Nice natural walk, but stream was totally dry. We visited this park in very windy weather, so we afraid of falling branches, but we survived and found this cache. Greetings from Czech republic and TFTC!
What a beautiful location.A credit it to the community. Found on last day of 5 week holiday for World Cup. Loved the country . TFTC

Enjoyed the walk to this one. GZ seems to be a bit away from the given coords. found it after widening the search area. Quite a lot of activity here recently I had to move several large tree sections to get the cache. TFTC
Revisited with granddaughter of Southern Flyers and left the Happy Hopper TB. I know the Happy Hopper wants to go to theme parks, but apart from Splash Planet where she came from, we don't have any others here, so thought this reserve would be a nice place anyway. Lovely reserve.
I'm 5 years old and I'm visiting HB from Queenstown ally by myself, to stay with my grandparents who are Wilkie Walkers. I loved this reserve and all the trees, flowers, birds and stream. Wilkie Walkers left a Happy Hopper TB in the cache.
I stamped the log and had fun making Nana read the signs to me. Took nothing, left glass butterfly. TFTC
Eventually found a way in (in hindsight I should have read the description!). A pleasant walk in drizzle so no one around. TFTC.
A nice walkway. Liked the quirky signposts here and there. Havelock North can be proud of its parks and walkiways. Was a wet day and there were still others walking and children polaying in the rain.
Loved the walkway. Another couple of cachers arrived while we were here too. TFTC
This was a surprising cache hunt. I surely never would had never travelled along this walkway were it not for geocaching. There wasn't much water around when I visited; I assume things have changed since. I loved the signs.
Found with grace_elisabeth, lovely place

Found with Lizid11! Gorgeous area, even if there isn't much of a stream. Have swapped tiki for Travel Bug DTGJET Happy Easter!
we really enjoyed this stroll, reading the plaques identifying the trees, a lovely quiet piece of paradise.

We were most impressed with this secret walkway, which made for a very pleasant evening walk. The cache was quickly located as the top was exposed. We re-hid it better in a way that any geocacher will easily find it. Thanks - recommended!
Exceptional!
Hidden gem of a place
well worth the walk
Hope the cache is still there as we followed the clue and surrounding area
but no joy.
Did however get to nose at a opossom trap which is a first.
Will keep an eye on this log and if anyone finds it then we shall be back.
Cheers SnS

#564. Saw the cache exposed as I was walking towards it. Covered it before leaving. This is a great track in the middle of suburbia, thanks for bringing me here. TNLNSL, TFTC.
Good fun thanks guys, this was our first attempt at Geocaching and we had no idea this beautiful walking track even existed

Lovely stroll up the "dry" river ... i-phone coordinates were slightly off, but hint helped to locate. tftc agtrotter.
Did not need to do much searching as it was not covered and could see it very clearly. Spot is a bit exposed as next door they are burning stuff so please be careful replacing as it can be seen if not covered. Covered before leaving. Did not see any trackables in this cache.
We are from The Netherlands and visited the Te Mata Winery. We had some time available for geocaching and decided to do this cache. After a nice walk over the nature tracks we arrived at the top of the mountain. We had a quick find of the cache. TFTC. TB in.
passing through Havelock North... what a lovely walkway following a nice little stream.. we'd have never found this if there wasn't a cache here.. took Ben (TB).. and shark wasn't in the cache... TFTC
We are back in business. Although in a slightly different location as reflected in the hint.
Indeed it does appear to have disappeared .
I will Endeavour to replace it as soon as possible.

Lovely walk thru what used to be an unpassable gulley full of 12 ft high weeds and blackberry. Has really changed since I was a teenager who used to wag school and smoke pot down there.... I mean, read bibles and have chior practice. Alas, I think the cache has been muggled. Was unable to find after extensive searching. Did manage to find my virginity that i lost there all those years ago tho.
Couldn't find it. There were a couple of council guys all over the place doing pest control. They were hanging round right where I thought it might be so had to wait for them to go. Had no luck finding it. Might pop back another time.
Lovely walk up the stream inbetween the rain showers. Failed to locate even after deciphering the clue.
Lovely walk through the very dry Karituwhenua stream valley, easy find thanks to my astounding knowledge of Latin. No actually I read the previous posts and looked it up. Left shark TB and took seahorse. TFTC.
Nothing found, maybe because we didn't understand the hint ... not good in Latin

A very pleasant wander along the stream, such as it is at the moment. It looks as if this area is very well maintained, love all the signs. A quick find at GZ, TFTC

Had a little trouble finding walkway, but was a really nice walk. Quick find at GZ as was quite exposed, left more hidden. SL TFTC
I tried to find today with no luck. Thought I would have to leave the area with 2 DNFs, but alas, our hostess was determined to help me out!!
Took TB....ps I think I have created another geocacher.

A lovely visit and a short, peaceful walk. Thanks for the cache and for bringing us here!
what an interesting well hidden place. Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance.Loved the names beside the native trees. Unfortunately the stream bed was totally dry.Great place for a cache. thanks
Lovely little surprise walk! Enjoyed this one, intrigued at the letterbox on the trail! TFTC.
What a great spot. Plums sampled from numerous trees along the way. Have driven past here many times without realising that this walkway existed. TFTC.
Wow I really enjoyed this one lots of birds about today, enjoyed reading all the names of the trees
toeagles out searching with Grandparents and little eagles in tow. Lovely day and a great walk. Beautiful park, we've lived here a while now and hadn't got around to visiting it. Took marble and nailpolish and left Samoan coin and Travelbug-Hanz the hiling Gnome.
What a great little stream and plantings. I bet even some of the neighbours don't even know about this little gem of a walk. I'd partly been put off this one, why would anyone want to visit a jafa! Glad I changed my mind. - pirate ear ring, + hockey badge. Thanks for leading us to this wonderful spot - the boys sneaked a couple of acorns just starting the sprout roots (plenty around) for our garden, perhaps John and Yoko would be pleased?
had a good day out caching with the cuzzies and tribe of 4.. there are a lot of places you would never find without this sport
Interesting cache - we eventually found it without resorting to the hint but the GPS was a country mile away - reception was dreadful. Nice spot for a walk though. +/- nothing, TFTC.
Second time lucky. I forgot the hint the first time and we lucked out. A beautiful reserve well looked after and a great walk. Out a plastic crawfish and in a spinning top.
Very inaccurate GPS today. Just started searching around the area and eventually found it.
3rd cache of the morning in the hawkes bay, parked car on te mata rd and went for a wander, workers were doing some work on the track today as i came through, found nice and easy.TNLNSL TFTC
A beautiful sunny still Hawkes Bay day, Lovely walk up the stream, easy find with Garmin60 GPS.
First find with iPhone as out and about for fathers day and thought what better way to celebrate than find a cache with the kids tftc

Nice sunny Hawkes Bay day.
Quiet little park nestled in a well looked after gully.
My wife often runs through here as part of her training.

Found the nearest entrance, past the daffodils. What a lovely hidden walkway. The stream was just a trickle today. TFTC.
