Staying nearby in St Leonards and headed out to grab a few caches before lunch. I parked nearby and it was a short stroll to GZ where the cache was easily located.
The log is wet so I put in a sheet of paper.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Found this cache even though the listing is disabled. An old log is in the cache, so I signed it anyway and replaced the cache.
Looks like those pesky muggles have been at it again.
Will try and get down next week to replace same.

Found this a couple of days ago now. Was back here with a vengeance after a dnf as it went walkies. A quick find here thankfully this time with no worries at all. Thanks for the cache!!
Found 09/11/14 @ 17:13.
Out this way to try for the caches on Duck island. Unfortunately, poor planning saw us 4-6km away and only 1 hour left in the tide window to get in and out so we wisely decided to come back another day.
We picked up a few caches around the area on the way home, this being one of them.
Ah, a D1.5, this should be pretty quick. Hmm, not in the first spot I checked, or even the second. Impatient brother in the car, ok check hint. Ah, there it is... why didn't I check there first? !
Thanks VKC1SR for bringing me here, we'll be back out here for sure

Unfortunately no luck here today. Ended up searching nearly each and every one (except the ones over water)
Realised today I had missed logging this last month on the 23rd when I was down this way. My iPhone was several metres away from GZ which meant a bit more thought and a bit more looking before I found the cleverly hidden cache Thanks VKC1SR
Nice hide, but wouldn't have found it without the hint. I didn't have a pen, so couldn't sign the log.
Found easily. Thanks for the comments. Spiders were nearby but not on the cache. TFTC
Got that creepy spider web on the hands feeling when retrieving this cache... glad no spiders were on the cache when recovered from its hiding place. Co-ords were spot on and no muggles about on this hot day, they were all at the beach getting sunburnt.
thanks to VKC1SR for this hide, in such a pleasant area

Took a while to find as pushed right up high. Lots of muggles on this nice day tftc
Went on a treasure hunt with the kids while camping in St Leonards. The fear of spiders made this a little harder to brave up and find, but the kids and I had fun. Thank you.
tons of muggles but managed to find the cache without being spotted, tftc
Out for another fun day of caching with BorisB&Natasha on this very hot day.........but at least it kept the muggles away.
My apologies for the late logs but the festive season is a very busy time for a chef.
We had no problems finding the cache but the log book was missing but we always carry spares so it was replaced and then on to the next.
Thank you VKC1SR for the cache.

With the mercury expecting to hit 40 today it was decided that Nut bear and I should hit the high seas and venture over to the other side. We have been here plenty of times but never as cachers and always enjoy this area very much.
Wasn't expecting this one to be here after reading previous log, as the hint was very clear as to its position.
But it was found in the first place we looked although it was completely empty. Fortunately I always have replacement logs with me so we signed one and put it in the cache. Hope that's ok.

No luck here today but I think it may have gone missing Lovely area even though it was raining steadily
Spent the morning running from St Leonards to Portarlington, and had to do some local caches afterwards. A quick find with a generous clue and accurate co-ords. I had never seen this little wetland before - thanks for bringing me here, VKC1SR.
This was our very first find ever! My two boys loved scurrying around the bridge looking for it. Much celebration when found. We are now hooked!
We're here on a week's holiday in Portarlington. Well last night the rain and wind started and it wasnt much better this morning so it wasnt until mid afternoon that we set off to do some caching today After finding some caches around Drysdale & outer St Leonards we came to this lovely lake. G&M hunted around but surprisingly it was J who found this one which would be a first for a bridge cache!! TFTC and bringing us to this pretty area! GJMMelb
Made a dash to St Leonards in the hope of glimpsing a sailing ship this afternoon. No ship but did add a few more !smileys to the Bellarine Peninsula!
Thanks VKC1SR
Thanks VKC1SR
I have found this cache. It could have been months ago now and I probably had a cool story to go with it at the time but instead I saved it in my found list and now I forget everything. No more of that from now on. Thanks anyway! =]
Took a little looking before finally had cache in hand

Nice easy find with LumpyJRB thanks. Sorry if this log comes thru twice. Geosphere had a hissyfit when writing this log.
Find #557. A quick straight forward find. Didn't know the lake was here. SL TFTC VKC1SR
The two 'Lenny's' caches were the closest caches to where we were staying at St Leonards. This was the first of the two while taking the geobeagles on a circuit of the lake. The co-ords were spot on so we found the well-hidden cache easily and signed the log at 11:50am. TNLN.
Thanks VKC1SR for the cache and for bringing us to this picturesque lake, which had an abundance of feathered creatures today. The geobeagles enjoyed sniffing the bushes surrounding the lake and managed not to disturb any of the birdlife.

after a lot of searching and trying to avoid muggles I soon had the catche in hand tftc
After a little bit of searching, found it relatively easy. Good camo hide and lovely place for a walk!
TFTC!
TFTC!
Muggles, muggles everywhere ... dogs, kids, boat owners and senior citizens ... John kept nit, while Jinky retrieved between passing muggles. We were lucky enough to get a reasonable gap! The ziplock bag was getting a bit battered because of its size, so we replaced it with a new one, of a more appropriate size. TNLN, SL, TFTC!
Nice easy cache. TFTC

We headed down to Point Lonsdale to celebrate our 8th Wedding Anniversary.
We have been here many times in the last few years so we are starting to see some more of the Bellarine in our caching excursions.
It was quite windy today but not cold which was a bonus!
Thanks for placing the cache for us to enjoy.
Found quickly after checking the hint.

Crawled around under the bridge for a while with KrankItKiwi's dog licking my face!
A quick find and replacement before a family appeared with 3 young kids learning to ride bikes, our timing was very lucky here. SL TFTC

Found at 2:47 PM GAFF1. On a tour of the area with Phetlern, we spent a lazy afternoon picking up a few caches. We checked 4 of the nooks until finding the cache in the last one of course [xx(]

Lenny has a very fancy bridge. We could do with one of a similar size at home to span a deep gully however they obviously don't think we are worth the cost. A nice easy find at 1555hrs. Thanks VXC1SR for another easy one.
This was found with my caching friend Square Pegs on a day spent exploring the Bellarine Peninsula before returning to Melbourne. It was a great day and we scored a variety of other caches as well visiting areas I've never been to which is what I like about caching. Thanks to the CO for bringing me here today.
On a day trip to the Bellarine Peninsula with abl973, we stopped off to have a hunt for the cache. The area was extremely quiet today with only the odd car passing by. After a brief search, the container was located. Thanks to VKC1SR for the cache.
While visiting St. Leonards we found this cache.
