Damn long way down is all I can say. Needed to go and find some height assistance and even then I was stretching it. Was water inside cache and log is very wet. The park is really different and worth another visit. TFTC.
Cache had water in it, cleared out but log is very wet and in need of replacement.
We are archiving this cache due to animals that have moved into the hiding place, and a water logged box and log book. We hope you enjoyed looking for our cache.
Found easily but glad I have long arms! Log still very wet and nearly full. A nice little park
I needed a cache for my project 366 and this was a short detour ony way to work. Gps was a little flakey but I found the cache. Log book was quite wet and hard to sign. As I was signing the log book 2 birds flew out of the hide and scared the heck out of me. I nervously put it back in case any others were waiting to fly out too. Many thanks for the cache.
This cache is pretty wet and stinky! And literally as I was writing this a lorikeet flew out and gave me a massive scare! I think this cache is in it's home!
I had car issues so I had to take the bus and walk today. On the way I thought I would check out this cache. A lovely spot. I was just retrieving it when a lorikeet frightened the life out of me. The log is very wet and needs replacing. TFTC.
I was in the area so decided to at least pick up one cache while here. It seemed everyone was out enjoying the sunshine in the park. Luckily though I had the Victoria Rose garden to myself. I had a bit of an explore until I was sure no one was looking and then made my move.
An interesting area, thanks Hard ones for a great cache.

Found it! GPS was a bit out but Muggle Wen found the hint in the dark and I was able to reach grab the cache! There are birds living at GZ! They squawked a bit as I dropped the cache back in place! TFTC SL
Easy find. Didn't see/hear any birds that the previous finders speak of. The whole cache is a little damp somehow - including the log book (you can still write in it but drying it out and a new zip lock bag could be good ) TFTC!
Beautiful park. Arrived in darkness. Still found the cache ..... Had to persuade the lorikeet that it wasn't hers. Jumped a mile !
As I peaked inside a brightly colored parrot stared up at me. Take care - try not to disturb the nest. Thanks!
A quick find this afternoon before it started to rain again. Indeed, long arms are useful here. TFTC
Found with Ryanofoz. The container had a lot of water and lots of crap inside which is sad to see. What a lovely park and nice area TFTC!
Found with Fuzzej. Container had water inside and someone left a subway voucher. Honestly that's pathetic.
Almost 2 years since this one placed and the first time I have been out this way in all that time.
This was a nice little park, deserted at lunchtime and thus a good time to do the retrieval
Thanks

TFTC. Found with nessahlee. Team Flurry Grillz! Awesome hiding place! Long arms and legs required!
Found quickly, easy find. Lots of spider webs when grabbing. Geodaughter didn't like it! TFTC
Enjoyed coming to this prehistoric park!
Thanks "Hard ones" for bringing us to this spot.

Find #721
Much to my bewilderment my eldest geonior had a party to attend today in Box Hill, so we all found ourselves out this way prior to dropping him off. With a few minutes to spare we decided to come find a cache.
It was quickly found and then the boys enjoyed playing in the sensory park for a while before it was time to go make the drop off.
Thanks to Hard ones for the cache and the fun

Tftc out with the misses on a night out doing some caches before the rain sets in
Took advantage of a cool morning to get out and about a bit. Thanks for bringing us to this beautiful park, we really enjoyed looking around.
Found it easily, the log is still rather damp - the whole cache probably spent some time submerged during those heavy rains last winter.

Out this side of town for a cricket breakfast with Merv and Hoggy providing the entertainment, I decided to do a couple of caches before the weather got too hot and I headed for home. This was nearest and it turned out to be a nice little park and gardens. A lone chinese muggle doing tai-chi was far enough away so the grab was made at 9:40am.

Today I decided to take the bike to work by train and then ride home from Box Hill. On the way home I rode past this park. Luckily nobody was in sight. Quickly found the cache, signed the log and returned it back to its hiding spot. Log book was a bit damp though. Nice playground. TFTC.
Need to be tall and have long arms, and it IS waterlogged. Some cleaning required.
While the clue is obvious, sometimes its nice to have a simple find Great treasures in here as well

found with Caitlin, Hannah and Rob Lane + Emma Hayes.
Seems to be a little water logged.

Found it! Great hiding place but the logbook was soaked. Needs an airtight container next time
TFTC! Needed longer arms but Tim to the rescue! Needs to be more airtight, very wet!

Yippeee..this is my first Geocache..though I was very scared to go in the park with an old man who literally forced me to play this game.
Got to involve myself in this game fully .. quite interesting!!!
Took nothing left nothing only signed the log book.

Escaped for a couple of hours last night and added a few smiley faces to the map. Tftc

A quick drive by grab this afternoon. The park was deserted and GPS led me straight to the cache. Quick and simple! TFTC!!
Grabbed on the way home from work, great little park.
Managed to grab the prize whilst two junior muggles we riding their bikes around the park with mum in tow. Now how to get it back. Thankfully dad came to the rescue yelling "Spaghetti's ready" over the back fence, off they all went and the cache was easily returned.

Found pretty easily. Needs a little maintenance, as previous log says. Pretty damp and lots of stink ants! TFTC.
Excellent cache - we're new to this game so the hint helped, although we had to ROT13 it by hand! The cache has got water in it at some point. I dried it as best I could, but the paper instructions need maintenance/replacing. We signed the log book, which was still perfectly usable, although just a touch damp.
The garden was enjoyable as well, although we had to beware the muggles.

Although we logged this once, we marked it as "Needs Maintenance" (which it does) but it still was there, we did find it, so we're logging it again. Very enjoyable - thank you.
TFTC. TNLNSL. Never knew this area existed! Cache was wet, so tried taking all excess water out, but log was dry. Found with geomum shazzaferg. Will log maintenance as well.

It's a little bit damp in the cache. Dried it as best we could but it still needs a little bit of maintenance.

Find #972. Found @ 19:40.
I was picking up the kids from the in-law's place with the good lady wife and TGLW decided to apply updates to the grandma's phone. This took a VERY long time, so I was able to zip off for a quick cache find. This one was close by and was the obvious choice.
I parked on the street and wandered along the paths to GZ. The hide location was obvious on approach, even in the dark. I'm glad I had the reach to make the retrieval.
From what I could see, this seems to be a great reserve. I'll have to return in daylight with the geocachelettes.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Hard ones.

Didn't take long after initially stopping to ask advice off the wombat but he wasn't talking so we moved on and soon had the cache in hand TFTC
Even though we found this one at night it still looks like a great garden area. Made our way to GZ and quickly made the find.

Nice quick find in a lovely playground. 4 y/o geo son really enjoyed this playground (and dad was quite fond of it aswell) Loved the telephone set up, so very clever!
