Stopped by while on a bike ride with the EtherSprogs, cache is where it should be and ready to be found
Preparing to leave Palmie to head home today after a fun day yesterday and a great event last night, I was very close to this one and thought I would start the day with a cache under my belt. This was a great wee cache luved it enough for a FAV, thanks the Seagnoid.
It's day twenty-seven of this months Wheel of Challenges challenge, the streak, and today I needed to find a cache. So once again I got up at ridiculous o'clock and cached my way up to Palmerston North through the sub-zero winter temperatures, with very careful planning to make my arrival time coincide with the earliest of the possible publish times of the daily WoC series that is appearing there (and once again it appeared an hour later than I was hoping). I also drove around Palmerston chasing down a variety of caches that were on my todo list. This was one of them.
No problem locating this one, although I was worried at first as it looks like there has been some maintenence work in this area recently.
---
Thanks to the Seagnoid for placing and maintaining this cache. I enjoy each and every cache I find, and it is only with CO's like this creating them and placing them out in the world that this wonderful game continues.
[DGSc-Bulk] tagging to help me generate a list for GC30AD8 - DGSc Challenge.

Found ourselves at a bit of a loss this afternoon and the idea of geocaching was thrown out. As it has been quite some time since we have had a chance everyone readily agreed. The light was already fading and with it being chilly and muddy we only managed to grab a couple. I was happy to avenge this dnf, hopefully more caching soon. Tftc
After missing out on Saturday’s fun trip to Palmerston North due to getting over a cold, I was feeling OK today and headed up by myself to visit rellies. I thought I would try and squeeze in a few geocaches on the way up and the way back, to help inch towards 1000 points for the May challenge.
I stopped in here on the way home and parked in the wrong place so ended up doing it the hard way. Thanks to the hint I was able to find the cache without too many problems, but there was definitely an easier way in. I really liked this cache, so an FP from me

Took advantage of a beautiful day and set out to do a loop, this being the first find. Nice and easy, tftc!
Found with Flowerydaze while on a visit to Palmerston North to attend an event. TFTC the Seagnoid. All good here nice and dry.
A quick find in an area that Talla64 and I have not been to before. All good here, thanks for the cache the Seagnoid.
spent 6 great weeks in New Zealand with my The start was a bit bumpy (Cyclone Gabrielle) but then it got better and better. We travelled to both islands and discovered a lot. We photographed and filmed many beautiful things, but most of it stayed in our hearts.
Almost everywhere we stopped, a cache was already waiting for us. Most of the caches are well maintained and easy to find.
With mostly very nice weather, we saw a lot of this impressive island. In many places, caches were waiting for us, which were sometimes easy and sometimes difficult to find. This cache was also included and was successfully signed
We puzzled a lot in advance and the tours were well prepared
So this box was also well found.
now I have another on my personal cache card.
many thanks to [^] **the Seagnoid** [^] for the effort and the cache and greetings from Germany

Quick log then beat a retreat before the mozzie reinforcements arrived. Nice hide, thanks the Seagnoid!
Awesome night out with nanny amba zenla. Signed most logs with anzs. Thank you for the cache. Love the hide. My first ever cache.
With amba scotty and nanny barb on a mission to complete the labyrinth!! Thank you so much for the cache.
Out on a damp drizzly morning. Soon found, thanks to a natural pointer. All in good condition. Tftc!
Came back after co replaced container and found quickly. I love caches that people put effort into them! So gets a favourite point! When signing I noticed someone also signed this today!
I wrote in the log and concealed it carefully back as found,
TFTCSL Thanks the Seagnoid for this Traditional cache!

Staying in Palmerston North for a few nights with Miss 9 for the school holidays. It seems that I took a wrong turn walking to the supermarket and I ended up at this cache. How did that happen?
A wee bit of searching to find this one as the GPS was a bit bouncy, but I knew it as soon as I saw it. Very sneaky.
Now to make my way to the supermarket and ‘home’ before it pours with rain. TFTC

I visited GZ while out on a lunchtime walk and I was unable to locate it either... (bearing in mind it was over 10 years ago that I found this cache!)
I will place a replacement cache shortly, unless someone else finds what I couldn't

An impromptu cache mission with Kelly0.
We searched and searched and came away with scratches and no cache ️
We were reluctant to give up but will need to try another day

This was the last of only 3 caches for today, but since this was a whole day spent visiting family, I knew I wouldn't have a lot of caching time available. Luckily, after finding the CO's sort-of-nearby puzzle, my aunt and grandma were happy to go find one more, so we headed along to have a go at this one. The hint was very helpful and we spent a few minutes searching around, but eventually spotted the cache secure in its hiding spot. Another very cool hide, AND another milestone (this brings up my 600th traditional find - and also my 400th micro!) - accidental but nice to have all three of today's milestones as caches from the same CO. TFTC again, the Seagnoid!!
So clever! Nearly didn't find it although I fossicked around for ages. Thanks, Seagnoid, for this little gem. Fav point from me.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap) and family... We planned to leave Palmerston North today, but not before we visited a couple of caches...
This cache was just one more for the road. We stepped into the confusion of ground zone and let our eyes do the work... A clever hide - Thanks the Seagnoid and TFTC.

Visiting Palmerston North for the weekend to see our daughter perform in a circus show - Ithaca. Got up for an early morning cache and cycle ride. What a great shared path along the Pioneer Highway. Initially found the hint item empty but a wider search retrieved. Replaced as meant to be and hope it stays that way. Nice hide. Thanks
I had a go finding this months ago when just new to the game. So pleasantly surprised to now find this quite easily. I am improving! Tftc
In town for some business shopping. Thought I'd do a few caches while here. Had my eye on doing this one for some time as it's on my way home. From across the road, hello clan. Reasonably easy find once the gps settled. Tftc.
Back in Palmy after completing my RD Run as I'm picking up the courier run through and around Longburn and need to check it out.
Which caches haven't I found around here? Ahh, this one with it's 6 FPs looks worthy.
And so it is. I hate to say it, but an easy find although not quite what I was expecting, as it has a size. All good here. TFTC
*Bugger. Logged this on my phone yesterday, but it's still sitting there waiting for me to press 'send'. **Now done so.***

Tricky! I was almost going to give up on this until I twigged.
Of interest to the GPS geeks is that around 75 metres back towards Maxwell's Line is a LINZ Geodetic Survey Marker. You can calibrate where your GPS thinks it is against where Land Information NZ thinks you are.
The actual marker is 0.6 metres away from the post and it's position is "officially":
S40 22.286
E175 34.671
I was around 2 metres out which wasn't too bad since my GPS was showing an accuracy of 8 metres at the time.

My last morning in Palmy before heading home, so I'll head along Pioneer Highway and see what I can find. Thanks
Took a little bit as it blended well. Lived here for 20 years and never knew the small park was there. SL TFTC
We stopped here for lunch while circling Palmerston North on the Manawatu River Pathway and Mangaone Walkway. This was the first good lunch spot coming from the North and has a well constructed cache. I did pick it up without noticing. It was only when the cache fell out that realised what I had.
Nice tucked away reserve that I never knew was here.
Was a surprisingly quick find by our youngest member.

Driving along from Palmerston North to Wellington for caching day. Travelling on both islands for 22 days holidays. Found it. Thanks Seagnoid for placing this cache

A spur-of-the-moment stop-off on the way home from riding He Ara Kotahi. I remember orienteering through here on a local event a few years ago. GPS was reluctant (very!) to settle down, but after a few false leads was able to identify the relevant item and make the find. Cache in good order. Thanks the Seagnoid!
Thanks for the heads-up, Gr33nslime.
Logbook replaced.
Took me longer to find that it should have...
I swore tS had moved it and changed the hide type, but when the needle continued pointing well past when I thought it been relocated to, I had to revert to my memory of the old hide type. It was a quick find after that

# 1715 Parked on Spillman place and made the quick walk to GZ. Overshot thanks to the phone but retraced to something that was likely, gave a prod with my shoe and there it was. All good here just took a bit of fiddling to get container out if its hole. Returned the correct way so the next person will have the little handles to help. Only 5 spaces left in the log sheet btw! Cheers the Seagnoid for this one, always think this way of hiding is very cool.
I too love the way caching reveals so many overlooked places and spaces. These little green spots add so much to their communities. TFTC
The second to last for the day as the sun set. Sad to say it took us some time to actually sight the cunningly hidden cache, having come close to it a number of times. All it needed was a revolution (or a revelation) to spot it. Many thanks ftc
Yes it does Out of hibernation and a road trip was in Order so the team came down from taranaki to do some detective work for the museum TFTC gets a fave Seagnoid
After hunting around believing I wouldn’t find this. Found it and was so happy. Loved this little find
Finally found with Wombat. Tried a few times over the years and this time it was easy!
