This cache has not been found for a long time & the CO has not been on the geocaching site in over 18months. Maybe its time for this cache to be archived so that one of the local cachers that is prepared to replace it can place a new cache here.

This cache seems to be missing, It would be good if the CO could check to see if it is still there.
Very friendly cat at the lookout....had a good rummage around...sooo many possible hiding spots...no luck for us, enjoyed the visit anyway....thanks Bezerker
Been back three times this week to find this one. We have been all over the GZ, searched on both sides of the fence
And not been able to find it. Others comments indicate it to be over the fence, if this is the case, It should never have been placed there, especially now as some
of the wall is crumbling down the steep slope. One commenter asked to take this cache over, that would be a good idea as long as it is placed safely. Otherwise it should be archived as no one is maintaining it.

I am keen to maintain this cache, I have a suitable container that would be similar to the previous one. I have also found a spot near the original hide, that would avoid people needing to climb the fence. I will redo the co-ordinates and get in touch with the publisher to attempt to transfer this to me.
Our 1st DNF today.
[red]We spent quite some time here at around 2:17:00 PM, but we couldn't locate the cache.

We spent quite some time here today. without success.
This cache hasn't been found for quite some time and the CO hasn't accessed the Groundspeak site since 29 July 2013, and his girlfriend (Hide-ee) hasn't accessed the site since 17 April 2009, so we figure they aren't active any longer.
We think this would be a good opportunity to free up this wonderful spot so that an active local cacher can place a maintainable cache here.
Could a reviewer please temporarily disable the cache pending a response from the cache owner?

Our 2nd look for this one & again we couldn't find it. Maybe the next time we are in Tamworth we will have more luck.

After arriving at GZ i was greeted to the beautiful views from this location and then the hunt began however we had a couple of Muggles hanging around near gz so a stealthy look was the best we could do then to our surprise one of the "Muggles" jumped the fence and started looking around the rocks. then it was noted that the second "Muggle" was looking at an app on her iPad that looked somewhat familiar this of cause caused me to ask the age old question "are you guys looking for the same thing we are?" with a grin from them both Yes was the reply. so then the hunt was on after a couple of Mins looking all over GZ and referring to pictures and logs and finding some similar items that appear in the pics located away from gz in the downward fashion. a broader look was started unfortunately no luck but just as we where about to give up i spied something lurking in the bushes a small way away and yay the cache was in hand, then it was time to do the honours and sign the log and replace the cache in its rightful position. what great afternoon we got to find a cache and save it from being lost and we got to meet some Cachers from SA.
Log book is a little damp and may need replacing soon.
Nice spot

From reading more recent logs I understand where we should have been looking, but it seemed to be a bit far away from GZ and didn't fit the description. Oh well, may be back.
Found this while visiting the Tamworth Country Music Festival for the first time. Great spot. TFTF!
Found while here for the Country Music Festival. This was our first cache in town, and a great spot it is too. We could see where we had to be, but I walked off as there were so many muggles wandering around. Mrs BG tipped off one of the kids hats and the next thing I heard from at the car was "dad, can you jump the fence and grab the hat"[^] She is such a great geowife Soon had the cache in hand and signed all in between muggles.
Thanks for the Cache and Cheers from Browngang

Nice spot, but I wasn't prepared to climb the fence to look for this one. And besides, I got cornered by some very chatty muggles!
would suggest that the hide be moved. A fence has been erected and it is illegal to climb the fence. Can I suggest about 50 meters south where there is no fence.
Visiting my god daughter I took her geo caching the day before only because her mum made her go! Now she wants to know what's near by so this is our first stop and with some help of others we soon found this one! Great view too!
found with one of the smucklettes, during a great day playing guitar in the park. tftc
Just as I was about to get sad about a dnf I found this little sucker! TFTC
A quick return trip thismorning after having way too many muggles there yesterday afternoon. Did however observe an echidna doing its thing directly below GZ
In the early morning glow, quickly had the cache in hand and signed.

No luck for me today, like jodz said, it has been re-cemented,
I have photos showing the work done and think it must be gone.

A chilly start to the morning but pick it up after a short search, cords had a 6 m error but might have been the cold! Took the fish and left a pin. Tftc.
Found with MajuraHathi. Lovely day for a cache today as we thought we were in the company of other cachers, who had a GCA sticker on their campervan. We hung around hoping that we would meet, but that didn't happen. Love the view anyway.

At the end of the York Cup hockey competition, we went out to see the view of Tamworth. MajuraHathi said there is a cache here. Some muggles were around but we found it ok anyway. TFTC. [^]
Came to the lookout with Cleared For Takeoff for a muggle free find this morning. Enjoyed the expansive views over the town from here. We were glad to have the place to ourselves!
Thanks for featuring this great spot with a cache.

We looked and looked and looked.
And were extremely careful to hold on.
There were a few muggles there but they were too busy kissing.
My son found it after a little while and it was soon signed and put back.
Then we spent lost of time trying to work out were nanny lives.
And watching the mouse/rat in the tree near by
Thanks for the Find Bezerker

Yay, another find for SJBS and kids, this one definitely for the adults, watch out for steepness below. Great cache!
With two attempts, rats (eek) and holes in rocks (where rats live), we decided to leave it as it was too daunting a task for the geohubby as the geowife would not go outside the safety fence at all
took a little while between muggles coming and going but managed to find, found with geopartner, log a little damp
Our GPSr had us at a rock wall outside a fence in an area that looked like you should not be in. Judging by the destruction of the rock wall where our GPS was pointing we were not the only ones to look there. Hopefully it is safe and sound not where the GPS was pointing today.
Thanks anyway Bezerker the views were worth the trip.

I am frustrated with myself that I can not find this. Perhaps I need a geo buddy, or a different hint
Hope to find it one day

2nd attempt. Have to admit that we used a spoiler photo for help though. Watch out for rats!!
be sure to wear practical walking shoes.
didn't find cache but did find a memorial to someone's angel

Found with MickDoobiewhopper Lots of muggles but we waited patiently then it was in our hands! TFTC
Hi Found it at last, this is muggler haven they are all over the place. Good hide plenty of places to look. TFTC.
Too many people! This is the second Easter I have passed this way and been unsuccessful.
Too much muggle-attracting-obvious-searching and shouting by a large group of geocachers.
Lots of people around today managed to look casual climbing rocks (somehow) TFTC
Was dissapointed not to grab this one due to its location and the amount of muggles there today. There are a 1000 better locations here which wouldn't compromise the cache if an attempt was made at it . I had to walk away without a good look over ther fence.
It is a shame to see so much damage to the wall, I would like to think at it is not geocachers but I am certain that it is. SL TFTC
We thought searching early on a wet, cold Saturday morning would be just the time to have a second go at this cache without being overrun by muggles, but they were still about.
Despite this, we managed to get the cache in hand without too much trouble this time around.

this was my second attempt, dodging the muggles is the hard part, it seems 1 car leaves another arrives. nice spot
Great view. Hard find. Funny were it looks like fellow geocachers have excavated a gaping hole in rock wall
#11: Admired the view until the only muggle in view took off. Then it took us a while to find the cache as we had the wrong idea as to where it would be. But found it none the less.
Embarrassed to say how long this took to find & we used to couple of cheat pics too but hey got there in the end!
Found while completing a trip around the north east of NSW with my family for the State challenge
