Quite a lot of council work has gone on here recently with tree clearing. Maybe cache has been collected.
Spent a while pawing through a few trees, including the one the GPS sent me to but no luck.
Our first geocache ever!!
Got some help from Tokerau, who had previously found it, and we eventually found it!!

We needed to let the puppy out to have some fresh air and found this spot. The Little One and Mrs went on the hunt, after a few minutes of solid hunting the Little One called out ‘found it!’. TFTC
cool spot, liked going off the main trail a bit for this one. good location, thankyou!
Having left Isla our geodog Isla at home and came touring NZ and to collect a few caches. Left wife sitting on a bench as I went to locate this one. No
Problems here. TFTC

Had the afternoon off so decided on a walk in the sunny Hawkes Bay. Thanks. Cache had fallen out so placed back.
Found as a part of a previous group TanjackMüley, aka WanderingSparrow. Now I'm continuing on my own. TFTC
Been staying with cache owner for a couple of nights now is time to move on. Still taking the long way home
The GPS took a long time to settle. Walked around a 15m area, eventually spotted the cache from a distance. TFTC
didn't go for a swim
We are away in our campervan just cruising the manawatu to Waiarapa then on to Hawkes Bay and return. During our tour we enjoyed travelling the quiet roads away from the main state highways. we enjoyed the bike trails around the Napier to Clifton and the inland trails up to Hastings and beyond, many of these trails of course were extra special because they had geocaches placed along them. Many thanks to all those who look after the caches. We hope you enjoy the same when you come into our area.
Sorry about the cut and paste if you have more than one geocache that we had found

We had been talking about cache bash in Napier for a while, and when Cats&Dragons mentioned a trip down here this weekend I couldn't say no. The plan was to head down Friday night (leaving Hamilton about 7pm) and then cache til we can then grab a few hours sleep and then cache through til late afternoon and then head home. The plan worked well, with about 110 caches found over the 24 hour caching period.
It was the first time we had visited Napier to do a caching mission, and we were both impressed with the genius hides (some we hadn't seen before, I'll give a special mention to those ones). A big thanks to all the CO's whose caches we found, for placing and maintaining them. A great trip and looking forward to a revisit.

No dipping today-river was high & dirty.Managed to find the nice cache container in the first place we looked-gps spot on-tftc
A bit of a walk through the long grass to find this one. We found the cache in the first spot we checked. Thank you.
One week off during school holiday time, combined with some cheap flights made a great adventure in the HB and Gisborne area, popping into BoP a couple of times also. I had great fun and I am grateful to all CO's who placed the caches for others' entertainment!!
Today I decided to have a big day and see if I can break 50, and I did, even with a few extras! I decided to go for a bit of a walk too.
I think I found the original container!! Theme of this trip so it seems TFTC!!

Wow so much damage from the storm replaced cache looking for a black vitamin bottle
No luck here, suspect it may have been washed away again. Hasn't been found since May last year.
Did not find, lots of trees fallen over. Must have been lost with recent flooding.
Waded through hip high grass to get to tree coverred in grass. Didn't spend much time looking as 2 kids left on bank. Be prepared for grass scatches
My husband dropped me off for 2 hours to "walk the trail". Staying at beautiful Black Barn. If (Muggler husband) knew I went traipsing threw the brush, he would not have been happy. Did it & Found it! ~ He doesn't know. I am safe & sound & no blood shed this time...thanks!
Pity about the rubbish dumped at the start of the track. Once past that it was fine. Lovely swim in the Tuki Tuki with my togs on. TFTC
Looked for this cache before bike ride, had a little hunt around before I found the " non pc container ". Cheers.
I decided to keep my clothes on for this one. Thanks for placing the cache. A lovely spot, although getting a bit cool for swimming. By the time I got there the shadows were starting to lengthen.
Great cache! Our first visit to this reserve. Would never have seen it without you. Thank you!

Searched around and found a likely clue but it appears the area may have flooded and possibly washed away the cache?
Must stop trying to search for ones near the rivers! Still quite muddy around here so will be back in the warmer months
Great spot. Haven't been here for years. An awesome little hiding spot - very dry. Thanks.
Had a nice drive to GZ area and a pleasant walk after that. It was hot enough for a swim but not for this modest gel. T4tc
Choice find, got a little confused at first at to where the gps was leading us, but ready find once we sorted it out. TFTC
