Hi Kaztrekka,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed as well as to remove it from search listings.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain will not be archived.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. Alternatively, what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**When I next check on the cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as request above, the cache will most likely be de-listed (Archived).**

Took me a little while to locate but great find! Had no idea this place existed with a bit of fascinating history about Bendigo
This is an interesting place we’ve been enticed to to get a cache. It’s such a sad story of the family who are buried here. , but typical of many new pioneers around the district, even our own. I quickly found the cache before finding out about the history of the location.
Found today, great little bush part, that i did not know existed.
thanks Kaztrekka for the GC

Definatley a cheeky find great spot cache has been put back in it's position
With a barking dog and a man in the nearby yard we were very pleased that we had a good reason to be in this park. Without this cache we would never had known about this memorial, it sounds like the family had a tough time. SL TFTC
Great to see a site like this being preserved - a small window into our past when things really were hard. TFTC.
Found with becca85 & boo09 on our way to a house warming. TFTC, sorry for late log.

My best mate has bought a house so off we headed to Bendigo for the housewarming party. Obviously a detour was made to nab a quick cache with neisha07 & boo09 in tow. This was a nice quick find by Neisha and we had a look at the memorial before heading to the party.
Such an odd sight to see in the middle of the more modern houses built around it.
We look forward to converting some more smileys in this part of Bendigo now that we have an excuse to travel this way.

Found very early this morning on a quick trip outdoors before work. I'd heard about this grave but had never been there. please to see that the new residential area has not encroached on the history of the area. thanks Kaztrekka for making us aware of this grave site and the plight of early settlers to our state.
Clever cache! .. do not disturb the grave as it is not at the grave.. happy hunting
Good condition, small search with scattered direction on compass, but slowing down found it easy enough
A Pioneer Cache
From Queensland to Victoria, I travelled here for work,
And since I'm here, I'll find a cache, a handy little perk.
I checked the list, I need to find an easy one to do,
I'm short on time, so where is one that’s easy, with a clue?
And then I saw this little spot, that really did appeal,
A gravesite hidden in a place the suburbs now conceal.
My name now added to the log, I head back to the car,
Thanks for hiding this one here, a favourite point by far.
Mr Esky.

Found with 8yo geoson whilst we were doing some after school caching. Great hide!! Deserving of a favorite point from us. Thank you for the cache
Team DKMD found the cache easily and enjoyed reading the interesting information about Ninnes grave. And seeing the burial site. TFTC
An area we were unaware of in Bendigo even after all the years we have lived here, what a sad story
8840 and 25th of 36 found today.[font=Verdana] [Green] Lots of history around Bendigo and that's one of the attractions of caching in this area. Lots of highs and of course many lows. Very sombre. [/Green]
Thanks for the cache [Blue]Kaztrekka[/Blue] and the respect. [font=Verdana]

We found the cache today and unfortunately it needs a bit of loving.
We found the base of it on the ground, the top was nowhere to be seen and the log was jammed into a corner of a nearby structure.
After signing the log I replaced the cache to where I believe it was supposed to go. Unfortunately without a lid it won't stay waterproof for very long. I used a stick to try and jam it in close to its hiding spot in order to keep it dry, alas it won't last for long.

What a day.
I made the big trek to Bendigo today in order to get myself ready for work which starts back tomorrow. Need to get some new clothes because apparently turning up naked is kind of frowned upon. In order to remain in the good books with the boss and avoid the long arm of the law clothing needed to be purchased.
The 4 year old Cache Monkey decided to come on the trip with me today. So we loaded up the ute with all the necessities (popcorn, pretzels, water, GPS.....not necessarily in that order) and drove in to do battle with the big smoke.
After purchasing new shorts, new boots, some double sided tape and pencils and colouring in books (the Cache Monkey loves that stuff) we headed home.....after the obligatory coffee (me) and milkshake (her).
Whew. With all that under our belts in a few short hours we decided that to clear our mind of the money we had just spent we'd grab a cache on the way home.
Ninnie's Grave has always just been a sign that we passed as we come into town. I assumed that it was kind of like Nanny's Grave in Warrnambool. I was kind of right but also kind of wrong.
After we worked out where to park (two laps of the block) we wandered to GZ. Good coordinates soon took us to the cache.
Alas half of the cache container was found on the ground, the other half was nowhere to be seen and the log was jammed in a location on a nearby structure.
I signed the log and tried to set the cache back in its position (well where I believe it should go). It's not perfect (without a lid it will invariably become wet).

After spending the day with Tyred n Cranky in Bendigo doing some Shopping. we decided to go and grab a few caches.
After tea and heading home, the decision was made to make a short detour to grab one more cache.
while the cache was a quick grab, the local dog in the area was making a lot of noise, it may have been to the time that we grabbed it one.

A day's trip to Bendigo to look in the shops re Boxing Day Sales (First time we've been to these sales) and also to spend some time for caching. FUF009 came with us for the day.
After tea and heading home we decided grab one more cache that was short of on our way, with a small detour. Surprised to find that this place has stood the test of time in this highly new populated area.
