Staying in Welshmans reef for the long weekend. We are going to go for a ride tomorrow on the rail trail between Castlemaine to Maldon and find a few caches on the way. It is a very pretty area here enjoying the birds and countryside.TFTC

Found as we enjoyed a lovely day out exploring with family, and enjoying the sun shine, we made the find here, signed the log and replaced as found, TFTC and the fun

Was out in the open, however have hidden this one back to where it should have been. TFTC

After Delivering a dining setting to one of our children who have recently moved to Havelock I was heading home and traveling through Carisbrook and noticed there was a lonely little cache that was just begging to have a smiley on my map.
A quick stop and a quick find I found the cache totally exposed, without the stup covering it and the lid not on properly. After I signed the log I returned the cache as it all should have been.

After tackling the new trail in St Arnaud we decided to take the long way home to enable us to complete every available side tracked cache in Victoria.

The weather today was torrential rain, so we have decided to camp tonight at the sports ground.
We needed power as the sola has not been getting enough sun.
A drive up to Maryborough to do some shopping & caching in the morning. The afternoon we drove to Clunes to do the AL & any other caches we past.
This was a great way to tour this area.

A nice cache in what appears to be an interesting garden although i must admit my torch batteries are failing and i cant see all that much. Well thats it for me today, the end of a fantastic day exploring and caching throughout the Talbot region. Thanks to all the cache owners for some great fun.

Day 16of our southern trip. Ballarat to Charlton, with Team 4 4 QLD - RoddyC, hatzofff, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947.

That sun is hot, and the day is close. Nonetheless a cache is found. As others have said, it would be nice to have a bit more of the history especially in the cache description, as all signage fades.

We were heading back from camping on our bush block and picking up some caches to fill gaps in various goals on the way home. It was clear walking through this reserve that we have had plenty of rain this year as the grass was fairly long. We would have liked to have spent some more time here and will be back to do so. We found the cache exactly where we expected it to be. The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache, Pirateute.

The team headed off to Màldon for another week camping with our daughter during the school holidays in the caravan. Our mission was to find more caches than Uncle Brendan. Not too busy at the campsite this week-campfires, exploring, Dunolly bakery visits, playing family boardgames every night, practicing driving were highlights of the week. Thanks so much to the CO's maintaining these for us to explore.

Found together at 1:03pm by Mrs Boomajarril & JK, while Mr Boomajarril had a sleep. We went straight to it and found together, easy as. TFTC
