Good Day,
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
GeoCrater

Unfortunately this cache seems to have a very sad & neglected history.
Since March 2016 there have been numerous logs stating that the cache is wet, yucky, waterlogged, water damaged, saturated, broken lid, needs new container & booklet, lid cracked, cache damaged, needs some repair, log damp & full, full of water, full of ants, log saturated, Ewww!, drenched & disgusting, mouldy mess, gross, all ripped up … & more!
There have also been two Needs Maintenance logs in Oct 2016 & Dec 2017, neither of which seem to have elicited a response from the CO or a Reviewer?
So, at least 2 & a half years of neglect with no response whatsoever.
Perhaps it is time to Archive & stop giving geocaching a bad name?

Winter the Geo-cat needed a day out, as did Mr & Mrs VC, so we decided a short run across the bridge would be a good way to start our day & pick up a few solved puzzles & assorted other caches.
It's always a little sad & disappointing to find a cache in such poor, unloved & unmaintained condition as this one is.
Made our mark & replaced cache remains at ground level with a little camo.

After an early morning walk off the Jinker Track I was making my way to Maccas for a beverage and some paper work. I stopped in for a quick hunt.
Closing in I could see a suspicious pile but I had to wait for a lady walking a dog to go past. I tapped on my phone a bit and threw a few imaginary poke-balls and she smiled at me and said “treasure hunting?”. No need to keep up the ruse.
Unfortunately the cache has a big hole in the lid and the log is like rock hard candy. TNLNSP. tftc

Box has gotten very wet and gone mouldy inside but my 4 year old was so happy to find it. Thank you
Unable to sign mouldy mess, tipped the water out and replaced lid best I could then covered with some camo to help protect from further waters. TFTC
There is a hole in the lid of the container and the container is full of ants and the log is saturated.
We found this cache fairly quickly however due to a hole in the lid the container is full of ants and the log is so wet that it is unable to be used. We placed our sticker inside the lid to confirm that we had found it - but the cache needs maintenance badly. TNLN TFTC
Found it. It is in a really good spot i have walked past it sooooooook many times.
**# 17026** Found on the Qld leg of our 2017 winter escape trip.
A perfect warm Autumn day for a drive around for a few more caches.
Hardly any muggles around and mostly not too difficult hides.
Log is damp and full, needs replacement.
Thanks for the cache AmbulareSimia,

Cool. Our first geocache (with my fearless leader 5yo daughter) swapped it for a Green Lantern mini fig. I expect many many good times ahead
So my daughter and mum and I decided to have a look while we were in the area ... This was only our second hunt and our second find ... In less than 24hrs I have gone from skeptic to addict and now definitely going to continue .., this site here needs a new container and a pen or pencil as the container has a broken lid and the log book looks like it may have suffered from the elements of the weather .., we did not take a treasure but left a Lego man ...
Our second geocache we were on our way to the vet and we thought let's go geocaching and we found one it was so exciting this is our second geocache

Log is in need of repair and getting moist. Lid of cache damaged, might not keep the elements out for much longer.
Out with the kids. Nice easy find for them. Took gold coins, left green bug and doll. Log is in need of repair and getting moist, replaced into clean zip-lock. Lid of cache damaged, might not keep the elements out for much longer. TFTC.
Found it! 2nd Cache . I think your logbook is running out of room. Otherwise, great location.
Found with geokid. Everything inside waterlogged. Left paper in clip seal bag for new log. Left red star.
Out for an afternoon of bike riding and kicking the footy with the family we decided it was time to find this one again. Previous attempts were hindered by an older phone with a not so good GPS. With help from geodaughter we found it a bit worse for wear. The lid is cracked and after recent rains the contents are saturated. We didn't come prepared with pen and log was a bit wet anyway.

Nice little park, plenty of muggles so some care had to be taken when retrieving and singing the log.
TFTC! Waterlogged but managed to get some scrap paper to write on! Not much to swap with but really fun and interesting to find! Hope to see this again someday!
Yay. We tried to find this last year without success. But got it today!! Like others said..water damaged.
A second attempt at this cache found it after a few minutes, so easy now can see it. Cache is waterlogged and very yucky!
