This was our last day on holiday in the area so we decided to check out the area on the way to the airport.
Even with previous finders in the group we couldn’t locate it today

Took me a bit longer, maybe the wet weather and damp foliage kept me away, not a muggle in site. Filling in time while waiting for my passenger to complete his medication at the hospital, another great geaocaching opportunity, thanks Sobad.
On a holiday in Nelson. Had no trouble in finding this one. Cache is all good here.
Hadn't noticed this spot before either so TFTC. The kids sat down and snacked while doing this one. Sometimes they're handy when it comes to not attracting muggles.
Not often you can find a cache with jungle noises in the background in Nelson. TFTC.
Our last day in Nelson. Having a visit to the Wildlife Park. Found by Ella. Good cache
In the South Island from Tauranga on a six week holiday and now following the PWGT. I have now completed the Geo tour and now have time to grab a few others on our travels. Nice quick grab this morning.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

#1463. Day 3 of a 9 day caching holiday in the Tasman region with GB Leader. We came back to the cafe we had the Event yesterday, and picked up some more caches before exploring Nelson. Then time to head to Kaiteriteri and pick up some more caches along the way. Tftc SoBad - nice to meet Mrs S yesterday, and then both of you on our way back to Picton. Greetings from Wellington! There are 2 log books in here.
second of the afternoon, after the disappointment of no racing today. Found two containers?TFTC
This one is an awesome starter to boost your confidence. Watch out for the muggles though.
Our first geocache! Awesome find - girls got a treasure each and we left some behind. Very cool, super excited to find some more!
Found at 27 January 2021 11:29 am on a short holiday to Marlborough-Nelson-Tasman, logging my finds as I go (where possible). Will expand when I get home. TFTC
Found while walking around here this morning, cache was easily found, thankyou
It has taken me 7 years to come back for another look after a previous DNF back in 2013. Don't ask me why that is. Today it was a quick find, and another blue face vanquished from the map. TFTC
Found out in the open, so will replace so it is hidden a little bit more. Nice easy find.
[@Etherlady] and I have been on a flying weekend visit to sunny Nelson for a friend's wedding at Founders Park.
I spent many school holidays in Nelson staying with my late Grandparents, and it's been great to come back and relive some childhood memories - and getting to share some of them with @WonderfulWifey.
We've had a fantastic trip, with the non-wedding highlight being laying flowers on my Grandparents' graves. The last time I was in Nelson was for Grandad's funeral ~16years ago. Far too long between visits for such a beautiful place!
After a walk along the beach and a game of mini-golf, I approached GZ and immediately saw the subject of the title. What wasn't so immediate was locating the elusive container.
I methodically seached the surrounding locations and eventually found it hidden from view but uncovered.
After completing the formalities, I returned it to the corner where I assumed it should have been, only to find something already in residence there... another container!
Checking the logs, I had initially found (and signed) the old one, and the second one was the recent replacement.
Thanks for the cache at this location of memories for me.

Looked behind, around, checking out the rubbish. Even bent down and looked in the grass and shrubs. No luck today.
Born and bred in Nelson and a frequent visitor at Natureland as a kid but I never noticed this! TFTC!
