Logs
Strange, I found this log (I photographed it) in the shearing shed at Mulligan's Flat. I signed it.
Hmmm, a few DNF's in a row. Looks like it is a cache maintenance trip for me.
It should be a fairly straight forward find so I am guessing it has gone walk about.

Thought this one would be another easy find on the Mulligan's Flat Reserve circuit, but alas, it was not to be. The GPS took me right to GZ, the hint matched the location to a tee, but after a good search of the location and surrounds, came up empty. CO might need to check this one in light of this and earlier logs which suggest it hasn't been sighted since November 2012.
Nope no joy with this one Searched and searched for half an hour. I knew from reading the logs I was looking for an unusual container. Even using the hint uncovered nothing after scratching around there. I shall watch this one to see if anyone finds it as I'd like to have another go!
521. This was one of the finds out of 52 that I found with Cankid today. We went on about a 40 km bike ride around the Mulligans flat area, and most of the containers we found were quite abnormal.
Yes, the cache container did look recycled, but it was still great and easy to find.
Thanks for the cache, Bruces run

Took a cross-country approach to reduce trip time (a strategy which actually worked on this occasion!), before finding the well-covered cache. TFTC.
It didn't fit MR J also named Bruce. Cute cache. Walked past the rangers car. What are the blue flags for? Itlooks like tags for observations of scratchings and animal homes. TFTC
East find with Justjessie, was sitting down resting when another caching family wandered past...
Sol and I wandered pretty much directly here, noticed one of the ecologists nearby, probably checking the Bettongs.
Thanks for another Bruces Run.

Next on our run through Mulligans cleaning up a few caches. A neat little container this one.
Thanks for the fun and the cache Bruce's Run.

848. It was a bit quiet at work today, so decided to take the afternoon off and have a stroll around "the flat". A quick find. The things you find in the bush! TFTC.
I spotted Bruce's slipper out in the open a good 20 meters away, so I re-hid it where the hint and GPS aligned. Another creative hide! Loved it. TFTC!
A quick find on a stroll through Mulligans Flat, and the second last for the day. A cute cache container that Bruce must be missing playing with.

Found on a stroll around Mulligans Flat to clear up the caches that have populated the area after our last sweep. The second last for us today and another quick find.

Found it. nice easy find, especially after my first attempt at Bruce's Bush nano. Thanks BR for the hunt. TNLNSL. Cache in good / dry condition.
Picked a good day to do our Mulligans expedition with Hccatcher11415, Allrounder and Shadow! The day was starting to take it's toll on the expedition team...13 down, 2 to go...almost done! Quick grab, cute camo. The muggle traffic was starting to build up as we got back closer to civilization.

Was going to wait until the next ones got published, but decided I felt like a ride, so went and got these today! Knowing where the main paths are through here helped, and it was a nice ride! Thanks Bruces's Run.
If it's one thing we like it's creative containers. We had a feeling that this is what we'd be finding and were happy for it. As Bruce's Run provided our first ever FTF, it's always a pleasure to find their caches! TFTC
Found with noikmeister. Today's originl plan was thwarted by the weather forecast, but fortunately there were quite a few caches in Goorooyaroo and Mulligans flat that neither I nor noikmeister had found so a very practical plan B was implemented. A 20km walk managed to collect most of the available caches in these nature parks. A very aptly named cache. TFTC
Another bonus cache that educated our route through Goorooyaroo. Out with CT on a 20km day through Goorooyaroo. 16 caches and 2 trigs.
Thanks Bruce.
Thanks Bruce.
5224. [green]Sorry Bruce but you appear to be a little lower on the social scale than other slipper wearers. The Golden Slipper - a prestigious horse race for 2 year olds. Ruby slippers - as worn by Dorothy courtesy of Glinda and an errant house. Natural slipper - Mark Waugh, absolute liquid movement in the field. And then there's Bruce's slipper [:o)].
TFTC and the almost ruby slipper. [/green]

A very easy find because it was entirely uncovered when we arrived. We tried to leave it better concealed. Thanks for an interesting little container!

two of the cachers that i work with had been talking about mulligans flat
and how good the caching was there.
so as i was on leave and the dorrigo codgers (parents)were down we decided to go for a walk arround the reserve. just over 11ks walked and a good day had by all

Relaxing at home when these became published. We decided a nice bush walk would do us good so off we went. We accidently took the wrong path and ended up doing a massive bush bash to get to to the cache. However our efforts paid off with an *FTF* at 12:48pm. No onward to Bruce's paper. TFTC
