Out on a solo run today, enjoying being in the sun and near the sea The boat ramp was a busy place today, with workers around some kind of building and a few boaties as well. I had to search for a bit to find this one. TFTC, Voyager44.
After a long and frustrating search with Nitram67 and Geokids, we couldn't find this one, we think this one may have been muggled...
No good this time a few muggles around so a little difficult to look but still had a good look around with 4 pairs of eyes.
Easier to go during the day, as we went late afternoon abit dark which made it harder to find, but nice, i liked it swapped a cool animal rubber for a gold coloured pirate coin thingy
Found cache out in the open. Replaced within 20cm of we're it was found. TFTC TNLNSL
Now that Marco and I have both secured employment, we are back to caching on weekends. So we headed out today to find a few more south of where we live. This was a quick find on a very windy day. We were quite surprised how big Beachmere was. TNLNSL TFTC
this was an easy find and a nice spot sat and watched the the comings and goings for a bit. on holiday from Tasmania thanks for taking us here

Went for a paddle up the Burpengary creek and this was not far away so I could not pass an opportunity to have a hunt. It was a easy find at GZ. TFTC
Out in the Kayaks with surething. A big of rain, but who cares. Really enjoy these kayaking caches. TFTC.
Found with Tassiegirl13, and easy pick up for us with no muggles nearby at the time, they were all to busy launching boats,

This one was an easy one but it needed a bit of stealth...found wit captain terror and whint and bad dal
TFTC:)
Out in the area, heading to Bribie and grabbing what we could on the way in... hanging out with Captain Terror & Gambler2000
Such huge carparks at this place... seems my Territory was a little dwarfed in these boat sized spaces... no worries... headed to GZ and we all loved the crunchiness of our steps... tempting to take some home just so I can crunch about some more Cache was found safe and sound quickly

Whint and I were getting about this area and I decided we should make the detour to grab this one. When we arrived there were quite a few boats on the water as evidenced by a lot of trailers in the carpark. Whint was amused by the extra long car parks.
Onto the cache and the pine needles on the bitumen were mighty crunchy, lots of fun to walk across. The GPS zeroed in an after checking a few spots, found the cache tucked away under a marker. A nice spot, I may well be back with a canoe/boat some day. TFTC Voyager44

5th of 7 finds today at 15:49.
My second cache in Beachmere. I thought I'd find the caches at either end before finding the cache in the middle. This was probably my easiest find of the day despite it being so covered. I was glad for an easy find after several DNFs. The logbook was dry. There were a few fishers out and about on this very warm day.

Our very first GC adventure led us here. We live close by and use the boat ramp frequently when heading out on the water. Kids loved that this cache had always been here and we just didn;t know.
Took a bit to find, but Dad found the spot. Left as found

Lots of fishing muggles over at the water line, but no one to worry about me lurking in the bushes at GZ. Found the cache after a bit of poking and scratching. Signed the log and left the fishermen to it.
Tonight was another night of epic night caching with Nyssaflutterby and Ayepeacee. We got an early start which is unusual for us. Once again, it was raining and squelchy. Nys and I approached GZ as Ayepeacee had been here before. We had recently fueled up on the usual double shots of awesomeness and we were pumped. Nyssa suggested racing me to the cache. I agreed. We ran. And I ran straight into a giant spider web. Massive screams and spider web dance moves later and I was out of that spot so fast. I approached from the other side and the cache was found, looks good, great hide. TheapsFTC Voyager44 ^^
Haha! I challenged Brightskies to a race to the cache. Ready, set, go!!! I took the direct route only past a few trees to GZ, Brightskies had taken the more heavily treed approach to GZ. I could hear over my shoulder as I raced a frantic squeeling. Hmmm, has Brightskies got herself stuck in the trees? I had reached GZ, I was searching...... but Brightskies was still doing a crazy dance. Argh, better make sure is alright. Umm, no she wasn't. Herself being a huge arachnophobe had some how managed to find the only massive web within the trees. So after I double checked her for any creepy crawlies she managed to beat me to the cache. I wonder if that was part of her master plan?

First cache of the day in Beachmere. Great clue and fun to find. Carpark full of cars but no muggles around. TFTC
Found @ 0945
A lovely location. I parked close by and made my way over to GZ. The co-ords were spot on and very quickly had the prize in hand.
Un-usual container, it was the first one of that kind I have seen

We had all 5 Meerkats looking for this one, plus one extra. Took us a while, but we got it in the end. A sneaky little hide.

Called into this one en route from Bribie, a lot of activity, but far enough away not to be noticed, found the cache, signed the log had a look around this lovely spot. Thanks for bringing us here Voyager44
Even with all the trips I have done to Bribie, it has been about 33 years since I was last at Beachmere and hasn't things changed. Gone the little old sleepy fishing town and now a modern suburb. Thanks for bringing me back.

Out on a cycling loop around Beachmere early this morning. Not many boats out today. Nice and cool for a ride. TFTC
Found the cache and then stood on the bank and watched the boats and people fishing. Thanks Voyager44.
Thanks for this one! Always wondered what was over the otherwise of the channel when you go to the ramp at burpengary. Goddaughter got this one and was very excited.
PPrime and I teamed up today for trip to Bribie Island and surrounds

Out with Brother Colin for a big last day of 2011 caching planned on Bribie Island. Sixth cache of the day and we aren't on Bribie yet [:-)].
We took a little while to find this one, 5+ minutes, but we go there soon enough - nice hide. Thanks Voyager44

Extremely popular fishing spot today as the river is very sheltered whereas it was blowing a gale at the beach. Stealth mode was required but quick, easy find.
Looks to be a good fishing spot but they were not on the bite today. A nice easy find.TFTC
Found by my fellow cachers before I had even got out of the vehicle. Talk about 'Pedro the Swift'
Thanks for the cache Voyager 44.

Sorry to inform you the cache has been muggled and destroyed . We were with a previous finder who could confirm the original location however the dessicant packet and two swaps we found (the ladybug shows up in a local cache as well so it wasn't a coincidence!) were fairly conclusive as to the state of the cache. Fangsoki placed a mint tin with the swaps we found in the original position but this needs maintenance. Thanks Voyager44
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga 2 at 3:11pm. Had to drive past this one as there were too many people about a little earlier but back later to make the find. TFTC
=) wow a micro that isn't a magnetic eclipse tin!, seems rare these days, this was a great little hidden away area , very busy with boaties !! TFTC =)
Australia Day Caching.Pleased to find this one high and dry. Great fun! TFTH
found this one after finding a different container (needle container) which i picked up quickly thinking it was the right one. the cache was a little exposed, i gave it a bit more camo. i also forgot a pen to log, but can provide a description of what the cache looks like if the owner chooses.

We really didn't have enough time to drive up Saint Smith Rd but we did anyway. The place was deserted bar 2 trailers - not the best weather for nautical activities.

Had to revisit this one a few times today as lots of muggles around, great cache.
Very quick find at 1220 thanks to accurate co ordinates and the additional hint. There were a few people down by the water but I managed to park the geomobile in a spot that blocked a directr view between them and the crowd. No other traffic about whilst I was ther. TNLNSL TFTC Voyager44
All good here, cloudy day GPS just as cloudy, not sure if Team DFL put it in the intended spot but found it easy enough with the clue. TFTC
Found this out in the middle of the reserve. Took the coin for safekeeping. Not sure of exact original location but I replaced close enough that it should be found
