Dodging puddles, admiring wattles. Some defensive driving skills required to get to this one.Found with Lorigus74. Thans for placing this geocache for our enjoyment.
Trying to keep up with the Jones in the Cosmic Quest, while also trying to fill in calendar days. Many thanks Crazy Creels for providing this game piece for our enjoyment.Found with zinnia94Greetings from Tatura, Australia
The cache notepad had been destroyed by water and I did not have another to replace it sorry.
Our last full day in Bendigo so before moving on we took the opportunity to make the most of the beautiful weather and got for a bike ride into town from our caravan park. We joined up with the O'Keefe Rail Trail and road past Lake Weeroona and onto the 'Bendigo' sign before returning via as many parks as possible, and a few caches, to be home in time for lunch. A great ride.In the afternoon we headed north out of town to pick up a few more caches. A good day!Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Crazy Creels.**SKI Pair****
On the hunt today to kill some boredom with the little geodudes. Had a lot of fun in some bush on a cloudy day. Thanks for the cool cache!
My final cache for the day and as usual I chose the wrong track on the mtb!! Atleast there weren't any scratchy bushes My dodgy GPS had me looking in several places until I spotted the distant cache. With a wee bit of help from a TOTT, I eventually had the cache inhand. Sadly the container had lots of water & the logbook was saturated. Photos sent to CO. Many thanks
An unusual situation for us instead of being in lovely warm Queensland we are hiding around cold old Victoria. Medical reasons and caravan repairs have us staying here and we will be looking forward to finding as many caches as possible while we are here. SL TFTC
Found with LittleBoss2 on a wet Sunday afternoon. The little swift got us to within about 250m, and it was an easy walk from there, with Geo the puppy as well. Thanks Crazy Creels
Found with Bogonghazy. Thanks for placing the geocache. Made it in with my car and avoided the wet track.

Back in Bendigo with Rebel Acts for a few days of caching fun, It's great to see so many new caches around town.
The weather wasn't the kindest ,sun was absolutely baking but still had a great day of caching.
Cheers for the cache.

I had been thinking about a trip to Bendigo for over a month so that I could find My centroid cache and with an event in town this weekend plans were made to do a few days caching with My good mate Omegaman1971.There are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today.
Thanks Crazy Creels for the cache

After the National Tree Day planting and well earned snag and cupcake, n0w0rries and I joined the convoy already containing Geoturtle37, chooknchunk, Papi4506, OzHockeyChick, Roaming Howie and Crack'n'LeeLee to get some nearby smileys.
With so many sets of eyes, the finds were as quick as you'd expect, though we made sure everyone got to share in the discoveries.
That said, we cheekily drove past everyone else to park almost close enough to lean out of the window and get the cache, though, given its hiding place, that would have been a feat of contortion for the record books.
Thanks, Crazy Creels.
And with that, we bade farewell to the rest of the convoy and headed back out to look for some challenge caches.

Requiring a regular size container find today, I earmarked this one. With careful wheel placement, I made it in OK, then I had to reach into a dark hole….eek! Grabbed the cache and emptied the water out. The log was dry though.
Thanks for placing the cache Crazy Creels.
Thanks for placing the cache Crazy Creels.
A great group of cachers set off to find a few caches before we went our separate ways. This was a quick find where we watched someone having fun on the clay hillocks nearby. This is where we lost two of our entourage. Thanks for the cache.
Following some events nearby this morning, LeeLee headed out on the tracks with RoamingHowie, OzHockeyChick, Geoturtle37, Papi4506, n0w0rries, nirgalagrin and riding shot gun with chooknchunk.
We had a great time exploring this area and of course the added bonus of a cache.
n0w0rries pretty much made this a drive by . With the geovehicle nearby, it was handy for n0w0rries to grab a cloth to try and dry out the soaked cache.
It was here we parted with n0w0rries and nirgalagrin. I'm sure we will catch up soon.
thanks Crazy Creels. An interesting spot.

After the tree planting CITO, Chook joined up with Geoturtle37, Papi4506, OzHockeyChick, Roaming Howie, NoWorries, nirgalagrin and Crack'n'LeeLee for a super fun afternoon of chasing caches in the backblocks and bush of the Huntly area. What a huge claypit area! We saw a 4WD in the distance having a play in there, but we stayed on the outer and kept to finding geocaches today. TFTC Crazy Creels.
An extra early start to the day for me. First stop was to pick up nirgalagrin then off we went up the freeway.
Stopping once or twice... on the way through to the breakfast event and the the National Tree Day CITO.
After grabbing a snag and a cache from the wetland, we went in search of some local caches before heading out of town to do the Challenge series.
We teamed up with Geoturtle37, chooknchunk, Papi4506, OzHockeyChick, Roaming Howie and Crack'n'LeeLee to find lots of other caches in this area.
*We made this one our closest drive by for the day.*
Dried out the container and freshened the cache up a bit.
***We now part company with the rest of the crew and head out to find all the nearby challenge caches.***
Loved your Claypits. Thanks Crazy Creels.

A weekend road trip camping adventure with RoamingHowie, exploring the Bendigo area as well as attending a couple of events and a cito, teaming up with Papi4506 & Geoturtle37 along the way.
With the geocrew now including chooknchunk, Crack’n’LeeLee, n0w0rries and nirgalagrin, we made our way to various caches in the area.
After a quick find at gz, we said our goodbyes to nw & nirg as we headed off in opposite directions.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Crazy Creels

I haven’t spent much time caching in Bendigo, so with a couple of events on for the weekend I decided to team up with OzHockeyChick for some caching adventures. After swagging it overnight, it was a day of tree planting and caching before heading home.
The team grew exponentially and now incorporated Geoturtle37, Papi4506, chooknchunk, cracknleelee, n0w0rries and nirgalagrin.
We completed the loop back to where we began the trail and this was the last spot.
Thanks Crazy Creels for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

A fabulous day of caching with Posums around Bendigo saw us at this cache. Lots of dirt bikes here but a quick find thankfully. Cheers for the cache
Staying up at Castlemaine for the weekend and I mentioned to GemmaSistema that I would be staying up this way, so Gemma made a trip up to here and we met up in the morning and then spent a fantastic day around the outer suburbs of Bendigo.
Plenty of laughs, Bush tracks, a couple of Lab caches thrown in and of course lots of other caches found along the way, ending with a couple of pizzas for tea in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens
A great day out was had.
I have been to a couple of clay pits in my travels and we couldn’t get to close to these ones as there were plenty of dirt bike riders enjoying the area.
Thanks Crazy Creels TFTC.

Lucky I am with ShearingLinc as there is no way I was putting my hand in there!
Took me a second to find this one, there were a few places it could have been, but it was well worth it in the end.
Decent little hide this one.

Another brilliant little hiding spot right in the middle of the bush near the famous clay pits of Bendigo. Thank you very much for making this hard possible another real fun one.

This cache was found after we completed the smiley face series earlier in the day and decided to collect some more caches to top the day off and to get more than 25 caches in a day, today (with 28 collected at end of play).
This cache was well hidden in (in its hidey hole) log signed and replaced cache and replaced. TFTC, from the inspectorrexteam.

We ventured over to the claypits after caching through Whipstick bush since yesterday. The temperature was up to 34° by now, making caching very uncomfortable, so a quick drive- by was welcomed. Once at the cache we wondered how we were going to access it until we spied something useful that helped retrieve the container.
Thanks Crazy Creels for the placement here, we can imagine what it would be like in winter

Find # 4723
Found with sharkiefan.
Time to get away form the muggle scene and head for some Bush hides.
Managed to negotiate the many water ruts in the road to get close to GZ. only having a 2wd i was a little hesitant of the white "clay" near GZ so we legged it the last 20m to GZ, only to find it was quite solid and i could have drove over it. Oh well i need the exercise

What an awesome place!!! I even managed to get my little Barina around all the puddles and aaaalmost up to GZ. Some deep ditches in the road would have swallowed my little car up so I walked the short distance to the cache. Thank you for bringing me here Crazy Creels, and thank you for the cache. Last one out of 14 for the day. Not bad seeing as I was only intending on finding a couple!

#2716 On a trip to Bendigo today. A quick diversion from our intended route down the eroded track to gz. The geohounds were happy to get out of the new geocar for a quick run while we concentrated on the hide. Fished out the cache in no time! TFTC Crazy Creels, lots of water in the former clay quarry hole at the moment.
What a great spot to test your 4wd & mountain bike skills, easy find. TFTC Crazy Creels
2 DNFs but 18 finds on a day out in Bendigo with Cybergran V
The Corolla ended up in all sorts of places , as did we , on dirt tracks and forest paths, bitumen roads and muddy puddles
A good day from start to finish [^]
Surrounded by mountain bikes[?] That happened to us sometime today (yeah all 2 of them )but I'm pretty sure it wasn't at this cache
I'm really having fun exploring today and sadly, no major big puddles were found

Able to claim six months unloved here by two days.
Thanks for the view of the Clay pits.

Unfortunately we didn't have our bikes with us today, the tracks certainly looked inviting. The cleverly concealed cache was soon in hand and we tried adding our name to the log. Sadly the container has succumbed to recent wet weather and the log is almost a mush. We were able to attach our sticker inside the container.
Our thanks to Crazy Creels for placing this cache.

This one really needs a welfare visit from the CO.
The Log is soaked, the container is no longer waterproof . **perhaps it needs to be temporarily disabled by the owner** until they have an opportunity to check on the cache and take whatever action is necessary.

Great location and cache! Walked in from the main road as didn't have a 4x4. Note to self don't wear runners in or around clay! Thanks
Tricky find in sparse forest. Giving 4WD enthusiast partner too many ideas! Interesting spot. Retrieving cache a bit scary.
1:27:00 PM. In town for the day and grabbing a few caches. Good to get out away from muggles and no one out here today. Found a good track in and back out. Log signed. Thanks Crazy Creels for placing this cache.
