Out for a solo run on the bike to hopefully complete the latest release of this series.
After noticing new drains and other "work done" at and around GZ it was an unsuccessful find (and probably inevitable) of the twenty-ish attempted today! TFTH!

Sadly I had to end my walk this morning with a DNF I'm not sure if my 8k return walk in the heat had something to do with it, OR the fact that Baby Tyler had had enough contributed to it Anyway after searching for about 10 minutes I gave up needing to get back to the car. TFTH gum-nuts, I will be back
Found with OOH YEH~ Thanks gum-nuts! The ants didn't seem to like us taking 'their' cache though :O
Quick find except it was in a ant nest and the ants werent very happy when we removed it then the hard part was getting it back again without getting covered in ants
Found it and found thirty at the same time. Loaded the bikes onto the ute and headed out for ride with geofamily after school and work. Also saw one part of filthyhippies driving his truck home along the fwy. Cheers gum-nuts
Oooooh, out for a day of caching on the deadly treadly with The Machman south of the river

Out on a very grand morning, with my buddy Tanzanite, caching exclusively by "pushy" today.
This bike hike was our second cycle trail of the day, having already completed the excellent Pioneers Trail already that morning.
This one is about an 18 km round trip, from a good parking location, a few hundred meters East of #1.
The cycle path is in excellent condition, is very flat and makes for an easy smooth ride.
The majority of the Caches were also straight forward, but still offered a good variety of containers and a very creative one thrown in !!!!
We had a great ride could of easily done another 10 !!!!
Thanks for all the Caches and the exercise.

Saw this was near was decide to get another for the day. Parked and walked to the track. Saw a few likely spots but nothing gave up a hide so widened the search a little to find the hiding spot. SL and replaced.

With iluvtrekking as a cycling buddy I set off to complete this series. After a DNF at #8, this was a welcome find!
Mr & Mrs Felix out on pushbikes for the day. (albeit electric ones)
Hmmm not sure if we were too busy talking here, or if the echo from the tunnel cut out the sound of the alarm on the GPS, but either way we went sailing past the cache and had to pull up and we chose to walk back 30mts to the cache.
We havent got a bracket for the GPS yet so it's dangling on a lanyard for now!

fourth find on my attempt to find all of the freeway bike hike thanks for the hide gum-nuts
Decided to put the Giant Road bike to good use this morning and went for a little ride to find J&B Freeway Bike Hike caches. An easy find, in the only obvious place, SL TFTC
We enjoyed looking for caches in this series - there was variety and good exercise as we completed the hunt on foot. This particular cache was found after a few minutes of searching. TFTC gum-nuts
Had to wait for a few riders to go passed but after a little bit of a search the cache was in hand

Ahhh, passed the half way count. I wonder if Geoson would notice if I turned left here and got picked up? Better stay, although my knees are really starting to ask the question of 'What do you want from us?'
Geoson made the find while I was still getting sorted. He then decided to climb up one side of the arch, across the top and then down the other. Blinking show off, his knees are OK apparently
Signed the log and headed off again. At least there isn't any wind today
Thanks for the cache gum-nuts
Cheers

Fun cycling through tunnel on the banked edges. Glad there was no one else around. Took a while to work out where GZ was. Too busy doing figure of 8s in tunnel.
I have been meaning to clear these last in the series from my todo list for quite a while now, but for lots of reasons I have not had the time, today was different, I had some time this afternoon, and it was such a pleasant outlook on the weather, I parked near the Vet, jumped the fence to the cycle track, and commenced the wander to collect the final caches in this series/ Thanks gum-nuts for a great series,
We parked as close as we could, But it did mean squeezing ourself between fencing wires, Still, Easy find, Somehow this location seemed pointless, Considering the structure its attached to..

*FTF* at about 3pm. I had walked up from the cache south of here and like that one I had to ignore the GPS as it had GZ about 5m to the south of where the cache actually was.
I did find it in the end and the log was soon signed.
Thanks for the cache.
