We are travelling with Pprass and have set up in Blyth where we will camp for a few days.Today we jumped on the bikes to do bits of the bike trails. Sadly we lost Mr Morris along the way when his bike suffered a catastrophic failure. Thanks for the trail Frozen Feet
Clare and Gilbert Valley caravan trip. Day 4 - Brinkworth to Clare , and bike ride.TFTC
As Easter approaches with plans to head to Capital GeoBash in Canberra - I am striving towards a very unachievable milestone. As such at every opportunity, Im am tackling powertrails or cache clusters. Currently staying in Adelaide, but had a free day up my sleeve and a babysitter available in Clare - I saw and opportunity & took it. I hired an e-bike from Reisling Trail Bike Hire who were fabulous to work with. The e-bike made easy work of the hills as I travelled along the trail collecting smileys. Additionally, today is the day I achieve my longest streak (albeit short one) & Im hoping to continue it until Easter. Thanks for the cache and maintenance.
Walking another small section of the Riesling Trail and looking for any caches as we passed. Many thanks for all the hides along here Frozen Feet
Decided to go to Clare and the N E trail on my recently purchased mobility scooter. Good find TFTC.
A return visit to Clare was planned for the long weekend with the JAMS crew plus tallbikestan to find a lot of the caches that we didn't get to on our last visit along with the Rattler, Riesling and NE trails as well as the Mid North Channel Country trail. [^]
We had three very full days with perfect weather for caching, lots of bike riding, lots of walking and lots of driving along dirt tracks. We were lucky it had not recently been wet as some of the roads we drove on would not have been passable if wet. Loved the scenery at this time of year with everything looking very green as well as the bright yellow of the canola crops.
A fun weekend of caching, lots of caches found and lots of cool places visited.
Thanks for the cache Frozen Feet.

A big long weekend with the JAMS Crew (JJ52, allister w(me), mogni, Sir Spectre and tallbikestan). We road from Riverton to Stanley Flat on day 1. Then more riding near Spalding on day 2. Then finished the weekend with finding caches around the area in the car. TFTC
glad we had electric bikes for this trail.
The JAMS team ( JJ52,Allister w, Mogni, and sir_spectre minus mitchell&hound ) but Tallbikestan was with us instead and we where out for there usually monthly caching adventure. This time it was over the october long weekend instead of the usual day trip. The taget this time was Drop into the Light a long ladder cache on the way to clare and then to clear the Rattler trail, Riesling Trail, Ne Trail saturday on the bikes and then sunday do the Mid North Channel Country bike trail. Monday on the return home was to get Peter's view a 2001 cache. Of course there was many, many other's found on route to the various target for the weekend, somewhere around 260 found by the team. It could have been more but we were not going at a flat out pace, just steady and getting a blow out on the bike 1.6 km's from the end of the Mid North Channel Country bike trail didn't help. I didn't see any snakes this trip but allister did, he saw 5. The caches this trip where written in as JAMS, i forgot the stamps. Also 1 cache was placed by the JAMS team this trip. Out of all the bike tracks i preferred the Rattler /Riesling trail. I like riding through the very rich ( after all the recent rains ) fields of yellow flowers.

The JAMS crew went on an October long weekend adventure back to Clare. We brought Tallbikestan along as we were targetting the bike tracks and he is the best rider amongst us. Allister W and sir_spectre we the other main riders, with JJ52 and I the support crew and walkers. A huge weekend of fun and adventure was had by all, until I made SS sick with my cold....oops.
Thanks to all those who have kept not just the bike tracks but all the other caches alive for us to find.
All caches signed as JAMS.
Thanks to Frozen Feet from mogni

#19113. Day 11. of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. A supposedly rain-free day forecast and even some sunshine so we got the bicycles sorted, loaded the doggies into their tag-along and headed north up the trail to Barinia. Gale force winds accompanied us in the open farmland areas. We managed a 25km ride and 38 finds. 3 DNF's too, but that is the way it goes sometimes. Did so enjoy getting on the bikes and riding some of this fantastic Riesling Trail.
Loved the area from here through the pines and cuttings - so pretty.
Thanks Frozen Feet

Day eleven of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
A mild to chilly day in Clare. We unloaded the deadly treadlies and hit the bike trails riding north to Barinia. Back to Clare for some lunch then back to base.
Riding north along the Clare to Barinia Rail Trail collecting caches as we go.
The dogs swapped between running along side (and stopping for a sniff at the GZs), and riding in style in the doggie trailer. (They are now fast asleep as we write our logs.)
A well surfaced trail, a really nice ride, and a good collection of caches.
Somewhat amused with all the signs warning about the steep sides on the embankments!
Thanks, Robmc.

Staying in Clare for the JLW caching event, picking up as many caches around the surrounding areas as we can. This cache is one that was found today.
With some daylight left, decided to go for a spin on the bike along the Riesling Trail to find some unfound caches. By the end it was dark which thankfully kept the muggles away bar one. Started at Ne 29 and rode back to the showgrounds. Overall 38 found in 1.25hrs.
Find #4208 on 12 Jun 2022.

Bingo bango! Day 6 in SA and it’s more than a chilly brisk! The Riesling Trail was high on the list along with several other random caches so hoping to tick all boxes before heading back to home base. I’m out on trusty treadles aka my mtb to explore the trails and surroundings. I’ve learnt theRE are plenty of quality SA caches - plenty to pique the curiosity and anticipation of another surprise or fun cache. Happy and relieved to record no DNF’s today and on average most were located ‘relatively’ quickly. TFTC AND THE FUN and the effort to contribute to this fave game
Camping at Yacka for the longweekend with Travellinbees and Future Keith and we decided to head in to Clare to do the northern part of the Reisling trail.. An enjoyable ride . Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining. TFTC
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.

After scoring a FTF at Koolunga headed to Clare to get some more done of the railtrail caches. Managed to finish the N.E.series but at sunset was still 13 short of finishing the RT series.
Thanks to Frozen Feet for putting out this cache for me to find

T’was a gorgeous, sunny Autumn day. The gentlest of breezes. And we are on holiday!!! Making hay while the sun shines, as they say!
Thanks for this wonderful series of caches.
Unfortunately, We had not planned this very well. We did all the Caches going downhill. Which kinda breaks your momentum of the downhill thrill!
Would recommend doing it finding the Caches going uphill. That way you get a rest between the strenuous uphill times.
Thanks to CVC for putting this series together. All caches were in good condition and easy to find.

This weekend, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Clare Valley for a bit of wine tasting and cycling the Riesling Trail. We were treated to great sunny weather, and nice to have been visiting the wine region.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I started the day with a geocaching event breakfast and a few geocaches around the town of Clare. We then proceeded south riding our bikes along the Riesling Trail. We made a few uphill detours either side of the valley to *Pallet Wines* and *Jeanneret Wines and Clare Valley Brewing Co* respectively, which certainly tired us out. A final stop at *Tim Adams Wines*, before completing the northern section of the Riesling Trail towards Barinia.
Another geocache find along the NE section of the Riesling Trail today. We managed to find this cache after a bit of time searching for this one, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Frozen Feet for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/@jesswrigley stamp.

Parked up and went for a walk along the trail to find the few caches I had missed on leap day as the rest of the crew then had found these caches. Cache was found easily enough and is all good
This morning i decided to head to Clare for a half days caching and to attend a breakfast club event. An early start for 4:45am and came away with 51 finds by lunch time.
Thanks for the cache

Today I had a early start to get to Clare for the Breakfast Club. It was pretty nippy when I arrived in Clare at 7.59am. The breakfast cafe served up a tremendous veggie brekkie that I thoroughly enjoyed which set me up perfectly for a big day of caching. My goal was to collect 50 caches/labs for the day. Sadly a few dnfs and arriving at Nuriootpa too late for the labs meant I had to make do with 43 finds. I also set myself a challenge of 10 multis for the day which due to the number of abandoned churches was easily achieved and enjoyed finding nicely hidden caches with check sums!
Great day out, loads of walking and nice caches found. Thanks to all the CO for contributing to me being in my happy place all day.
Took a while to locate this one but then spied the likely looking spot. TFTC

Day 186 (Monday 2nd) of our trip. Caching along the way. In Blyth today. A total of 22 for the day and 3703 for the trip. TFTC
This morning we continued our tour of the Riesling Trail by walking another section. It was a very pleasant morning with surprisingly very little traffic on the trail. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. While signing the log, two alpacas came to see us - quite surprising as they are normally very wary animals. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Frozen Feet for this cache.
Second and unfortunately our last day in the Clare Region. Decided to bike the Reisling Trail. Was a reasonably cool start but was warmin up at our turn around point. GPS was a bit wayward today had me climbing the wrong side of the track, but we stuck with it and a day of smilies. Heading back to the Caravan for a shower and a cool non alcoholic drink
