No dice theese are well placed caches. I think and looking at the comments that the cache has been moved
We had a good long search for this one with 4 pairs of eyes, but no luck here today. We couldn't even find anything that matched the clue. Thanks for the cache.
Our mission today was to do this series and complete the mystery at the end. We did the caches a bit out of order, this being our first. We were a little worried on the drive up the steep narrow hill that parking would be an issue, but all these caches have parking near by. Beautiful view and an easy find. SL tftc
Out with frmen1 for some geotherapy. On the way we were delighted by an amazing roadside display of daffodils, jonquils and snowdrops. Great view. TFTC
Suscoe's 21st find of the day.
We decided to wander the back roads for a while to collect a few caches that we haven't been to as yet.
Great views and delightful countryside.
Another delightful location worth making the journey.
Thanks to Gonefishen07 for bringing us out this way.

Found this animal from the car, I think what had been covering it had blown off. Animal was full of water and log was soaked, couldn't get it out without tearing it to shreds, and I didn't have a spare log on me to replace it. TFTC
Such a pretty place, I was thinking of venturing out of the warm car to take some beautiful daffodils but not too sure on the roadside law of picking flowers. Anyway Geobears found the cache and the poor dude was exposed to the elements and soaking wet. We took pic to confirm find but couldn't sign and didn't have a spare log to replace. TFTC
Found this one on my way back to reality today. This was some of the best scenery that I had seen on my trip. It was really beautiful. The cache was easily found but unfortunately the log was totally soaked. I took it back to a car and replaced with part of some paper that I had there. I have got the old log but don't think it is retrievable even if it is dried out. I signed the new log and took photo of the cache.
Thanks for the cache and the views Gonefishen07.

Well, that took longer than expected. Log was pulp-like, so put a fresh bit of paper in. Then just admired the views on this glorious Sunday arvo. Even had a wedge tailed eagle sussing out geomrs but she was too engrossed in capturing the view she missed the overhead bird. Good name for the hill, too;) tftc
Looking forward to find some of your caches.
Very windy... Truly amazing scenic.
Thanks for hunting and cache.

Sorry I took so long to log this find!! Almost forgot to log a whole day's caching. Thankfully I wrote all our finds and the cache clues in my trusty notebook so that I can now go back and log our finds!
We spent the last day of the school holidays doing a loop around the area trying to get all of the Farm Animals on Country Roads caches so as to get all the clues to solve the final cache. We decided we had to go to all of the caches, even the couple that we had been to before, as we had forgotten which animals had come from which cache. By the time we had got to the last farm animal cache and I had started work on solving the puzzle, the rain started to come down and just would not stop!! Eventually after sitting in the car for a while hoping for a break in the weather, we had run out of time and had to head home without finding the final cache. We will be back soon to get this final cache.
Thanks for a great set of caches, they have brought us to places not far from home that we may never have ventured to otherwise.

Found it with ceebee2013. The log was quite damp, the animal should be set on its feet to reduce water ingress.
Thanks for bringing us up here. Glad we're not vertigo sufferers. This was the sixth find in the series for us so its back to "The End" and the final cache.
We started this series when we forst stared caching over a year later we had it in hand within two mins of getting out of the car unlike the half an hour of frustration last time. TFTC
Out on a country drive gathering a few caches along the way. Magnificent views today from this location. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kems
This was the 1st of the series that we came here today to complete. A great spot.TFTC
Quick find on the way home to pick Campbell up from school. Finally got the lot of this series, now to work out the final.
Thanks for the cache GF07.
Thanks for the cache GF07.
cache was still there but I have replaced it with a new one and made it abit easier to find I hope.
I don't know where its hiding to day. Will come back after another find to complete the end.
Search all about and even scratch a little too, seems this one is more well hidden then #2. It could still be there (I believe it could be) but having spent by allocated time it was time to move on, this one was too good for me today. I will return for another go soon after its been found. Some sunning views from GZ, amazing. so thanks for bringing me here regardless.
Came prepared to replace this only to find the original one still there it was just a bit buried
Second attempt at this one and still no luck, despite some very strong hints given at mid year dinner event.
Searched everywhere at GZ up and down behind and in front. Nothing. Will try again.
Finally got to do this one during the day. fantastic views from up there TFTC Gonefishen07 SL
This was the first of the Farm Animals series for us and we were trying to work out the best way to cover so much ground and yet so few roads to the next ridge. We weren't sure what to expect, but once the first was found we were on our way to an enjoyable day of caching. Tempted to stay for a while and soak up the view. SL Thanks Gonefishen07
I had previously done one of this series and was after the others today. A nice drive to this one and an easy find, thanks Gonefishen.
Found by Mary & David at 1205. Took us a while to find this one, as we were too busy admiring the green rolling hills and the views. Another nice little park which we had all to ourselves until just after we replaced the cache, when a family descended for their picnic lunch. Good timing! Our thanks again to Gonefishen07.
Cache has been put back in it's original place thanks to the Morris for putting it back in the tree.
Our first in the series and I'm not sure if it is where it is supposed to be given the almighty storm last night. It was lying on the ground in the recently mowed grass so we have wedged him into a tree at GZ. Hope this is close to where he is supposed to be. TFTC
This is number two for us in this series and unfortunately the last cache for the day as we have to go home. We really enjoyed the views driving in here, the views were fantastic and even better once you could stop and take them in. We were a bit concerned about parking as we approached but as we rounded the bend our worries were put to rest because the local farmer had provided us with a very handy parking spot. The sun was getting very low in the sky and the light reflecting off the distant water made the view even better. The land slip on the property opposite is not a good thing but we are sure some careful planting of trees may eventually stop it going any further. The cache itself was another easy find, right where the GPSr said it should be. Again we noted the animal and signed the log before heading off home, the rest of the series will have to wait.
Thanks once more Gonefishen07 for the cache

This cache formed a part of a massive day trip with Kellyhaunts and Starruby, covering over 700km.
*FTF* We where up in Ballarat when this series got published and decided it was worth a shot at some FTF's. It was now something around 22 hours since we had caught up to start our day caching. This being my least favorite of the Gonefishing clues I was happy to hear Kellyhaunts had made the find. TFTC

Another find with C@H and Kellyhaunts on our 750 km roundtrip caching day, visiting hard-to-reach and infrequently visited caches, finishing with a latenight 300 km dash for 8 FTFs!

Whilst cache-hiking in the Ballarat hinterland today, this series of caches was published on the other side of the 2 bays. Never one to shirk a FTF opportunity, C@H led the charge despite the exhausting day of driving and walking/climbing up mountains.
The day has dragged well on into the night, and the many late nights recently are taking their toll. It is Kellyhaunts who is the keenest at this time, leaping out of the 4WD and quickly locating the next animal in the series. TFTC

Woke up on the couch at home just after midnight and decided at the last minute to go for a drive and have a crack at the series. This was my first stop and a great dirt road leading to GZ. Cool view at night but I can imagine they would be great during the day. Hoping for a FTF and opened the log book to find three names already there. I messaged C@H to find they were well into the series. Realising it was going to probably take longer than the time I had I decided to go back home. Crazy things we do. Thanks Gonefishen07, I will be back to complete the series. Cheers.
Great day to be out geoing ,great views, great cache sl thanks Gonefishen for the cache
