We had got cold and wet while out and about earlier in the day, and after warming up back at our accommodation, we noticed that the drizzle had cleared up, and the sun had come out, so it was time to head out before dinner to look for a few more caches.StreetWalkerNZ got the fright of his life when he picked up the cache to discover a huge spider on the other side! He reckoned the spider was startled as well and wanted me to look at it where it had hidden itself away. I declined. TFTC.
#24725. I got a bit of a shock when I grabbed the eclipse tin and there was a spider lurking there (it had been hiding between the container and the guard rail). It was big by NZ standards (but probably not by Aussie standards. I persuaded it to hop off the eclipse tin on to the guard rail. TFTC.
Another great find for our adventures for today. Please be careful with the young cachers, the road is very busy!TFTCRed Gum Disability Support Services
Found during a caching trip to South Australia chasing some specific challenge targets or sought after attributes (in this case horses allowed) and included in the PQ were some easy drive-bys to boost the numbers.
Day 1 of my long weekend away up the river. The main goal of the weekend was to tryout my new pole and to try and fill in my D/T Grid but of course was find what ever crossed my path as well.A quick find on the way to Swan Reach for the night.TFTC SnappyTomCats
Out in the Barossa from Adelaide today, targeting a few specific caches for the next lap of my D/T Grid plus some other caches around this area.Quickly found and log stampedTFTC
Continuing my South Australian adventure. Today, I headed north with a particular cache in mind. I was headed back to my accommodation and stopped off to find a few caches along the way. Here, a quick find was made. With my name added to the log and everything returned as found, I continued on my way. TFTC
12516 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1220. There were 2 containers here and the CO's did their maintenance to fix the broblem. SL Tnx SnappyTomCats. {Grandeeze]
This one looks like it hasn't been touched for a while.

#19924. Day 10 of our holiday in SA and the weather forecast was for rain, showers and rain. Robmc and I loaded the geodoggies into the chariot and headed off around the countryside collecting caches where we could. Surprisingly, we managed 26 finds and finished off 2 waypoints of an AdLab we started on our last visit.
It seems there have been two magnetic Eclipse tins here since 2018. One log book is manky but we signed the one that was placed in 2015 and it is in excellent condition.
Thanks SnappyTomCats

Another day in the Barossa with BettyBoo3747 and the geodoggies.
The weather was looking a bit iffy so we traveled by car collecting caches in the rain around the Barossa.
No trains spotted today, but a couple of caches held together.
Thanks, Robmc.

Left beaut Lindsay house and spending the day caching our way home. Widened the search and stamped both containers/logbooks, TFTC!

Lovely cool day caching around Angaston and Nuriootpa with Mr Cupcake. Signed log as GUMC. TFTC.
Doing some caching around the Nuriootpa area with ilook4geo for a little while. Each found log had two more names noted on it before the cache was put back where it had been found. Thank you to Grandeeze for putting this cache into play.
Had a good day caching along with goingplaces2. Nuriootpa has a lot of choice and we can only do a small selection this time. Each cache was located, each log was signed and replaced as it had been found. Job done. TFTC.
Out for a days caching around the Barossa.
Cleaned out a few areas and only had 3 dnfs.
A quick find.

While in Nuriootpa for a few days we attempted some of the nearby caches, and enjoyed some sightseeing around the area.
Many thanks for this one SnappyTomCats

Wow, two caches, two logs, all magnetically linked. Hope I signed the right log! TFTC.
Day 440 ( Wednesday 11th) of our trip. Caching along the way, in Greenock today. Going to finish off the Barossa trail run we started last time we were here. TFTC
Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
In the Barossa, staying in Nuri with our good friends Snappy Tom Cats. Today our final trip (hopefully) into Gawler for medicals, then drive back via Tanunda and Anguston.
Quick find in obvious spot. There are two containers and two log books 1 and 2. Thanks Grandeeze and SnappyTomCats.

Found this one on our visit to wine country. Didn’t need the tweezers but could have used some sunshine!
F6. Retired train driver says the train line isn't active, hasn't been for about 5 years.
I remember shooting the local "Stonie" train here at this crossing back in about 1992.
Found both the hides SL of both just in case lol. Signed Log(s) at 11:00 on Sun 2 Dec 2018

Definitely beware of high speed cars and kids. Junior gave me a hearty at this one. TFTC!
The find was quick and in logical place. The speed of the oncoming vehicles was quick and unthinking, the young teenager i was in the car with just wandered out and gave all a heart attack.
Following part of the 50 series with gridge98, we targeted some surrounding caches. A few scattered showers around, and a little nippy, but otherwise a nice spring day.
Did the nearby rail crossing, and this cache was on the way through. Managed to find and sign the log. Thanks.

Attempting the 50 series with Davidwazza for the day, as well as surrounding caches. A bit of rain around, but otherwise a nice spring day. s. TFTC
Easy find near
My childhood home. Think logically, not what the GPS tells you!

Had just finished the 50 series and picked up a few more on the way back to the motel. [^]
My last one for the day on my way back to the motel after a big day with 60 finds and a handful of DNF's.
Thanks for the cache Grandeeze.

Lovely drive around the Nurioopta area getting some of the caches we didn't have time for last holiday 12mths ago. TFTC
Out caching with my good friend Gral4 today. We decided to come back to the Barossa for the second time in a week and started the day early with breakfast at the Big Grill .
All fueled up we hit the road again to see how many caches we could muster. Everything started off well but then we had water issues. We came across some wet log books and then we hit impassible wet roads so we affectionately dubbed today - "The Wet Ones Tour". It didn't detract from the fun, we had loads of it, it just meant we couldn't get to all the caches we wanted to do . I guess we'll just have to come back on a drier day!
In the end I found 60 caches
A quick find here, phew......

## 'the wet ones' adventure! ##
Today I was out and about with Ismartis having geocaching fun before having to head back to work on Monday. We found lots, including this one, replaced some caches with CO permission, replaced a lid and some log pages, and had far too many DNF's. Lots of the caches were very wet so we ended up calling it a Wet Ones tour! All up a great day!
Quick find when we got to the right spot, not GPS problems, just a distracted navigator and then the driver! Tftc

**Day 2** of my trip. Staying locally for a couple of days before heading to Ceduna and making my way over to W.A. Naturally I stopped to find a few caches along the way.
A great spot for a cache. A nice quick find too (always good).
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Grandeeze.

Having acquired a nice new shiny caching stamp, Owl was ready to leave it all over the neighbourhood. This was a quick run across the road and a stamp and they were on their way again.
Accurate coordinates and a commonly used hide location led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Grandeeze for the cache.
Having a day trip to Nuriootpa with my daughter & granddaughter (TT016) on this wet & wintery day stopping to collect a few smileys...

So I managed a day off and headed to the Barossa for some caching, the sun was shining at it was surprisingly warm for a winters day.
I parked close to this cache and found it quickly, the cache and contents are all in good order. TFTC
