Cache is missing. Thanks to all the finders over the years for some great logs. Time to Archive.
Its anniversary time and this year its GMelbs turn to choose the secret destination which is Port Albert (in the hope there may be an Aurora) Today we set off to do some caches in the surrounding town and this was next on the list but after a good hunt using the hint we came up empty. It hasnt been found since April so may need a check. Nice spot worthy of a cache!
The last weekend of daylight savings - Time to head away for the weekend to the Latrobe Valley for some exploring, camping and caching with RoamingHowie.
The only sign of life in this town rocked up on a pushy to find out what we were up to. We explained the game and he had actually heard of it before.
Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, 2max

It’s road trip time. With plenty of places out east that have yet to be explored, OzHockeyChick and I set off to see some sights in Gippsland.
Searching for this one and the only muggle in town this weekend came for a bike ride to check out what we were up to. Turns out he had seen a geocacher climbing trees in Williamstown before so knew what it was about.
Thanks 2max for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Great spot
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. How good is this country!!
2max, I found Not Just For Men today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

We decided to go for a day trip drive to Port Welshpool/Port Albert with the kidlets from home in Melb.
It's been a while since we have done much caching so we thought we would do a few today to help break up the long drive.
This was our last cache of the day, before the long drive home.
An interesting little spot and interesting cache page. Seems this little town (that we would have missed without your cache) has had a very interesting past.. Actually more intriguing to me than the mysterious lights, it that there was air shows here in the past.
Thanks for the cache 2max, and the others we did earlier. We've had a fun day and your caches have really helped with that by showing us some interesting little spots.

Went for a drive to find somewhere different for the dog to swim. This wasn't the place but at least the bonus of a cache to find made it worthwhile. Tftc
Found it staying at Woodside beach for a while never been here tanks for bringing us here tftc
It's quite chilly down here.... for a queenslander. I find it amazing that people have built on salt flats. Surely they'd get cracks in the buildings. There's heaps of mangroves and certainly not much of a beach. Be good for boatingvthough and fishing.
Cache was found in good condition. Tftc

SO I originally wrote something like FLTF of Found FLTF which of course means Full Log to Follow. I was full of good intentions but sadly life illness, children, work and all the rest of it took over and I didn't get back to write a decent log. So here I am apologising, SORRY! Thank you though for supplying us with a cache to 'find' or 'do' it's much appreciated.
Sorry for the crappy log hopefully the next time our paths cross I'll have more time on my hands and I'll be writing better ones!

Log book replaced with rite-in-the-rain log sheet in a new zippie so shouldn’t be any more problems now. Enjoy!
Found by Mary and David at 15:10. Again your cache description made wonderful reading , so we were looking forward to GZ. A nice quick find. We made this little detour for some more of your caches, and weren't disappointed. Particularly loved the UFO story, and three cheers for the RAAF. We both had RAAF careers - Mary as a Nursing Officer for 18 months, David as an electronics engineer for 38 years. Our daughter and son-in-law are both still serving RAAF Officers. Our thanks to 2max.
In touring this beautiful area by satellite, this one caught our attention. We hope to make it here someday, thanks for placing it.
With it blowing a gale the water was washing up over the wall and we were nearly blown back to the other side of the building. Not a soul to be seen here today. SL TFTC
Nice little sleepy town ... funny felt like we were the odd ones out in the car park as we weren’t driving a red tractor . TFTC and bringing us here
A quick find and a big thank you for bringing us to this beautiful place. We were lucky enough to meet Tony in his Louisiana swamp boat and he took us for a ride through the mangroves. An experience we would never have had if not for geocaching!
This was our first cache find for the day and it was such an easy one to locate. Plenty of men's things at Manns Beach including mangroves. All was put back into place after the signing happened and we were on the move again to continue our trip to the other side of Mebourne. Thank you 2max for placing tis cache here and showing us a new beach area.
I had a surprise day off from work today and thought what better way to spend it than caching!? I headed out this way to clean up a few caches that I've been wanting to get for a while. Unfortunately as I neared GZ there was a family playing football and playing on the equipment. I was overjoyed to discover however that they wouldn't be able to see me retrieving the cache Thanks for putting a cache here, low tide when I visited.
Bit wet still sign the log but new bag in.
Found with michelleclerks and paulnmax and kids on a windy day

Lazy drive with a cache at the end! Unintended and appreciated! Log book rather soggy though. TFTC
Found this one whilst staying at a friends holiday house. Great little find!
Introduced friends to geocaching!! They all loved it!

Driving home from Sale down the coast route dropping in to caches in interesting places along the way and this one was next. Parked in the car park and was nearly blown over by the wind when I got out of the car! Followed the GPSr to GZ and had the cache in hand after a short search. Thanks to 2max for bringing me down here.
Geodad's first find for the day. The diversity of bird life near the jetty was amazing. Thanks. Silkyie
After finding another of the CO's glorious coastal caches we headed to this beach a few km away. We parked close by and wandered over to GZ. After a brief search we found the well-hidden cache and signed the log at 3:30 pm. TNLN.
Thanks 2max for the cache and for showing us a very cute jetty at a lovely coastal location that we would never have seen if it wasn't for geocaching.

TFTC. Thanks for the tag too! A nice spot. The story gave us goose bumps! Imagine living here when all that was going on! Kept our eyes open for little green men but there were none today.
Another beautiful day at Manns today! Replaced the cache container, to something that will be a bit more durable for by the seaside. Log was nice and dry and still plenty of blank pages, so just popped it into a new bag. Dropped a Pathtag in for good measure. Happy caching!
Good hiding spot. Cache could use some maintenance as the cache is a bit rusted and the log book bag has split at the bottom. Beautiful views. TFTC
Found on our "Making Memories" Tour of Mainland Australia.
A beautiful spot thanks for bringing us here and for the cache 2max.

Thought we would get this cache while we were in the area. Love this beach, it's gorgeous! TFTC
Staying at McLoughlins Beach for the weekend.
The wind was blowing pretty hard so could not get any fishing done. So went caching instead.
Found the cache with MissJane, tucked away in its hiding spot safe & sound.
Low tide by the time we got here. So still no good for fishing.
TB "Scrat" visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.

Thanks again 2max for the cache & bringing me to this lovely location. Sunny day but blowing a gale! TFTC SL
It was cold with snow on the hills nearby. Too cold for doing much else, so we went geocaching. Thanks for bringing us to this location. We did this with fellow cachers, karrick and dunc10.

So peaceful today, no strange lights unfortunately. A few swans making the most of the high tide. Tftc

A very stiff easterly wind today, but the rain was holding off, and the place deserted - except for many black swans sheltering their heads under their wings. Quick find. TFTC.
We used to own land around here so it was a trip down memory lane for us. A quick find once a couple of fishermen departed.

Sounded like movie night in the hall, so we snuck around the back for a quick find. Cheers!
This has to be one of the most tucked-away little seaside villages in all Victoria. Nothing really in the way of facilities but I suppose the locals like it that way! TFTC
This was the 2nd of 3 '2max' caches today. Was a lovely sunny, wind free (unusual) day for caching with a not so lovely ending, whilst on the way home to the 'valley' got a call from school that my little geo-teen got severely bashed up at school, I sped all the way home to take care of things. Anyways enough drama, pulled up to this quite place in my fluro caching jacket, well what do you know about 8 blokes in their fluro jackets sitting their having smoko or something, I had to giggle to myself, I slyly went and found the cache quickly then took a few photo's, then replaced the cache... watched the other fluro brigade do some things then I left, left them wondering why a girl in fluro was wandering around,lol.. Loved visiting a new spot that I havent been too before..
Left a couple mini erasers for the mini cachers... TFTC
ps. I seen a UFO in broad daylight a clear sunny day, when I was 15 with my mum. it was silent and silver metallic.. I also have the backround image on this cache page as my phone screen saver ...

YAY - joint find with a Geobuddy and my Geodog while on a drive through the windy wilds of South Gippsland. Thanks 2max for setting up this cache and bringing us to Mann's Beach. What a great area! I've lived in Gippsland all of my life but I can't remember ever visiting this community. Geocaching has once again taken me to visit areas in my own home area that I may not have visited otherwise.
Haven't been to Manns for quite a while. Mainly a fishing spot but the wind today was keeping the fishermen inside. Cache was found in a spot that geocachers would find easily enough. Thanks 2max for the hunt.
Joint FTF with Chaplain Mike on a beautiful sunny day. Great view and quick find. SL TNLN TFTC!
Woohoo!!!! Another FTF for Smart Sassy Siren and Chaplain Mike. It definitely worked out well to publish 3 decoy caches in the Bairnsdale Region, which meant heading to this one at Mann's Beach with a 2 hr drive, ensured a FTF. I've seen a similar one to this in Central Victoria as well and in Orbost.
