Tftc On holidays with family. They did the theme parks and I chose to geocache with a local friend.
Picked up a few caches around Warwick, on our way back to Landsborough.
We found a great variety of hides, all in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, darth trader, for us and others to find.

Date found is approximate because I forgot to log it at the time that I found it.
I had to abandon my first attempt due to muggles (possibly Wilderbeasts?) milling about .
I like the family friendly aspect of this cache. TFTC

Found at 0921 after attending the C I J event held at the summit and on our way home. Quick suburban P & G. TFTC.
Was expecting a tricky search but pleased to say located the cache quite quickly given that the sun was well down. TFTC
I had time to grab another pre-breakfast cache and when I saw that this one looked like it actually had a Trackable in it, I made the journey across town to have a look. Arrived at the location and, after my GPSr settled down, made a quick find. The Trackable was inside (which was quite pleasing as they are so often not there...) so I swapped it with one that I was carrying.
Thanks Darth Trader for this cache.

Checked up on this cache today. It has survived well, and received a clean up. Dropped off a trackable and some swag and a pathtag.
Took a couple of trackables with me.
Thanks for keeping this cache alive folks.

I had finished my christmas shopping so we were heading for home when mum decided we needed to drop off the TB's we have had too long now. This was an easy find. I saw it as we parked. Log signed I replaced a bit better.

A quick find that Mr Beetle had in hand before I was even out of the car. No sign of the cache watchers today but 1 muggle did walk past unbeknown to us while we were returning log book. Thanks.
Found this cache at 2:55pm while in town for a few days before we head home to the Southern Highlands of NSW after travelling around outback Qld and Fraser Island for a month.
Left: small tennis ball.
Spotted it from the car, we have covered it up.
Thanks dearth trader for the hide. Nice neat cul de sac.

A well hidden cache, but felt a bit conspicuous with houses all around and only us in the open.
Thanks darth trader.

Up from brisbane to look after nieces and nephew while the next one is born. Waiting for a friend's labour to progress, so I filled in some time geocaching!
Easy find. Right about the park...lame! Nice cache though! TFTC!

Initially i was a little concerned with where it looked to be and that I had seen it from the other road. I almost decided to go past it, however thought I may as well make the drive past just to see what I would be faced with.
As it turns out I am faced with but one option and that option is telling me to just do it and sign the log. So that is just what I choose to do.

Not quite the location we were expecting but what a great idea. Nice urban wilderbeast hide. TFTC darth trader.
Found as part of our post new year trip north from Newcastle to Warwick. Well we were surprised when we looked at the listing for this one and seen a very familiar name on the CO list as DT now reside within the same general area as our home base. Due to past experience we were expecting something tricky, it turned out to be a nice easy find with an amusing name that had us chuckling as we drove away. Thanks for the Cache.
Angus the Westie here. I wasn't sure what you meant by a 'sneaky' cache. I thought I would have to stalk up to it quietly in case it moved around. What I found was a wonderfully innovative cache. How clever. How neat. Only thing was, after sniffing it out, I had to get Lis [my grey nomad carer] to actually retrieve it. My obstacle moving abilities are somewhat limited but then again why have a Carer and do all the work myself? Thank you for this great [and easy] cache.
On our way to Toowoomba after spending a few days in Stanthorpe and this was on our to do list. Quick find which we like.

This was the 6th cache find in our caching run today at 11:20.
(So this is our 5226th total find.)
A nice cache, and a quick find. We cleaned out some rubbish and replaced the snaplock bag.
Took: Nothing
Left: Micro container
Thanks darth trader for the hunt today.

9416 kms travelled in 21 days, one awesome eclipse observed near Mt Carbine in Northern Queensland and 712 cache finds, including a small handle of FTF's.
This was a trip I'd been planning for over 12 months with the main reason being to observe the solar eclipse on the morning of the 14th of November. I had decided to drive to Palm Cove and back, where my penthouse accommodation was located, while the rest of the family flew up and back. I love the drive and the unknown adventures that lay ahead; and I even think the last time I did one this big may have been for the previous eclipse in Australia which occurred over SA.
Apart from the great experiences, awesome scenery, and the characters met, the other reason to drive was to also do some serious caching, with the plan to stop at some power trails along the way including the Fruit Run and A.S. series near Stanthorpe on the way up and the Mid North Coast Wander series, just out of Port Macquarie, on the way back.
I had five days to travel each way with ten days in between spent in Palm Cove holidaying with my family. My route up took me from Melbourne to Tocumwal and up to Glenn Innes, through Toowoomba, Rockhampton and the coast road to Cairns while my route back was a bit more erratic. Heading from Cairns to Townsville then via Charters Towers to Rockhampton. From here it was through the amazing mining region to Roma then across to Dalby down through Stanthorpe (again) to Armidale, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga, Tocumwal and then home - phew.
Today I finished off the fruit run cache series in Stanthorpe and picked up a few other caches along the way before continuing north at about 1:00 pm, heading for Rockhampton. I got as far as Goomeri where I stayed the night. I parked at the end of the court near GZ and after a quick scan of the area and saw that there were no muggles about, shot over and soon had the nicely hidden cache found. Signed the log and quickly moved on. Thanks for the hide.

What a cool little hide. Found on our way home after spending a great weekend on the Granite Belt caching. Thanks darth trader
Found at the beginning of the year on a fairly hot steamy day and forgotten to log. We enjoyed exploring the parks of Warwick though this one was abit overgrown but happily green. Thanks Darthtrader.
Doesnt pay to assume in this game. Saw a traffic island in distance at previous find and assumed this was it. Once we found the correct one it was easy.
Out and about with teamdfl for 2 crazy days of hunting
GPS was a bit off, so we thought we had parked right on top of the cache Read the hint and zeroed in to make the find. Some neat work went into the hidey-hole. Took the paththag, thankyou! Very pleased to find it, as I thoroughly enjoyed another of your caches today! TFTC, darth trader.

out with IolantheK on a mission to Warwick today. Not sure where the name came from for this one. GPS was off a little, but it was found with the help of the clue
Cache check. Almost 3 years old now. I topped up a bit of swag. But the tb that supposed to be here is missing.
Quick easy find by geoson on our Warwick caching day with brownsnakemob.
Thanks for the cache darth trader.

Parking right next to this Geokid (8yo) found this immediately. A nice little cache hide. TFTC
This was a great cache. Found a while ago and took my inlaws back to show them what it was all about.
We had time to look for a few caches around lunchtime as we came back through Warwick - this cache was one of them. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of this very well constructed cache and hide. The contents were in good condition. TFTC darth_trader.
We had retrieved the cache and moved away to sign the log when we were accosted by a very exuberant but friendly K9. Was this the Wilderbeast we wondered? Apparently not as it's owner then caught up with it and moved on, allowing us to safely replace the cache. TFTC.
Teaching a mate bout caching and he found this one before I'd even got out of the car. TFTC
Accidently forgot to do the Action on the TB that I left when visited on 14/4/12.
I searched under ever stone I could see and after "a while" found the fun cache and all the neat swaps. I took a mini shoe horn and left a bag of marbles from a cache of the name on the bag. Also left TB This caches would definately be great for kids. Great effort.

My geo hubby said he used to wander these lands as a lad and his grandparents owned the land all round there before any homes were built. Apparently the area had orchids and lots of bush and was considered far out of town.

We parked on Bracker Road and walked across the lame park and ended up in a spot we didn't expect. There is parking nearby. We used the bushes for cover to find a well constructed cche.

Was a bit concerned driving up to this on a Saturday morn. Parked at GZ...very quiet....dash for cache...sign in car....quick replacement. Not as scary as first thought TFTC.
Passing through and had to grab this one. Managed to navigate in fine and park close by. fearing a lot of rocks, this one turned out to be a very quick find. I quite entertained the idea of this one and enjoyed the hide quite a deal. Signed log and returned as I found it. Very well done, TFTC
We are visiting Warick for a few days from Port Macquarie.
This was our first cache in our afternoon of hunting.
Took the pathtag left a bell. TFTC

Dropped in path tag. Cleaned out rubbish. Grabbed tb. Cache in good order. I'll drop in some more kiddy swag before I leave town.
Diane was able to find cheap airfares to the gold coast on a weekend that all three members of Team Crackers could organise time off. After the booking was confirmed we realised it was the start of schoolies so we decided on a Southern Queensland / Northern New South Wales inland assault instead. The Nuvi had quite a different idea of how to get to this cache (on roads that are yet to be invented). So we took control of the matter and eventually found our way to the right location. We thought we had spotted the cache container as we got to the end of the road and then started to look for somewhere to park and then realised what we were looking at. This is the first time we have ever seen a roundabout used like this with parking in the centre and think that there should be a lot more of it, especially if there is a cache so close by. The cache was located but not exactly where we thought it was going to be and was a little bit bigger than we had expected. After adding our name to the log we headed off for the next hunt.
Thanks darth trader, gazamataz and mobile SWC for a great cache.

Out caching with Triciac2 I felt a little exposed here...but no one challenged us.
Great hide...a blue care bus pulled up as we were retriving it but we were able to look inocent enough I hope..tnln
This was pretty cool, finding such a well stocked cache in full view of houses on both sides. Nicely done Darth Trader. Starting to get dark after a 100+ cache day.
