complete the mystery at the museum event. Tftc
I made a new account and just ticking off the list ones I've previously found. Would have been sometime in 2008.
I thought today’s public holiday might be a good chance to try this one and I was right. Minimal muggle traffic! At GZ I was not having any luck so turned to the previous logs for clues and found it soon after. TFTC
Had a friend that could not find, so made a quick spontaneous trip to try again. Both found it at the same time within 2 minutes this time
Early morning ride to find this cache, which proved a little more difficult than anticipated. After digging in all the wrong spots and distrubing a cane toad, and crawling around on my hands and knees, I eventually spotted the cache! I must have looked very odd to those passing by, especially when I was jumping around trying to get all the black ants off me! Thanks for the fun! And TFTC!

Definitely not a quick and easy find by the Magnificent 7 v 2. Took awhile so I helped a bit.
I was one of the drivers, plotting the next route/cache.

Attended a Straylia Day Event close by and 7 keen Cachers went off in search of some caches. Parked nearby and started looking. I have searched unsuccessfully last year but today's group effort proved successful. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
On completion of the 'Straya Day' Event a plan was hatched together with RoddyC, hatzofff, Imbunda, E_Smiley, Monchichi1, patrol14 and myself to collect several caches in the local area. Co-ords were spot on which made for a quick find for the group.

Driven past this a million times, today as we were heading home from a morning adventure Gcoven stopped here so I could clean off my Brendale map. A nice quick find, which was great for the stinking hot morning.
Today I caught the train to Strathpine station and took a 13 km walking round trip to pick up some caches which had desired attributes to help towards qualifying for some of the stats hound challenges. This cache was on the way so I stopped off to get it. Quickly found with excellent coords. TFTC
coords spot on. looked from one side and it was on other. Thankyou for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
After some grub and a glass of Sauvy at the Eatons Hill tavern (no public holiday surcharge) we were heading home right past this cache. Many moons ago my daughter and I came for a search but it was night time and we ran into some friendly toads and the search was aborted before it began.
I was reading some previous logs at lunch because there are only so many times you can say how good the wine is, and felt I was armed with the information needed to make the find. At GZ I got down into the dirt and after checking all the possible locations except the correct one I was a bit grubby but proud to have spotted the cache.
I ran around for a quick feel and the cache was in my hand. Time to go home and put our feet up and have some more wine. tftc

Gorgeous tree at GZ, which provided us with shade from the searing sun and sufficient cover from the passing muggle traffic. Armed with clues from Squirrellette's activity reading, I got down low and onto all fours, which enabled me to, firstly, see this cache, then it was a matter of walking to the opposite side to retrieve it. Fellow cachers may wish to note that the container is magnetic and we found it at 2m from GZ.
