Searched all the likely locations but it remained elusive. Has it gone A.W.O.L.?
Paddled up Nockburra Creek from the entrance of Chambers to get this cache. Looked at the very obvious spot at GZ but the cupboard was bare. Looked around in nearby trees and shrubs, nothing. Came back to the hollow tree and had a good second look, nothing.
Enjoyed the paddle anyway, 6.7km just before sunset, a stunning place to paddle

Came to Barmera for a lovely weekend visit and decided to do the Luna series. Thanks for showing me around and some lovely camp spots that will be visited in the future.
Headed to Kingston on the Murray for the Easter weekend what a lovely spot. Lots of great geocaches to be found on our quest to reach 4000.
We loved the Luna Reserve and all the caches here. TFTC

Found the cache with hevwalker & CPWanderer on a caching trip to the Riverland.
We'd managed to find all but one cache, which was taped off with SES tape.
Thanks for the series crane2

A Riverland Road Trip with CPwanderer & clare007...
Oh!!! it appears we might have attempted this backwards...
No matter we got there in the end...except Luna Views, there seems to be something happening down that track, with SES tape across the entrance...

Out for the afternoon around Loch Luna and Overland Corner grabbing caches along the way. [^]
I had not been to this part of the Riverland and spent a great afternoon driving, walking and thoroughly enjoying the whole experience. Had a look around the old building then headed off to find the cache.
Thanks for the cache crane2.

Great fun looking for this one. Nice afternoon driving around loch luna. TFTC
Brodie, muggle partner and I were at Berri for an event yesterday at our 'home' for the weekend
Today was head for our real home day and I was supposed to be back in Adelaide by 6.30pm for a meeting but at 8pm, we were just leaving Barmera
There was just too many great spots to visit and caches to find
All up, 40 caches for the day (well, 40 after we had been to bed and slept ) and the last 2 were FTFs which required a small (about 20km) detour from our journey home.
Unless mentioned otherwise, please know that your cache and log book was in good condition.
Enjoying our crane2 guided tour of this area and the features in it like the old pumping station

Enjoying a afternoon in the park with Mattycat, some picturesque hideaways in here with beautiful views across the waters, worth coming back for a camping weekend and a kayak TFTC crane2
Had a great day caching around Lake Bonney and surrounds with
Mr and Mrs Froghoppin. Great views all around this park.

Our first find on a weekend paddling trip in the loch. All good up to here, then couldn't get through the reeds a bit further on on the trail and had to paddle back to here and go back the way came for a bit. I nice spot to stretch the legs halfway along the trail

Out and about today at the Monash mammoth markets thought we better take the CatKids to find some caches while we where out and about. Lovely day for it. Thankfully the camper wasn't home when we dropped in so we didn't get seen finding this one Phewwww. TFTC
So we finished this series at the start just as the sun is starting to set. Lots of birdlife in the water today, swans, herons, egrets, cormorants, unsuspecting ducks and the ever present pelican. I have attached a photo taken a few 100 meters north of the cache. Thanks for this series crane2 - very much appreciated the information and the beautiful scenery here.
After sleeping-in and visiting the bakery and the tourist information centre, we decided to drive through this conservation park this afternoon. An interesting place we'd never have visited if not for caching.

I spent the morning wandering around Loch Luna park chasing geocaches. Nice area never been here before. Though my magna was complaining about the corrugations in parts.
I'll have to come back to camp sometime! TFTC crane2.

Definitely a pumping station
Possibly for the mine that still operates in the middle of the game reserve ??
My olde topographic map shows the pipeline starting here and ending somewhere about a mile away to the east.
Nearby I found the cache safe and sound [^]
So far I haven't met another soul on me cruise around the Luna landscape
Looks like I have the place to meself for the night

Now camped up at Plush's Bend for a few days it was time to head back towards Barmera to find some caches and explore the area.
Some very interesting history and some awesome scenic spots that Geocaching took us to today. [^]
We hadn't realised we could drive to the caches here in the reserve but on seeing the entrance from the nearby cache Go'n'do - Napper's Ruins we decided we should tackle these before the rain of the next few days. Quick find here, not surprised though with the current warm spell to find no campers in residence today.
Thanks for the cache and for helping us explore this area

Wanted to come in and do this group in the reserve for some time and what better time than when on holidays
Looking very nice and green at the moment, a bit of wild life, very pleasant.
Missed doing Luna View following this one, big mistake, adds to the back and forthing [B)]

Last one for the morning while out exploring the reserve by bicycle.
Had planned to continue to the other caches in the area, after sheltering under a tree waiting for the rain to stop, but shortly after leaving the cache I hit a soft spot in the road, and was sent flying off the bike into the bush.
Covered in mud, with a turned ankle and a few scrapes I decided to call it a day.
Will be back when the paths are a little drier.
Certainly a day to remember.

Caching with earthlight and the xtrailers we set of to go and do a few caches around this area today, a nice quick find as we go through here finding all the Luna caches, an enjoyable find with great views, and this one concludes the series for us. TFTC
Attempted to do this cache first in the series but we were blocked from entering so it became the last cache in the series.
Found with the x-trailers and 3LG.
A great day out this way to cache.

Found on our Holiday to the area We were having a great time and loving the area
This was our morning tea spot whilst paddling the Nockburra Creek Canoe Trail. We had a fabulous day - this area is beautiful and the water was so calm and peaceful. After this point we became a little lost on the trail due to the lack of markers, but it made for a bit of an adventure and more paddling is always a good thing [^] It was great to be able to hop out of the kayak and find a nearby cache! Thanks.
We had lunch here today – it was a warmish day & a nice breeze blowing from the river helped to keep the temp. Down - TFTC / TFTH / SL
This was our last of the series today in a park we'd never been before - such a lovely place .

Found this on a caching day out with Gemini7, decided to give the 4x4 a bit of exercise...we saw plenty of Roos on the way to this cache, and a lonely camper at the spot.
TFTC crane2, enjoyed the drive here.

Found on our Tour De Force with Trail06, TheWhiteDogGang, Team Astro, Freddo, and Princess Consuela.
We started at 6.30am Saturday and got home 3.00pm Sunday.
We stayed at Loch Luna on the Murray on Saturday night.
A delightful area that I will definately come back to especially after the fire season has finished. Our group had a top night around the gas cookers.

Found as part of a weekend of caching with Team Waldron, Freddo, Astro and White Dog Gang too! I love this reserve, with an abundance of kangaroos, emus and bird life. Even tried a touch of fishing but nothing today! TFTC
The road noise from here would have been nonexistent (camp 6 you could hear the odd whoosh). Perfect camp spot. Nice big pipes.
Thanks to crane2 and clear skies from TeamAstro.
I was wondering what I was going to see at this cache but what else would you call a cache located here? I nearly put my hand into a hollow with an active wasps nest while looking forthis cache!!!
A week ago I was thinking that this series of caches would be inaccessable with the recent rain, and reports that the roads in the park reserve were closed. No problems with access today.
Thanks for the cache and series crane2.

I was up in Glossop overnight for a $2 million fire at a local factory and took the time on the way home to grab some caches in the heat and the wind.

Did this one in the series second to last Creatures out at night are amazing here. plenty of Roos of course but lots of owls and tawny frog mouths. Also came across an echidna on the track on journey home. Good hide on this one tricky at first had me looking in all the wrong places. But soon had it in hand.
