Due to ongoing mugging I have decided to archive this cache. Thank you to all who have found it.
Second time looking for this cache, still no luck. This cache definitely needs maintenance due to having so many DNF’s
26/04/2018 -- DNF -- As Arnie says "I'll be back."
Thanks for the hunt and Thanks for bringing us here to this location jkcourtz.
**The Cache**
Three other cachers have said they have not been able to locate this cache. I couldn't locate it either. We came here two weeks ago but there was some event at this location and I think they were wanting payment at the gate. I didn't stick around, u-turning and left so didn't see what was happening. Returned today for another opportunity which was unsuccessful.
**The Day**
OCW *Little Kitten* and *DustyJapserJet*. Cleaning up around The Oaks and Oakdale.
15 = 11 2 2 [8)] ½ attempted.

3 set of eyes looking for this one. Looked everywhere with Chrissy61 & Ellyse04.
Found with nissan 65 on a day trip caching. Beautiful day off work. Thankyou for the cache .
I had this area to myself but nothing found – these areas for me are a hit or miss affair when finding caches so drove up to skate area to have breakfast.
A fresh map for a fresh year…
Missing caches has been a topic of conversation recently. To rectify this, I manually checked every cache listing within 70km from home – for caches that needed “Needs Maintenance” or “Needs Archive” logs. I found that there are quite a few caches that needed attention from their respective owners or the local community volunteer reviewers. Now one month on, I’ve gone back through my bookmarked list to check on the status of the said caches.
Unfortunately posting a Needs Archived log due to lack of maintenance.
There has been a string of DNF’s since May 2017.
A Needs Maintenance Log was posted on 2nd December.
No response from CO.
No action has been taken to maintain this cache.

Any chance the CO can check on this one?
Thank you

No sign of it, but it was getting dark. Based on previous comments, it may not be there anyway.
Here for my son to play football but too many muggles! Will have to try another time.
The Geowife is amusing herself today, so I decided to binge on caches. Decided to head towards Oakville and The Oaks to try to grab a swathe of caches. Got 15, but interestingly the closer I got to The Oaks the more the the DNFs piled up.
Closing in on 4000 finds. Time to pick a target, but not today...
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I only had a short time here before the sporty people started arriving. But in that time I checked a lot of likely spots. Nothing found.
In view of the series of DNFs a cache check here is required.

Is this geo in its right spot spent ages looking just wondering if it is where it is meant to be?
Looking for a good 15 mins, 2 boys on scooters rode past us and ended up coming back and gave us a clue, thanks boys!
Spent the better part of the afternoon clearing up The Oaks and Oakdale.
Planned for 10 today but ended up taking out around 20!
Made it difficult for myself by not checking the obvious spots first.

Out with AWTYOW, geogangstas and Dwight Shrute for some school holiday caching. TFTC!
After disappointment at the nearby Oaks Creek cache we were interrupted here by several muggles. Luckily geo-gangstas light bulb moment came at the right time to find the cache quite stealthily. TFTC!
I had an AHA! moment when all the muggles were around walking dogs, training, being general nuisances, etc... I managed to do the reach and grab in a split second when everyone seemed to turn around at once. TFTC
Had to put Leo on my shoulders for this one! Lucky we had jkcourtz too do a cache check as well! Tftc
Took a bit to find, couple of muggles around so we went for a walk and came back then found it TFTC
This was one of only two traditionals picked up as we were concentrating on multis today. I am glad I keep strict notes as had forgotten to log this one.

Came down to the Oaks to pick up a piano bought on Gumtree. Nice to see a decent number of caches to make the trip even more worthwhile. I spent way too much time on this one. TFTC.
Always in the obvious place after searching high and low, left a gift in for the next find...
In a previous life lived up the road, literally , before it became a dead end street. Went to the local public school. The sports ground is home of The Oaks Tigers rugby league team who were Group 6 first grade premiers in the golden years of 1976 and 1977
Only been doing geocaching for 10 days.
On second attempt to find went though all the notes even back to when it was in previous position some years ago. Searched new coordinates last time and this without success, and as previous comment by another geocacher widened search area.banged head in one area where the clues pointed to. No luck until moving between original site and new one. Yippee.placed back where found

Found the bar in non footy season. May have been refurbished recently as no barman in site
Took us a while (and a lot of strange looks from a guy on a bicycle) to find this one. Searched in the wrong area at first.. basically where the coordinates wanted us to go and what we thought the clue was referring to. After no luck we widened our search and reinterpreted the clue and soon found ourselves poking around in spider webs and later to have CIH. Helps to be tall for retrieval. More of a micro than a small. Lovely park- The smell of the wild wattle in the air was very strong today. TFTC!
I have no idea where to look, can anyone give me another hint, this is my 5th time trying to find it
Having recently moved to The Oaks, I thought is was time to do some local caches. Came with Sensible Shoes (and the rest of the "Shoes" family) who actually made the find.

We were visiting Sensible Sis today, who has recently moved to this area. Despite the rain, we headed out to find our first cache in this part of Sydney. Mr S made the find after a bit of a search. TFTC.
Great little spot, managed to see aircraft take off too and lots of fire trucks. Guess Im just a big kid at heart.
Thanks for the cache and leading me to this area.

9728 + 1095 = 10823. Found during a run up through this region with ZZ7 and Sol de Lune.
Left Canberra at 0630 and at -5 Degrees ! Drove to Colo Vale where we started our caching. Parked near GZ and walked in. Looked in one general area with no luck. Then tried another and made a quick find. Signed, returned, and we were off to the next one.
Thanks again jkcourtz !!
TNLN - TFTC !!

Looked everywhere had a hint from a previous geo find and still nothing i think it has been taken
Based on comments and photographs posted by others I am certain I found where it was meant to be but I suspect it has either been taken or has fallen over backwards.
This is well hidden. Not in the first place we looked, not the second, but it didn't take too long. No one here on a hot Sunday afternoon, this made the search a lot easier . tftc xo
Second time lucky! I spent ages looking for this one last time I was here. This time I looked round and down and up and... aha!! Sneaky tftc
Finally..!! Found it. Great hissing spot, it had me scratching my head there for a while but I gotcha. TYFC
Despite its listed size, I suspected from the logs the type of container I was looking for and I was lucky enough to find it in the first place I checked. Nice and quiet here today.
Thanks jkcourtz.
Thanks jkcourtz.
This took long than it should have! The listed cache size threw us a bit but Zita finally came up with the hiding spot. It was fun to watch the light aircraft take off from the adjacent field - TFTC jkcourtz
Second cache for today. Didn't even think about it being Sunday morning at a sports ground, but we were the only ones there. Following the coordinates and using our geosenses we soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
Amazing, a sports field on a lovely summer day but it was muggle-free. Good thing too as it took a little while to pin the coordinates down. TFTC!
Geo dad and geo nan and myself coukdnt find it. Definitely will be returning soon for another look....
Only a couple of muggles in the area, and they had positioned themselves such that I could search unobserved. A quick find thanks to excellent coordinates. It is always nice to cross a DNF off the list. Thanks jkcourtz (and Dorik) for the cache.
Rated: for Overall Experience
Thought we would go for a drive through to Picton today via The Oaks & Nattai, picking up a few caches along the way, no real plans just a general direction. This was our fifth of the day . Had a searching for a few minutes, but spot on coords helped us to the find. TFTC jkcourtz
Hit the deserted fields mid morning with the team legends kids and searched the two buildings but were unsuccessful this time. We'll be back with fresh eyes soon though!!
I have fallen a bit behind with my logging, so just trying to catch up.
Found on Anzac Day. After checking every nook & cranny we were ready to give up. I thought of one last potential hidey hole and after jumping as high as I could I felt something. A little shorty like me had no chance of actually extracting it though. Lucky DewDanni is slightly taller! Tftc and sorry for the delayed log.
