It's time to take the rat off the wheel and let him run around somewhere else. He has had a good run here.
After not finding it last time I contacted a previous finder, they gave me a hint on where to look, I looked there and it’s gone. Tether remains, but nothing connected to it.
TFTC! Sneaky sneaky. Log is full and damp, managed to get some ink on it but nothing legible
Nice hide couldt get log out as left all of our tools in Melbourne, took photo if needed tyfc.
It’s desperately in need of a new log but I managed to find space to scratch my initials. Thanks for the cache
Ahhhhh... this one took wayyyyy to long. After switching sides about a thousand times, we were ready to give up... that was until I found some very helpful hints in past logs! Cache was then in hand and signed! TFTC! Found with Frannymfrog logged as 3K!
I was just about to give up when potatochips101 shouted the magic words. Sometimes my geonose doesn’t want to work ... arghhh.
Found with potatochips101 logged as 3K. TFTC !

Nice sneaky hide! Swearah made the find here, signed log with K&S as no space. TFTC!
Love these kind of sneaky hides. Didn’t take too long before the cache was in hand. Log is full, but krcamber managed to fit an initial each on for us. TFTC
We still have 15 minutes before we are needed at the party so we can grab another roadie. Out we hopped, the rain has gone again, it didn’t last long. Over we went to the giant rat runner and it was the tether that was spotted first.
Oh this is a little one! Upon opening it we knew we would need a TOTT, looks like we are going to have to make the 10m walk back to the car. That would be the car with no TOTT, pretty sure that would have to be in the Jetski. A search around the car to find a make shift TOTT, this being harder than actually finding the cache. Finally a little round container with sewing needles all lined up in the allotted spots was found, where on earth did this thing come from??? Who cares it is now an addition that is staying in the car, one of the magical little needles worked like a charm.
The log was full but we still managed to squish in our name.

Geo-kids needed a geo-fix this afternoon, they are desperate to round out the 100. Tricky hide, took the a few minute, but they did..:TFTC
Winter the Geo-cat needed a day out, as did Mr & Mrs VC, so we decided a short run across the bridge would be a good way to start our day & pick up a few solved puzzles & assorted other caches.
Parked the Geo-Beast within metres of GZ & Mrs VC was super quick to find the cache.
The 'tether' had been broken so tied it back together.
Made our mark & replaced where found.

Having a lazy day and heading home from work to nap. Needed a quick one to satisfy my daily needs. As mentioned before log is full.
First I would like to Apologies for the length of time it has taken for me to complete my logs.
I had just dropped off my son and friends at a show up the road and thought while I am this side of town why not! I needed a quick find and this was not it! For some reason my eyes did not find what I needed, I blame the fading light!
I will be back!

Oh so tiny, the cache not the rats. Put on my thinking cap here and soon worked these rats out. Signed log and replaced cache as found. TFTC
**# 17027** Found on the Qld leg of our 2017 winter escape trip.
A perfect warm Autumn day for a drive around for a few more caches.
Hardly any muggles around and mostly not too difficult hides.
Thi si s an evil hide and worth more like a D3.
Thanks for the cache Willis007,

# 1604 - Gcraider has a day off. To keep him from getting bored I suggest we go geocaching!
Today we try to obtain a few smileys around Albany Creek.
This one had me stumped for a while until gcraider said: "Do you remember that ... cache? This one has used the same trick!" I did remember, but it still took me a while, however that was because my coordinates were out by 6 metres...

Tough little rat to find only because this was our first nano and only our 3rd cache ever. You learn something with every cache.
When I arrived for the search for this one and walked back from the car I remembered that I had been here a few years ago and had not found the cache.
I started my search on the outer side but couldn't find the cache and then moved to the other side but a yappy dog started to let the neighbors know of my presence so I didn't look there for too long and headed back to the quiet side to let the dog calm down. Once it was quiet I moved back around the corner but the dog was waiting and started its incessant noise.
To shorten my search I made a couple of PAF calls which were unanswered. I decided to take a break and head across the road to search the other cache while I was waiting for a response to my calls.
Luckily, I did receive a call and that gave me directions as to how I could quickly retrieve the cache.
Glad to finally get this one as the dog was annoying.

This is quite tricky to find but a tell tale sign gave it away. Tftc . Signed as CA.
Wasn't too tricky to find, just look closely because it is very small. Great hide though!
Out with wombles and co today, this was one on my hitlist for a hidden date so it was a must do as we were passing. We took a little while to find this but eventually we did. We were just glad that none of the passing muggles in their car could see us and the neighbours didnt see us either so we felt a little more comfortable to look TFTC
We looked high and low and up and down and around and around and then I paf but she was at work.
I took some previous logs too seriously and that was putting me off the scent of the rat I think.
Eventually I noticed something different and there it was! Sneaky rat!

First stop for the morning and a quick find here where all is good - the rats tail gave him away.. TFTC

Well what a dirty rat this one proved to be. I searched and searched and searched some more on both sides while all the time trying to look like someone just casually having a ph call. Tho at times the smell of the nearby deceased possum was rather overpowering! Went back to the car thinking I'd have to leave this for another day, then changed my mind and went back for another round as I really want to mark this one off for my October Challenge. Glad I did because this time I came up trumps! He is a sneaky little rat that's for sure. Thanks for the cache Willis007.
Found this other day with Que Sera and SharpeM. Found this as part of our September Challenge. First of nine finds this day. Thanks for hiding this cache
On a mission today with bear0503 and sharpem to get some caches to complete the September challenge. This one fitted the bill. Rusty my geodog was sniffing around when sharpem came up to us with cache found. Her new glasses are working a treat. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
I'm on a mission today. This is my 1 year anniversary and i wanted to reach 500 finds.
Work and other commitments have kept me from reaching this target earlier.
With only 10 finds left to reach that milestone, i found a cluster i had not yet attempted.
This is #7 for today.
This was an easy find late in my day of caching.
Not being a fan of micros and their impossibly small log sheets, it took my longer to roll and replace than it did to find.
Happy with my day so far with only 1 dnf.

Found quickly as got a clue from live2Trek. replace log that took longer than what it did to find it originally
Found 2nd time round. The sunlight helped instead of dusk. Log is full so took a pic will send through to co when online for evidence.
This is my second visit to check out the rat runner after re-reading previous logs and checking out the photos last night. Should have done this the first time but it still took some time to find. Once I pulled the rat out of its lair, the log wasn't easily won. Nor were there many spots to sign. TFTC Willis007
1964 - This was my second visit to try to find this one and thankfully I didn't need to spend as long here tonight as I did on my first attempt. I made a quick pass on the first side and then on the other side and then I found something that showed me here it was hiding at 8:21pm. The log book at this one is now very full and it can't fit any more names. I reluctantly left "BG" at one of the ends, in between someone else's name. Thanks for the cache Willi007.
Took us a while and felt a bit silly once we found it, I'd suggest keeping the sunnies off to help you spot it. Thanks!
This one was too good for me tonight. I stopped by here and had a couple of searches that would have amounted to at least 40 minutes, but I came away with nothing, In between my searches I had a good read of the previous logs and viewed the couple of photos which I thought would have helped me find it, but it wasn't to be. I searched both sides and from 0 metres to about 15m from Ground Zero. One for the watch list and one I might try again in the day light. Thanks for the challenge Willis007.

This Day in History
Wednesday, January 31, 2001. : Libyan intelligence officer Abdelbasset Ali al-Megrahi is convicted of the murder of the 270 victims of the December 1988 Pan Am crash in Lockerbie, Scotland.
In the evening of 21 December 1988, Pan Am Flight 103 from London to New York crashed 38 minutes after take-off. The plane was at an altitude of 31,000 feet when a bomb hidden inside an audio cassette player detonated inside the cargo area. All 259 aboard the plane were killed, together with another 11 on the ground who died as the debris showered down. A large portion of the plane crashed into a petrol station in central Lockerbie, exploding into a 90m fireball. Aeroplane parts were scattered across 1,360 square kilometres and the impact from the crash reached 1.6 on the Richter scale.
After several years of investigation, Libyan intelligence agents Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi and Lamen Khalifa Fhimah were identified as suspects. When Libya refused to hand over the suspects to be tried in the USA, the United Nations imposed sanctions against Libya. The sanctions were only lifted when Libyan leader Colonel Gadhafi agreed to turn the suspects over to Scotland for trial in the Netherlands using Scottish law and prosecutors. Following a three month trial, on 31 January 2001 al-Megrahi was convicted of the murder of the 270 victims of the 1988 Pan Am crash in Lockerbie, Scotland. His alleged accomplice, Lamen Khalifa Fhimah, was found not guilty.

Found easily enough but could not remove the script. Paper so small it is wedged in place so not signed!
An unfamiliar part of the city for quartpotpobblebonk and quite a surprising street. (And when did the Jinker Track get bitumen?).
Was expecting to hunt for ages for this and normally would but for some reason, something caught the eye quite quickly. Brough back memories of the first find of this kind which took forever.
Thanks for the cache.

Very clever hide in a fairly busy area. Being lunchtime on a Thursday wasn't too much traffic about. Started a bit off the resting place but happy to say that we found it without too much trouble. I headed back to the car to find some tweezers (but had also wandered off with the pen) when KerriMG walked over to say she's got the log out. Signed and returned. TFTC.
Out for the day caching with Nikid1 & stopping at some caches on our way home.
Parked close by & made our way to the wall. The phone GPS hasn't been our friend today & we wandered up & down, searched one side then the other. I found a loose screw & thought maybe i'd found it - no, just a loose screw.... A look at some past photos had us rechecking where we had previously looked & nikid1 spotted something a little out of place that led to the cache.
The log was wedged in tight & thought tweezers might have been needed but I managed to get it out. Log signed & cache returned to it's rightful home.
TFTC Willis007, a great hide.
