### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
This cache would appear to be in need of owner intervention, therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when a seeker reports a problem with the cache.
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned and archived without further notice.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Reinspired by a recent 'find', I drifted past here after work.
It still isn't here...
Could the CO please inspect and confirm?

I saw this one in position (with the regular concealment) on 23/5/16. All was in order. I saw it from a distance and left it there without retrieving because I had already arranged my daily cache. I just wanted to know where this was for a quick 'cache and dash' for another day when time is short.
That day was today.
However, on my arrival at GZ i noticed that the concealment had been moved and the cache was gone.
A quick inspection of the surrounding park revealed nothing.
Since there have been no submitted logs since 23/5 I can only conclude that it was muggled.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

After a long day, why not end it with some caching in the local area. Teaming up with TeamSmokey-Bear we went on a late night hunt and came to this beautifully lot park. A very well hidden cache. Tftc
After dodging doggies & kids taking a walk, and a local muggle watching us like a hawk, we admired the red mushrooms nearby, then found our treasure after a little try. Thank you
Out for dinner tonight with BlazerTriaz and geo son and instead of going home we decided to get some caching in. Was going to be a challenge as we had no torches. Armed with our mobile phone and torches switch on we were off... Said hello to the locals that were quacking at us... At least we didn't have to worry about any two legged muggles. Located the cache and the log was soon signed. Loved the colored lights that kept changing.
Back from basketball with a big win for geocache son. Now we are off to play 'everybody's it' at the playground. TFTC.
Nice little stroll for a cache instead of sitting in the car while other half is at an appointment. TFTC
I hope this doesn't make me a bad person, as my mum is in hospital nearby.. I'm here a bit early waiting for my sister to arrive before we go to see the doctors and social worker to organize what to do for when she is ready to be released. . Unfortunately age is catching up with her..
Anyway not too many people around which allowed me to easily retrieve the cache and sign the log.
Now for hoping things go well across the park.
Cheers Gordo

On the way home from Saturday morning bedlam in Box Hill market, we decided to evacuate the car for some fresh are as the garlic shoots we had ourchased were extremely pungent. No vampires at our place tonight!
We headed straight for e cache, but came across the path with 100m increments notated in white paing along the path. A circuit of sorts, and Benjoda, Lionlord and I had to have a little race. I of course came last... However the "getting the kids running" was noticed by a passing muggle who gave me an approving thumbs up for getting the kids running in the fresh air.
Perhaps Geocaching is good for us after all.
Thanks for the cache dunny12.

My son left an important item at home today so I had to make a trip to Box Hill to deliver it to him at lunchtime.
This was a good cache to pick up as I passed by.
There were many muggles on the paths but a break in the traffic allowed me to retrieve the cache and sign the log. The muggles didn't seem interested in where I was.
I removed the scented candle from the cache as it may attract animals.

Bit of a walk for this one from the train station and return. Easy find when I got to GZ
Nice relaxing stroll this lovely afternoon. Shopping trolleys populating the grass and families the lawns.
A nice easy find before heading to the Lunar New Year Festival aka "Meat on Sticks" Fest. Box Hill is certainly changing. TFTC.
Suscoe was up very early today to make the most of our final hours in Melbourne.
We had quite a few places to visit and so we were keen as mustard to get going.
Again this morning the drizzle had set in but it was short lived and soon the sun started to pop through some scattered clouds.
The roads were pretty quiet today which we were pleased with.
A quick walk and sign.
Getting late in the day now and we still have a long way to go before we get home.
Thanks to dunny12 for this hide.

Easy find, after a dumpling date night with our friends. TFTC. Took a trinket, left something Trackable was not in there :-/ -jenqon1 & kr1st0v x
It was in its spot. Wrote user name. Needs new paper. Had some trinkets but we didn't take any.
Was a quick little find after seeing my Mum in hospital, was worried about muggles watching though TFTC
While my buddy was getting an MRI scan nearby, I popped out for a wander through this park and for the cache. I enjoyed the duck pond but seemed to attract a million pigeons as I approached - first time I ever had a flock of birds fly towards me as I approached! There was a group of people holding a meditation class close to GZ but as their eyes were mostly closed, it seemed safe enough to retrieve. There was a large snail and five small spiders on it so it took me a while to open, being not a fan of spiders. Cache is starting to get a bit mouldy inside and I didn't see the TB.
This was one of many caches I found while visiting Melbourne for the mega event. TFTC, dunny12. =^.^=

Had some time to kill while my son was having surgery. Park was really busy today but we managed to make a quick find. Inside is full of mould and quite disgusting. Thanks for the cache.
I sat down to decide where the cache might be and there it was.
The mould mentioned in the previous couple of comments has pretty well engulfed everything in the container. Tftc, but maintenance is urgently needed.

Tftc found with the geopartner on a lovely warm Melbourne evening. Mcnugget21 also joined too

Found with SCOUTpawprint. Very difficult to get a park nearby on a weekday as this is a pretty busy area. Drove around twice before I found a park in a 2P zone (not keen on the ticketed parking on the hospital side). Very quick find though, since there are few possible hiding locations. TFTC
Found it with reneesmith96 and obnoxious_p
Btw the container is wet and the log is wet..

So this morning I had an appointment with my oncologist at the nearby hospital. Didn't get the results I was hoping so needed to find a cache to clear my head. Found cache but in my haze forgot a pen.... The first time I've not actually signed but hope you can still accept my log. Can message you the details of the find if required.
Had to pick up a package to return to a friend in Sydney and while 'babysitting' grandson we did a few caches. This one needs a new log.
A quick cheeky find on the way to work this morning, and only a slight detour to get here in the first place. TFTC!
Quick easy find while waiting for a friend at Box Hill Hospital. Thanks for the cache.
Discharged from Epworth today after almost a week. Back into the caching. TNLNSL TFTC. 13.04.15
After a visit to the near by hospital I grabbed this cache before heading home. Cache is safe & hidden away from muggles. Signed & replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache dunny12

Second attempt as previous visit was too crowded with muggles.
Success on a sunny Sunday, still lots of people about, but not watching us! TFTC!

A nice easy find after a surprise overnight stay at the nearby facilities. An easy find was much appreciated after a night of little sleep. Thanks dunny12.
I'd just been swimming at the Aqualink complex. On my way home I thought that I would have a go at this one. The rain just started as I wandered to the cache. It was a quick find. TFTC.
Found with the geokids. This park has improved a lot since I was here a few years ago - now has a great 1km running track and good play areas for the kids. Thanks
I was in the area so thought I'd find some caches close by. Easy find, I enjoyed the quiet here in the middle of box hill. TFTC!
Found on a caching run with 4evatinks.
Enjoyed the parkland and was a quick find once we arrived at GZ.

Loved the sunsetting in this park. Was on a cache run with robinyang. Some big new buildings going up here. Would be nice to work so close to a park like this. Tftc.
A quick find with Sando23468. We've not been here before what a great walking track! TFTC
Came here after dropping geo wife @ work @ 8:30 am . Such a nice park for a walk around the track. Never really seen it before
Quickly located cache without being seen by muggle walkers

Waited for a jogger to head past before retrieving this well worn cache. Thanks for sharing this spot.
