On our way through on a day trip to Toowoomba. Sure we were searching in the right spot but no luck
Geokids played on the nearby playground. We had a thorough look & read through some past logs, but no luck here for us today. Geohubby thought he had clue sussed, but we'll be back once a confirmed find is made & give it another crack. Thanks for the hunt noxidsoft xo
Searched the area, but sadly a DNF for us here today. [8)] Hopefully we were just cache blind again.
Thanks anyway noxidsoft

A trip was planned with Slow Puncture to find as many of Queensland's oldest caches as possible in a single day trip around the Darling Downs today.
We passed through Ravensbourne, Crows Nest, Carbalah, Meringandan, Kingsthorpe, Goombungee, Haden and Yarraman on our quest, finding 8 oldies and a total of 26 caches after driving 540km .
We stopped by at this one, and after searching in the wrong spot realised the error of our ways. The container was then located, and log signed.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #2850 for us. Thanks **noxidsoft** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

Thursday. It was an early start for both Orange Crew and Slow Puncture as were out today to collect some of the Oldest and Finest as well as other caches that came along our way.
We actually had a little bit of trouble finding this one, but once we put our thinking caps on, we quickly came up with the goods on this one. A gorgeous day and a few people were stopping by to visit this location no doubt to collect info from the information centre. Despite the write up, we weren’t expecting to find the cache in the location we found it, but it was a quick find nonetheless.
This was the 4th of 26 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***noxidsoft***, for showing us this place.

Found by Mary & David at 0935. You don't have to be a Greens voter to be sad about the loss of so historic a tree. A lovely area with superb gardens. Checked out the new tree and a few people have taken sprigs. Our thanks to noxidsoft.
Nice quick find while there were few muggles about. Logbook page is getting full. TFTC!
TFTC - we were a little confused to begin with but worked it out after reading again.
Found with Mum as 'Jess & Caro' but now I have my own geocaching profile we are sorting my logs for caches we found together. TFTC!
The amenities block have been moved on this location and the Sweet Bay Tree has also been relocated it us now to the right and behind the information centre

Travelling South down through Kilroy and Yarraman on my way to Stanthorpe to visit the legendary Geo Caching couple "Team Robins" for a catch up and a few drinks and to find out how they fared on their 13 month trek around Australia raising much needed money for Cancer Research. They have only been home for a couple of months, But are now back on the job raising money for the Homeless. Speak about cantidates for Australians of the Year material, Nice litle cache and thanks for bringing me here and for the history lesson
Thanks for the great cache and adventure noxidsoft

1968, Iron Butterfly's second album, 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida', entered the US album chart for the first time. The album contained the 17-minute title track that filled the second side of the LP which went on sell over four million copies in the US alone.

Day 2 of my camping weekend at Crows Nest T-Tech, teamdfl and I had planned to walk out to Koonin Lookout today, but the drizzle yesterday has turned into rain today and we had to change our plans We visited Haden, Goombungee, Geham and Cabarlah, then headed east for some dirt roads.
We eventually headed back to Hampton for a late lunch, and while enjoying our meal right next to the fire, the lady in the group next to us mentioned the word "geocache"! Of course we all had a chat, and we got to meet stormgirljo. Seems she had signed up last night but hadn't found any yet, so I suggested we walk over the road together and collect this cache Always fun to watch a new player get started [^]

Day 1 of my camping weekend at Crows Nest, and teamdfl and I are heading west from Brisbane. After meeting up at Goodna, our GPSrs said to go via Esk, and we stopped to collect a couple of caches along the way.
We stopped for a short break here, and of course I had to grab the cache A quick find and spot on co-ords. TFTC, noxidsoft.

A great little stopping point along the way. What a shame about the tree - it is really sad when trees are ear-marked for removal with no consideration to their age or what they mean to the community. A 100yr old plane tree was almost removed in Ballandean, but was saved last minute by people power (once someone caught wind it was about to happen) - so much for consultation! Let's hope the new tree can survive to the same age plus more!
Cache was found in good condition - thanks noxidsoft!

another day of our touring through QLD. Thanks to all the CO's for the caches that break the monotony of travelling, and adding to our list of smileys. Camped here for the night so waited until all muggles left and made a quick find
A very deserving location for a geocache. What a great information centre you have here. We love the buildings and I did notice there is overnight caravan parking allowed next door. We have so enjoyed our visit to this area over this weekend. We've come up here for the 2016 Rural Challenge event that began at Crows Nest. We are surprised at how much there is to see and do in the area. Thanks for placing the cache here noxidsoft. We found it in good condition. Cheers! [^][^]
We were all very tired after a long day doing the Rural Challenge but we obviously still had enough energy to stop and grab this cache on the way home.
Miss 7 wins the keenest cacher of the day award so it was fitting that she found this cache at the end of the day and took the Yoda as a swap.

After attending a geocaching event at Crows Nest, I decided to grab a couple of caches on my way home. TFTC!
On our way home from spending a week away. Decided to grab this Little green spot along the way. TFTC
We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
We had tried this one on a previous trip with no luck. Today however, we came up with an easy find! And when we did we were very surprised to see the name of the previous finder. Very close to our own!
Thanks for the fun noxidsoft!

Easy found by the kids. Swapped key ring and pin for Dora and black bear. TFTC
Quick find. Chance of muggling as someone came out if the toilets just as i was putting it back. Sorry >.< Tftc.
Another information centre find. Have never travelled this way before and loved the trip. TFTC.
Geoparents were staying in Ravensthorne for a few days and the nearby building was one initial stop, quick find, s.l tftc noxidsoft
My very first find!!! Whilst travelling home from Bundaberg my geopartner Wallaby Tim pulls over and to my initial horror, jumps out in the rain in search of the cache. The hint helped my find it almost immediately, much to my pleasure at beating him at his own game! It was cold, rainy and almost dark but such a wonderful way to make a memory <3
Driving past the area after spending a couple of days in Bundaberg. Visiting the geo-partner in Toowoomba. Quickly had a laugh and giggle as geopartner Cass found the cache as it was raining on dusk and her first find! Thanks for the cache and future memories as we drive past the area
Quick Park and grab to break up the journey from the Nanango Event today on our way to Stanthorpe for a few days more caching.
Found at 3.20pm on 5th December 2015. TFTC.

Found by the sparkles on the school run. Tricky but then obvious when you find it.
Found @ 1025 hrs
We had to do a little road trip out to Toowoomba and Hampton and a long the way I had targeted a couple of caches to grab along the way.
This was a nice quick find thanks to spot on co -ords & hint. Found the cache tucked away nicely. All good with this cache.
With the log booked signed I replaced the cache as found.

Very easy find when previous cachers dont hide things properly. Could have been disguised better. Tftc
In Toowoomba yesterday for my cousin's funeral, heading home to Curra
An easy find with the help of the clue, a must with this type of placement, definitely saves the garden bed from trashing.
All with the cache and a fav from me

Would have preferred viewing the original but it's long gone, hope this little fellow grows well. Obvious container, think I hid it a bit better.
Haha we had issues trying to find it after eventually reading through the facts but finally we got it! Thanks for the info! ☺️
Although it was drizzling with rain and the odd workman or traveller kept popping in to the carpark, this was sneaked out & back from under their very noses. Signing done in the truck to ensure crisp cache dryness. Thanks noxidsoft.
