Today fitzy_1965 and I headed north to collect a birthday present.Whilst in the area we couldn't resist a bit of caching on such a glorious winters day.All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.
Visited this area with goingplaces2 to gather some more caches to add to the tally. Easy find at a good level. TFTC.
A drive south with ilook4geo was organised to collect some caches for the day. We have been caching around this area for quite a while and we were happy to find enough caches, even though it was hot. This one was a quick find and the log was soon signed and replaced as found. Thanks go to Bulba's for placing a cache here.
11 March 2024This is find number: 9342Streak Day: 3007Found Today with Snoopy1976, a quick and easy find. ThanksThanks to Bulba's for placing and maintaining this cache. TFTC
Streak Day #3896 - Out this way with Dave8153 for our cache of the day. Quick find for us today. TFTC
TFTC Bulas . Pulled up as a volunteer working in the BushFires place busy with his hoses . I spotted something not on properly which needed investigating. Sure it was . A quick retrieval and signing . New log is really needed now . No room in the inn. Golden paperclip left behind .
Found It!
A quick find while caching in the area. Very quiet here today.

Nice one thank you. Getting to the end of a long and beautiful and productive day. Man there Really is a lot of land out here.
Took way longer than it should have. We were looking in right place but it didn't want to be found! TFTC
Found with iamawaterfairy, a very sneaky hide and room for small swaps, the log is getting a bit full. TFTC
So on the day that we stop to remember our Queens service, and while I have an impromptu public holiday, a series of “local” caches is the order of the day,
But I was led to believe that this was a very quiet neck of the woods. Well, if that’s the case. I must have chosen peak hour. The cars were coming from everywhere while I tried not to be too conspicuous. But they just kept coming! I was convinced that there must be a major housing estate on the other side of the crest! So slowly I managed to extract, sign and replace said hide without drawing an unnecessary amount of attention!

Found while passing by with WaywardWoman. A quick find. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
A quick find on a pleasant day's caching with Brewmaker. These hides seem popular today!

Really behind on my logs and only just catching up, sorry for any generic type logs!
Out for an afternoon geo-adventure with LIttl3Vix, seeing where we could get a few caches. It'd been awhile since we had been to the Burragorang lookout and there were a few on the way so it was the perfect trip. This was our 9th find for the afternoon and being experienced in this type of hide, it didn't take long for us to turn up the cache. Thanks for the nice quick park and grab!

Find #482 on streak day #156.
Getting into the geomobile today with MizCupcake to see where the afternoon will lead. An overcast day and rain called for an easy trip and some scenic views. So we made our way to the Burragorang Lookout. This was our 9th find today and heading back home. We pulled over and parked the geomobile close by and headed over to gz. This was a quick and easy find for us. We had a couple of options but are accustomed to these hides so we had CIH quickly. Both of us completed signing the log and replaced, making our way home. TFTC!

Can’t believe our first Geocache was at the our local bus stop. Cleaver daughter found it in a few seconds. Thanks, so excited to find a local cache.
Decided to do some park and grabs on my way home after a day of caching. This one was a nice quick find. There was hardly any traffic so didn't have to worry about timing.

Out and about with Happy Uke today to try and catch up on some caches that need to be reported. So there was no time to waste and we all got busy doing what we do best.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Mid afternoon and I said to Finalf29 "Come on, lets do a bit of caching"... didn't take any convincing to jump in the geomobile and start cleaning up the Oaks area. We had lovely drives, walks, chats, laughs and searches... found eleven in a productive fun few hours.
This was our second for the arvo. Nice peaceful spot with a cool breeze. Thanks

Found with nissan 65 on a day trip caching. Beautiful day off work. Thankyou for the cache
I call this 1 - 2 for the $ of 1 visit as I also completed a waymark here also - TFTC / TFTH / SL
Out with the crew after an event in Picton... even though it was hot we couldn't resist a few caches while in the area. TFTC
#4189 (4 of 8 today)
My caching these last few days really hasn't been a lot of fun. My DNFs have outnumbered my finds, I've sliced myself on broken glass... Not fun.
So decided to head south today where hopefully I can make a few finds without too much angst. Left a lot later than I wanted - fun with Geokid #2 came first. So decided on a loop around Oakdale and The Oaks.
In the end I had eight finds in as many attempts, including two previous DNFs. All quick finds - much better day!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Quick find here. After checking the obvious, went for the less obvious. CIH!
But what is that strange clicking?
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then went to check on the sound. Appears to be the electric fence over the road. but should it be making that noise?

There was a nearby local coming out of her driveway down the road and I'm sure she stopped to watch what I was up to. I made the find a minute of so after she drove past. TFTC
Found this one with Little Cricket and 007 Mushu. I was looking in a different spot for the obvious when 007 Mushu walked up behind me with the cache in hand. Great camo, TFTC:)
Found with Lucky Cricket and Little Cricket. I found this one while Lucky Cricket and Little Cricket were looking elsewhere. A great camo. TFTC
Had a goal to complete 47 caches today to meet an end of year target but with the rain and diminishing daylight, I was ready to call it quits at 30 and return over the weekend, however a couple more PnGs (4) were just too tempting to drive by especially when GZ was within centimetres of the car. Quickly found cache (no longer a mint tin) but before I could remove logsheet felt something tickling my hand. Shook off the unusual (and hopefully non-deadly) spider before completing logging duties but after a long day in miserable conditions, my sense of fear and risk was too greatly reduced to care.
Just realised I have forgotten to log my cache finds. Found this in November. I did sign the log so you should find my chicken scratch squiggled across the page. TFTC.
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” *Throsbyonchurch* and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.
Found it . -- 1:52 PM -- SL TNLN TFTH. Thanks for bringing us here.
Cache in good condition. Not having cached much recently I decided to make a day of this gorgeous warm weather and head out caching. This cache had us tricked for a jiffy, but didn't take long to find. I think we were either still asleep or out of practise

Been meaning to get this one for a while as it's not far from home when I last tried it ended up being missing, now it's been replaced headed out today after a big night last night trying to relieve my head, I think it's back to the geolounge for me... Thanks Bulbas
#215 Nice quick find for the thirteenth cache of the day. TFTC and replacing it.
Have recived a message from a fellow geocacher that Robertsons Corner has been muggled.
We have been and checked it out and is definitely missing.
We will replace it today.
Thankyou so much for letting us know.
Hopefully it will remain in place again.
Cheers "Bulba's"

Found in good condition, was not where the reflector light used to be. Did find a similar top nearby on the ground, couldn't get in that one but got in this one ok.left a pink circle. Not much room for anything bigger
Found where the location is , but looks like someone has taken it from the location
Found exactly where it was ment to be, in where the reflector light use to be and also found the "guardian" which was the spider soldier boy was referring too, checked all around it and couldn't see anything. Please check this one just incase I am wrong, but searched everywhere and is no where in sight
Found the cache & it's guardian, who scurried off, but definitely think we got a bigger shock than he did. Nicely hidden, tftc xo
Took a wrong turn someplace and ended up here so might as well grab the cache.

A nice drive in a quiet area. The friendly neighbours came out to see if we had broken down (or perhaps they thought we were going to cause trouble). They were quite interested when we explained that we were geocaching. A very nice hide. TFTC
At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. Most of the first two years I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.
This one was a quick and easy find.

Nabbed with Fitzy and Sol on a caching spree through the area, the day now beautiful and warm compared to the minus 4 we left in this morning.
No problem making the grab, all done and dusted in a minute.
Thanks for another Bulba's.
