This one definitely needs to be checked/archived with all the dnfs and hasn't been found in over a year.
Lots of trees and vegetation has been removed from area. May not be there any more.
Looks like trees have been cut down around it and I don't think cache is there now.
Hevic and I found this one with few problems - the first and only one being my eagerness and absolute sureness that the cache would be a lot closer to the monument than it actually was. We can say we found this in the snow, though the area surrounding the cache was absolutely bone dry. A great spot to shelter it from the elements. Cheers!
The sun came out so we headed out to find a few caches on the Taieri.
We had looked for this one before but there had people around so we had to keep a low profile. Today there was no one around so we were right on it.

Found cool spot not forgotten was neat shame someone forgot to log the TB that was taken Tftc!
Saw this had been enabled so it was time to check this and my new phone out and enjoy the company for three caches in the area. Not good timing for my torch to fail. But we found it all the same. TFTC
Eve07 had a new phone and wanted to check it out so a quick trip to Mosgiel was in order. I was the wrong side of the tree but soon the new log book was signed.
Container replaced. Please be careful when retrieving and cover properly with leaves or bark-chips . Extreme stealth required as this is a busy park. Rather return later if kids playing on swings or youths hanging around at picnic tables as they will go and investigate after you have left and cache will be muggled (for the 4th time)
No luck with this one today. Spent a little time with poison-dart and hannah&ted looking around for this one when the park was not to busy. Looked in most of the usual hidey holes but time and muggles were against us. Maybe next time. R-H’s
On our last full day in Dunedin we thought we would make it a caching day. Found 27 caches in total.

Was looking in one spot and about to give up when I turned around and saw it

Dropped off a travel bug. TFTC and for showing me this lovely garden. I've driven past so many times and didn't know how lovely it was.
Found it,,,, strewn all through the bushes and garden, it has been muggled, pages ripped out of log book, put it all back in place under a cosy rock by tree, will need maintainance
