This week it was a Wonderful Wednesday Wander with another couple of Confused Puzzlers. Met up with the Starfish at the Rat's nest and, what made this Wednesday particularly Wonderful, then debuted the Rat's new geovehicle. The main aim for the day was to get our fill of the A Jigidi for ... series, but of course there were going to be some others found, just because they were there and we could. Another not a Jigidi for, quick find by a previous finder while I was still getting there. Thanks to mogni for adding to our playing field with this cache.Smilie #15570.I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this Land, and their continuing connection to it. I also wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging.*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*
This a new account but I found this cache with my mum (EmsDan1315) and my brother (maggies123) on 10-6-2024. TFTC.
Tidying off the towns offerings this morning apparently were not the only ones on the trail and somebodys been here before us this morning. Thanks for the hide.
Now that weve finished the Barossa grape series it was time to get back amongst civilisation and find any cache along our way. This was one of themTFTC
Over from Perth for few days to attend the Leap Day Mega. Today's plan was to head out to explore Gawler and the Barossa, with a selection of caches on the way / during the day that either piqued my interest... or I just happened to be passing by This was one that I stopped off at. All quiet around here and a nice easy find. TFTC
A Geo Day with pineapplegoldy in the Nuriootpa, Angaston and Greenock regions! What glorious weather to go with it, whilst clocking up cache finds and working towards other challenge goals and milestones!

AussieGal88 and myself are spending our daylight hours going on a trip up to the Barossa for a day of cache finding and also to visit the GeoStuff store.
We travelled around Nuriootpa, Angaston and Greenock and got a total of 17 finds and one adventure lab completed for the day for this pineapple.
We got out the car and the presence of mozzies was immediately noticeable.
Persisting through the blood suckers to GZ meant we were ending the day with a find.
A quick find here and the cache and contents is all good.
Thanks mogni for this traditional cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3459 on the 26th of August 2023.
CITO's are a brilliant way to help keep our community area's clean. The Earth is our playing field and we need to protect it!
Always be sure to cache the "leave no trace" way!

A few weeks ago I discovered that my port keg was emptier than I thought. Cue a trip to the Barossa to get some port, tokay, muscat and some caches as well. All up a collection of trades, puzzle, multi-storey and labs were found, including this one. TFTC
In area today so did a couple of caches, why not, hey!! Took a few pictures, signed the obligatory log which will survive this coming season but will need a change out for next summer. Was here longer than expected listening to the sound of bookooking and croaking of frogs. According to Ian who happened to see my entire entry and exit from area, all these beautiful sounds have happened in the last 48 hrs. Just amazing. He took me along the river bed which had receded and very evident it wouldn't have taken much more to be on the nightly news. Learned more with him and amazed at the joy of his recanting of his past 30yrs in the area than I thought. Today's cache was a good experience.
Just so very glad I didn't walk and extra few hundred feet away to find a blade of grass. Now THAT would have been a log!

My wife and I came to Greenock for some wine but then thought it would be nice to nab every cache in town. After visiting the park this was our next stop and even though we found the cache exposed it was awesome to grab a quick find. tftc
Quick find. Didn't stop at the brewery this time, but have been before. Greenock has been good to us. TFTC

Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
Didn't need anything for the calendar today but it was a Wednesday Walkies day for members of befuddled puzzle solvers. [^] It was only S.A. sewer Rats and myself so it was off to the Barossa for a few newer caches and a couple of solved puzzles.
Been close to this a few weeks agao but didn't stop then so decided to come back and get this off my list. A quick find today.
***Thanks mogni for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Decided to spend a few hours around Kapunda caching today. On my own so don't get as many done in the time I had but a few is better than none. Cache was easy to find and like previous finder posted the log at has been wet. Signed log and placed back. TFTC!
Today I had an afternoon planned around Freeling. I had a big list of caches to do and once I got to my first cache selected 30 to do.
The drive out had taken much longer than anticipated due to the m2 being closed so this meant less time for caching.
The weather was a bit glum with squally showers and a chilly wind.
Still had an enjoyable day out collecting what was needed (multi and a puzzle) and with only one dnf was happy with a 30 cache haul.
Quick find here TFTC Mogni

We are travelling from Portland Victoria across to WA to see our daughter. Not much caching until we cross that border into WA.
We are staying at Greenoch for a couple of nights so we can blend some Penfolds red wine - a gift from our daughter. We took the time to collect the 2 local caches.
Thanks for showiing us this part of the world mogni

A quick find while out helping the learner driver get some driving hours. The log book was very wet, so we couldn't sign our names. Took a photo of the log book as proof of our find.
Nice easy find next to the little creek in Greenock.

Out on a weekly wander with a Rat, a Fish and a Dragon. Lots of great scenery on what turned into a very nice day for a country drive. With caches like this one!
Another day caching out north with Doctor Owl, sushilord and SA Sewer Rats. It started out quite cool but by mid afternoon it was quite warm and I even worked up a sweat at one cache. [^] A fun day travelling on some great back roads with lots of beautiful scenery and plenty of interesting banter along the way.
A quick find here as we passed through.
Thanks for the cache mogni.

While camping near Nuriootpa for a couple of days, we decided to do an assortment of caches around the area today with ilook4geo. Some were a bit more difficult to spot than others, but we ended up with a good haul of caches to add to our tally. Each log was initialed and all was put back as found before we moved on. This was one of the caches we found. Thank you to mogni for adopting and maintaining this cache.
Staying near Nuriootpa and doing some caching around the district with goingplaces2. It was a fun day and we found a good number of caches. All logs were signed, then replaced. Job done! Time to get moving. TFTC.
