I'm pretty sure I found the spot but it looks like it got muggled away.
Cache hasn't been found since Dec 2013 and the owner didn't log-in since Jan 2014. I think it's time to let go

I'm pretty sure I found where it SHOULD have been, however nothing was there.
Stopped in for an early morning look to find what looked like a new load of mulch on the area I suspected the cache location to be. I checked the hint but didn't want to use the torch and draw attention to myself so no luck.
Is the cache back in position? I'll watch for it's confirmed replacement and visit again during daylight hours.

Found with Team Pyne, came back today to write in the log and it has been stolen!!!
Down for the weekend from Sydney...finding some local caches...what a pretty park this is...great hide too...there was no travel bug inside it as stated...T4TC
Last time I came here a muggle was having a lunchtime nap at GZ but today no one was around. Quick find, signed and replaced. Also left a car TB to continue its journey around the world. Missed out on getting a new TB as someone grabbed it a few days ago and was going to take it to Japan. TFTC!
In Melbourne for the grand final an d a nice morning walk to recover. Dropped a trackable.
Our GPSr was misleading us a few meters. While enjoying the sun, we had a look around and spotted a potential hide. Et voila, there it was

Found in the gloaming with MysteriousMrX. An easy find if you can avoid muggles. Took TB and dropped off Violet TB.
A trip down memory lane. I used to sit in this park at lunch time when I went to Swinburne Senior Secondary, and tonight I wandered through it with CuriosaCollins.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
I've had many a picnics and beers in the park pre-knowing what geocaching is so this cache brings back memories. Excellent spot and I dig the myki in the cache. TNLNSL. thanks for the cache!
Day 15 of the 31 day challenge and I was catching up with an old colleague for lunch nearby. I was able to quickly find this one and took the Koala tb. tftc
Nav was a bit out but easy find with clue. Thanks, good to stop by my old uni. Tftc tnln
#766 - 09:20; Arrived early for a meeting, so took the opportunity to grab a quick cache and drop off a TB which I picked up in Sydney earlier in the week, but which is making its way home to Victoria from the UK. Found the cache fairly quickly, signed the log and did the TB drop in plenty of time to make the nearby appointment. TFTC mwilliam
Easy find on way home from work tonight. Not sure that it is a 3 star, especially with the hint
Thanks for the cache Team Auburn. Let's hope your muggle rate can stay low for a little while.

This had been muggled when I arrived but all important components were next to hiding spot. Signed and replaced cache. Although the park was not packed on a Monday, there were still enough passers-by to feel exposed. TNLN TFTC
Found it! Nearby for a workshop this morning so decided to get outdoors and found a cache as well!! TFTC SL

Well spotted Sal-Amanda... So seriously thought it was just the shaft to the sewer point!
A fairly easy find for myself and my GeoGF, with no muggles about. When we walked back not an hour later, the place was swarming with them. Chalking this one up to incredibly lucky timing. Cheers for the cache!
Sat in the park on the rocks today and played with my phone to avoid muggles while I found the cache, signed the log and replaced it. Couldn't find the trackable that was supposed to be in here though. TFTC.
I was just out to find puzzles today, but I walked near enough to this one that it was worth the detour.
A very peaceful park - thanks.

We had an appointment at Swinburne Uni's Babylab and decided to see what cache's were about. Great hide...log book is a little soggy and is being muggled by snails lol. its slightly eaten but I was able to write in it. Dropped an ambo guy trinket and took nothing. The park was happily approved by geokid, had a lot of laughs with him after this find. After a torrential down pour earlier, the sun came out at the right time. TFTC.
Finally found, last visit their was a muggle convention going on.
Nice size cache, signed log, took two TB's

#330 a nice quick find while out that way shopping for books.
Turns out my sister got a readings bookstore voucher for her birthday. We came to the store around here because it showed more books as in stock on their website. While there, I remembered to check for a cache. I saw this one nearby, and got my Mum to take a short detour to get to this one. After arriving around GZ, we started looking. After reading the hint and widening our search, we found the cache. We got it out and took it a few metres away to sign the logbook and trade tbs. it was dark, and although there were a few people walking dogs, I don't think anyone saw us.
We took the only Trackable that was in there and left a few in its place.
Thanks for the cache, nice camo. TBs enjoyed their visit.

After life getting in the way of a decent caching run it was great to be out with PantherX, Burge and Water Monster.
This was success number 12 of 15 on this outing.
Thanks mwilliam

Find 639 at 22:51. I was out on an evening caching run with Big Blank, Burge and Watermonster. In all we ended up with 16 finds for the night and this was find number 13.
We were having a pretty successful run and hadn't had a DNF up to this point so we weren't ready to let this one escape us. While it took about 20 minutes to locate the cache, we eventually managed to find the hide. There were a few muggles wandering around and the close proximity to nearby houses made it a little harder to search.
Thanks for the cache, mwilliam!

Two_Drews, Pete the Clown and myself were doing a string of caches in this area following the earlier flash mob event. This one found us in a very green park and luckily the GPS took us to a quieter section so we could search unhindered. Pete was onto this one in a flash with his magellan.
The log in the cache must be very attractive to snails, as they had done quite a job on it, leaving it looking a bit like swiss cheese, but it was still functional for signing.
Thanks mwilliam for bringing me to this lovely park. I didn't see the rocket, but I remember them as a child. It's been a while since I've seen one with a slippery dip from the top. Public liability ruins everything!!

After the WWFM Event, I went for a long walk with GazaC and Two Drews to knock off some of the caches around the area. It ended up being a long, very fun walk back to where i had started my day with a lot of different caches and puzzles found along the way. Thanks to all the owners of the hides.
My gps to start with was spinning around the park under the trees and pointed us in the wrong direction. Though GazaC decided to jump into the bushes anyway while i let mine settle and walked over to where the cache was hidden.
I dropped off the Halo Brute 1 TB here too.

Found while on a caching run with GazaC and (for the first few hours) PeteTheClown. The 17 hour run was bookended by the two WWFM X events in Malvern and Northcote and was completed on foot with an occasional tram ride.
My thanks to the CO for bringing us to this nice park and for providing a good-sized container.

A nice easy find with no-one around until some kid saw us opening it and told that someone peed in it. We made sure he doesn't know where it is. Thanks!
Thanks for the muggle advice last cacher. Interim recovery made, container and log book recovered and reinstalled.
Note the Camo has been damaged and visitors need to take care reinstalling it until a permanent fix can be made.

Noce quick easy find whist in the area to find an unloved cache. We cleaned out the site the container was sitting in a bit so it fitted in better.

Along the way to the 2012 Victorian Cache of the Years awards event decided to cache thru the area picking up a few puzzle and other caches which were still to be found.
A nice impressive hide a style which always impresses me. TFTC Team Auburn and good spot for a cache.

A bit of a later start this morning with my mate, SedgwickDave. The main event today was the Victorian Cache of the year awards event, but we wanted to pick up a few puzzles that had been solved in the Hawthorn area. The weather was looking like it was going to be a scorcher, so probably only morning caches today.
This one had us tricked for a while until Dave spotted something unusual and bingo, there it was, I had walked past it a couple of times in the search.
Thanks to mwilliam for the cache. TNLN.

Came here for a late night cache after getting ice cream from the nearby cold rock. Quiet a few people in the park at about 9PM because the weather was cooling down. Had to wait for a few pet walkers to leave but had the cache in hand soon after. A nice hide that blends well. TFTC
Dropping off Tommi Mäkinen's STi Travel Bug. He's come from the cache "Rock'n'knoll" so I felt is somewhat appropriate to drop it in my first ever find, similarly named "Rock'n'roll"

Arrived in the park together with Pathfinder24 after dark and had to wait for a dog walker to pass by before we started the hunt. Did not take long before Pathfinder24 discovered the clever hide. We got the log book signed, cache put back and were on our way again. Thanks for the cache mwilliam! Another date filled in my "Finds by Found Date" stats .
I used to love having lunch here during my uni days! Thanks for dragging me back up here, it's such a beautiful little park in the middle of crazy inner city suburbia.
Found @ 18:20. I decided I needed a cache today to get the 12/12/12 souvenir. I had hoped to attend one of the events taking place but work commitments put paid to that plan. Just before leaving for the day I checked close by caches and spotted this one, which I'd previously dismissed as a likely candidate for suffering a muggle infestation.
Driving past on the off chance found a parking space opposite the park entry, quickly followed by cache in hand.
There seem to be some log entries made by muggle finders, but it is nice that it has not been trashed.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Team Auburn.

Hot as hell today but close to this one today and after a few attempts in the past when it was muggled I had to try it today. My young son and I made a quick find as it was quite exposed. Being a good size we decided to remove some of the material below the cache to it could rest out of view as I feel the CO intended. Much better! TFTC SL
Met up with some friends new to caching, and took the kids to the "Rocket Park". They had a great time, and my eldest was wrapped to find the relatively large cache. Took stapler and necklace, left 2 happy meal toys. Also deployed 2 munzees in the park. Thanks.
