### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there SKWISHA,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days - Please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)
Thanks for you cooperation,

Time for op to give this a checkup or archive I think. Like others, I was unable to find it and previous logs suggest damage.
In my attempt to find this cache I arrived on my bike as I usually do, flung the kickstand down and went off searching but came back out from under the bushes and trees unusually quickly after finding all sorts of hard litter everywhere (more than just some quick CITO could handle) but more alarmingly used syringes. The weather was glorious but unfortunately no smiley and no intention to head back and try again soon.

Couldnt find but people b4 said it was broken so maybe completely gone now and need replacing
Looks like it might have been destroyed by someone. Found remains, along with some junk. Might need replacing?
Hmmm, navigation a little off on this one - it led us to the wrong tree. Actual find was said to be 10m away! Lucky I had a dedicated Flynn with me who found it!
A nice quick find here today even though the coordinates are a bit off. So much rubbish around... Currently on holidays from WA, visiting family in Greensborough. Thank you for the cache SKWISHA.
Not surprised the gps was a little of with the high voltage power lines but came around to the right angle and spotted this cache (amongst a lot of rubbish in the area unfortunately). TFTC
TFTC! Was in the area finding another few caches and saw this one not too far away, so decided to attempt. Took me a little while to find, with my gps pointing me to the wrong location. Got there in the end. Thank you for placing!
My last for the day. Nice hide here even though there’s heaps of rubbish. All good. Cheers!
Was a tricky one but we find it in the end. Kids thought it was great. Needs maintenance log book full
A little bit off target but easily found by geo daughter. Thanks for the quick diversion before a dentist appointment
Out jewel hunting for the latest souvenir promotion.
Pretty disgusting spot around the hide at GZ (which was good) so much rubbish and a shopping trolley. Of course the annoying barking dog over the fence. Tftc

Accompanied with crank1 for caching day to do the Mystery at the Museum. Good one. Thanks SKWISHA for bringing us here
Need to find 35 caches to access the lock to the vault - Mystery at the Museum. Found your cache today. SKWISHA, thank you so much for placing it.
Thanks not to hard to find but did feel a little suspicious and the log book was full
Doing a bit of impromptu caching while walking geomutt so using phone rather than gps - crikey one minute I'm at gz then it's 10m away, oh well, best just use the cachey senses, bit slow but got there in the end
Thought initially it was going to tough to find. A bit of rubbish around. Quick look found it. Good times.
Out and about with TrailStevo last night, managed around 10km and managed to make a dog shape on my strava map, by accident! We found double figures of cache and spotted a few roos, possums and my favourite Tawnyfrog Mouths. Thanks to all the CO's for the fun. Tried this one a couple of times before, went straight to it this time.
More night caching with Gunks. Almost 10kms of walking to pick a bunch up. Managed to find most including this one. TFTC
I assessed the general location suggested by the gps. I had an idea of the cache location fixed in my head, and spent way too long searching there. I was wrong. Searched further afield and eventually found the cache in a very clever location.
A perfect spot to hide a cache, impressive for a first hide. Thanks so much for placing this cache SKWISHA
Coordinates a bit out but found it. A spider was on the cache. Lucky geohubby was brave enough to remove it so I could log my find.
I haven’t felt weirder than this in a while - scrabbling around in this badlands park in my work clothes. I noted other finders’ comments on the coordinates being out by 9m or so, made a quick find, scratched my name into the original logbook, dropped a TB, and got out of there. Thanks skwisha
GZ is a bit gross but I gave up today largely due to the heat. Logs say the coordinates are a bit off and that seems to be true.
Found it after a little bit of snooping around. A nice quiet out of the way place for a cache.
SL TN Left some trinkets. TFTC

Great hiding spot, co-ordinates are not quite right. Lots of rubbish. But ultimately still a fun fun.
Soooooo much rubbish ew! But we got the cache in be end on our late night run. SS3325 are getting so close to our 100! Tftc
Down in Melbourne for the Parkville Mega. After a detour to Geelong for a wedding yesterday I am back for some caching fun today! Travelling with Minniek, fitzy_1965, B0tmun, Lovetherabbitohs, death killer & my_name_jeff_1 & sneakysquirrel3326 out to Mt Disappointment with a few little extras to get me mine and sneakysquirral3326’s first 100 in a day! And I reached my 2000th cache - what a day! Tftc.

Out with Greytiger in the sunshine and enjoying the walk. The cache was found quickly and the log was signed. TFTC.
A quick find with amaali, perhaps the clues regarding rubbish helped us but a good hide and a long lived one. Thank you SKWISHA.

Was out on a first date at Narai Thai and got asked what I do for fun.. of course I had to tell him about geocaching and, well, what can I say? “One thing lead to another...” and we found a couple of caches TFTC
What a magnificent sunrise this morning after a mild winters night. Off on an early morning walk and found 2 of 3 this morning. TFTC Skwisha.
Took a slight detour on the way to this cache - in the form of ice confectionery that is Dairy Bell-licious!! Recommend the cherry ripe!
Had a bit of trouble here as the gps bounced around a little, found myself having to PAF (who was sitting in the car 50m away) to send out the cavalry in the form of her geokid#1 who has been here before. Yep, wrong big stick! TFTC

Our second try, a couple of years later. This time, Eagle Eyes Aito spotted the cache after a few minutes of searching (due to the coordinates being way off, as RonHaHa pointed out). TFTC!
Via STRAVA, I had undertaken a challenge to cycle 100 miles in 2 weeks. Approaching my last day I still needed 13 miles (21 km). There were 6 caches within 3 km to the south of home that I had not yet found. So on a pleasant afternoon a bit of cycle-caching was in order. All 6 caches were found and with a bit of extra riding the 100 mile challenge was completed.
After about 15 minutes of fruitless searching I found it in an unexpected but excellent hiding place. The coodinates may need checking my GPS said it was 9 meters from the nominal GZ.
Thank you SKWISHA for the challenge.
