Thanks to PB for finding and returning the log book. Opening up the location for another hider.
very sad to see some one has taken the continuer only found the log book here to day took the long book with me so i can give it back to co and cache can be fixed
No luck here today. Arrived at GZ with two other blokes wandering around nearby...and I've had my fair share of finding isolated locations with strange men hovering around in Wollongong...so I walked away. Maybe next time. A nice spot though.
Being in the 'Gong to pick something up, Mr Ozjeeper planned time for just a couple of caches and he's so glad he choose this one. Thanks so much Hoojar for placing this and getting me to visit this great location. We've been abscent from the South Coast for far too long so we'll have to watch out for an event to come down again and say "Hi".
Breezy afternoon but great to go for a local walk and pick up the Primbee caches. Quick find here before a walk into the lake (not literally). Log book very damp. TFTC.
TFTC and thank you for the great location. Caches like this make it a worthwhile activity.
What better thing to do on a wet afternoon but some caching. A nice one to get. Loved looking around the area. Thanks to Hoojar
Diving and Events at South Coast Feb 2014. After a great time at the even, ZZ7, Sol de Lune and I headed off to try for as many of the LIPT caches as time would allow. Two DNFs but plenty of finds, and many more to do on other trips. A bonus caches along the way. Thanks.

Great spot! Found after the ICC event today - the lake was a it's best!
TFTC Hoojar!
TFTC Hoojar!
Exposed cache made a quick find.
Hopefully now a little more obscure.
Great location I probably would never have visited without a cache.
Left a star to shine

I've lived in Wollongong my whole life and never been here!! What an awesome spot! Jetty seems to be run by birds now, but still a nice walk out to the end to watch the windsurfers! Once I found the cache I understood the hint!! TFTC!!
Our 8198th overall find.
Found with FarmerFrentzen on our Christmas break caching trip. Do you think the local council is pointing fingers at a certain property with their signs nearby? After chuckling about this we wandered down to the GZ and after a brief search we made the find. It's a shame to see this area all closed off.
Thanks Hoojar for the cache.

Found during a run down to Wollongong with Big Matt and Shell.
It had been a little while since we had cached Wollongong and with the publishing of the LIPT we decided it was time to make another trip down south. The weather was near perfect and a very enjoyable day was had making our way around Lake Illawarra and surrounding areas.
A short walk from the nearby parking area and we had this one in hand.
Thanks Hoojar for the cache.

Straight from checking out LIPT #11 I took a look for this one nearby. Another peaceful place on the lake. Nice little hide and added a bit extra camo. TN left small peg. SL, TFTC Hoojar.
Found with paulyman. Quite a nice area, it's a shame it seems to be neglected. Left a toy compass ring. TFTC.
Retuned to this one with Act Geojinx. Dropped off Handy the helpful Traveller. Sorry no pictures.
Visited this one with Platyfly, who had previously looged this one. Mrs Platyfly (aka Mum Act Geojinx) chose to stay in the car as the wind was perfect for wind surfers but wasn't so good for Geocahers. Good hide. TFTC!
Another great spot on the lake. This time only used the phone and it was spot on. Will have to revisit all the lake hides to show Mrs Platyfly. TFTC
Found with Katsumar on the last day of the Scouts Geocaching Competition. We took a trip around Lake Illawarra by Car, Skateboard and Scooter.
Was a pretty quick find. Cache was actually quite visible. Took Paracord keyring and left a LED torch.

Found on a big cache trail around Lake Illawarra with Nicksmyname on the last day of the Scouts Australia Geocaching competition.
More log details to follow, but have to log this tonight.
Thanks, Hoojar!

Quick find for GeoPartner while I was using the native ladies room... Beautiful view, a bit windy today though. TNLN TFTC D
Found on our Wollongong caching holiday. A very good location for a cache. Went along the street/back pathways to get to the parking lot where the walk started to get to the wharf/cache. A short stroll had us at GZ for a quick find. Nice hide in a lovely location that we spotted in different locations throughout the day. TNLNSL. TFTC Hoojar!

Second last for the day, gps wanted to take us to a nearby tree, but we can't be fooled. Tftc
Another of the series ticked off, found after a nightshift & no one was around GZ at around 07.30, pleasant little spot & the lake was quite calm & peaceful at this hour. Liked the hiding spot............no pelican poo thankfully!!!

Ah, second time's the charm. Really peaceful and beautiful spot hidden away here. TFTC!
Fairly quick find but I was looking on the wrong side at the start.
Why would the lake authority build this wonderful jetty out into water no deeper than your ankles, absolutley useless except for the hundreds of shags that use it.
TFTC

Nice easy cache found by geo Lily this time added a little camouflage as container could be seen easily lovely spot TFTC
Not as quick a find as I expected. In fact, it almost got away. I eventually had it in hand. TFTC.
Traditionally whenever I say "oh just one more cache" on the way home, I DNF on it. This was no exception. Had a look around, enjoyed the views, poked and prodded a few things, but ran out of time so had to leave it. TFTC anyway!
#3 of 3. Our trip to Jamberoo was thwarted by rain today so G, L, I & Junior S went to see a kids movie while Senior S did some park and grab caching.
When I read previous logs, I thought "Farmers Friends"....I've heard that phrase but I can't remember what they are. As soon as I returned the cache to its spot, I looked at my sleeve and then it suddenly dawned on me - Of course! those are "farmers friends". Removing them kept me busy for my walk back to the car.
TFTC Hoojar.

After an unsuccessful last attempt we were back again today and made the find without any trouble (other than the farmers friends [:(!]). Still took as long as the kids wanted to go out on the jetty for a look around. TFTC!

Well this place was certainly on the nose but after the rain probably not as bad as it can get.
After having a look, phoning a previous finder and then hopping in the water for a more detailed look I walked away empty handed on this one this afternoon .

Wow. Poo or what. There hasn't been any rain for a while so it's extra pony. I could not find this today. My raincoat got very pokey and had to be hosed off later. The car stank afterwards. I'll wait for a few finds before I go back.. Lots of birdlife though.THFTC all the same.
Area swarming with fowl (or is that foul)… ducks more than pelicans, so glad I heeded the warnings of guano to grab the dog’s vinyl backed car seat cover before setting off for GZ. Spotted a common container quickly in the right spot but as different to the rest of the series wasn’t sure it was the prize until I grabbed it and found it to be “an emergency log”. With the strong winds almost knocking me off my feet along the boardwalk, not surprised the original has been dislodged.
I bailed on this one after thinking "oh it can't be that bad!" Well, I was wrong...and being on my way somewhere else, I was not prepared to get down and dirty. A shame it is so messy, and the road in is a bit like a ghost town!
Getting a heads-up that an emergency temporary container had been placed here was enough of an invitation for me to head back to find this elusive cache.
Once back at GZ the cache was quickly found where I originally thought it to be.
Thanks all round.

Had quick look but couls not fi d the cache between all the pelican poo. You should have seen me in my black clothes...
Attempted this one with The Rats, but we both turned up with nothing
We will keep a watch on it...

Heading home from work we stopped in here and discovered the cheeky cachers setting sail for a nearby cache.
We soon joined forces both in the water and on the poo searching for this cache but after an exhaustive search we had nothing to show..... I hope this one is still around and hasnt sunk to the murky depths

Not to much poo to day thanks for the cache

Quick find on a run around Wollongong nearly got busted replacing the cache as some tourists decided to have a photo shoot as I was replacing. Thanks Hoojar. Enjoying the series.
Being dressed for work (city office attire), and having peeked at the hint, I thought I might need some protection out on the jetty. Stopped by the back of the king street shops and picked up a nice slab of cardboard, which came in handy.
I found the cache safely hidden, and signed the log as a beautiful sunrise occured in the east. Magic Spot Hoojar, if only they could improve the smell.
Thanks Hoojar for the great series. TFTC.

Had to be at Warrawong today and thought might as well pick up a few more of the series.
This one had me doubting the correct coord up till the last 100 meters when I could see were I was going!
Indeed a lot of (dry) poo.

The log was a little damp but it certainly didn’t take long to dry out today.
Many thanks for giving us a reason to visit this wonderful jetty. We had seen it many times but never had a reason to visit it before today.

Yeah, ummm, glad I didn't have the good clothes on today! Nice smell LOL. SL TFTC
Happy to make this a quick one. Would love to watch someone else do this one sometime. Hahaha.
Yep you can guess who got the dirty work.. Joined the hunt today with J+J.au. and Chalk! We ended up having a fun day even if it did get a bit hot. SL..TFTC
Well this place is covered in.... Bird turds.. The smell... And lice.. Heheheee... This was a funny retrieval watching the others .. Yay .. *FTF*.
