We had a really fun day caching around Port Lincoln with ilook4geo. Some roads gave the most beautiful views of the very green scenery, the yellow of the canola and water views as well.
This cache was one of the ones we found and all was replaced as it had been found once both names had been added to the log. Thank you to wheres wolly for placing this cache forus to find today.

A quick drive by find on our last day in Lincoln. Thank you for the placement of this cache wheres wolly find number 7367 at 19 February 2021 12:23 pm
This weekend, I joined gridge98 on a trip to Eyre Peninsula, primarily visiting Port Lincoln and its surroundings. We saw its famous marina full of trawlers, and we also ended up visiting Coffin Bay and enjoyed fresh oysters. A nice weekend with weather, and certainly a great vicinity to see.
Today, our plan was to head to the west side of Eyre Peninsula to Coffin Bay, and have lunch there. We enjoyed kilpatrick oysters (hopefully fresh?), before making our way north through Mount Dutton Bay, Farm Beach, and Coulta, and calling into Greenly Bay. We then looped back east through Koppio and Whites Flat, stopping off for a steep hike to North Block also. An enjoyable day to be out and about, with highlights being the coastal towns and views, and hills hike.
We managed to see this cache upon approach, so a quick find at this location. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wheres wolly for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Today my car was booked in for a service in town, so I tried a couple of local caches before my batteries ran flat. Once I had the car back, I headed out of town. Nice quick find. I didn't understand the significance of the cache name until later when I saw the road sign. Clarke and Lane! Nicely done.
My thanks to wheres wolly for the cache.

Our second DAY IN Pt Lincoln and it was time to focus on caching in Lincoln itself and potential surrounds. It was a cold and grey day interspersed with rain, which was a bit of a downer when compared to the sunshine of the last few days. Despite this we were able to still able to make a good day of it, finding over 50 caches, though it was also a day of quality as well with some higher terrain caches as well. It was an enjoyable day as we were able to tick off some earmarked caches before we finally finished up at around seven.

There is a brown snake living in the same stump that the cache is in.
I almost stood on it!! Only missed by 5cm or so.
I'm not sure which of us darted off quicker!

Most amazing view - We just got our puppy Marley back after 5 weeks, so we decided to take him on a road trip to deliver the very appropriate trackable.

Enjoyed the drive along the Gibb River Road Mr Bushies2 found it while I was sitting in our wagon to keep warm. Thanks again.
There was much discussion when we pulled up for this one as to whether we had already done this cache or not. Then we realised that this was one of the locations from the 10yr event that we visited.

Appropriate nomenclature here. Looked in about 10 places before looking in the right (and easiest ) one. Nice views from here but a bit windy.
In town for a few days for work and a few caches of course.
Quick grab on the way from the airport after dropping off a colleague. T4TC.

Maybe i should log my cache as being in my computer room and then find it a home later.
