I checked on this two weeks ago and couldn't find it... However was still receiving found logs... Went back for another look and it is not here. Disabling properly til can replace
After watching the Hawks play the Wilcats in the NBL geoson and decided to grab a bite to eat. Being late and unfamiliar with the area the only place open we could find was the Crepe place across the road from the basketball centre. While sitting waiting for the food to arrive I loaded up Geocahing on my phone and BINGO..........1.5mtrs from where we were sitting!!!! There was a heap of muggling going on around us so we had to be super alert. We knew it was there somewhere, was just a matter of persisting, no need to phone a friend in the end. BTW, the crepes were delicious TFTC
Decided to grab a quick bite to eat after watching the basketball. Ordered our food and sat down to wait. While waiting geodad checked for caches and would you believe we sat down within 2mtrs of one!! Quick find even though there were lots of muggles around. TFTC
Quick grab on my way to the beach for a morning swim/splash in the waves. Stopped here on the way back for a crepe too, it was delicious. TFTH
Took a while to figure out that it is a cache and not part of the structure it's hidden in
Well its lucky a have nothing better to do.with my Saturday night knew.where it was so i thought i would park across the road and wait for the crowds to clear...well...after one mass of people staggerd up the road i thought all was good but no more people (how big is that place!!!) any way just sat in the car singing to myself (like a champion i might add) found the cache on the ground so put it bqcj in a bit more of a hidden.spot tftf
Found this one while in the Gong for a wedding. First to sign the replacement! TFTC
Cache replaced. Happy hunting, this cache should last but if not will update with a different design
could not find this one my mate who previously found it also couldn't find it again cheers anyway
To many bell ringers present given it was lunch time. I visited WLG for two reasons. One to look for 3 caches, the other to waymark painted utility boxes. I had an opposite day for both with only one find & discovering that promoters of a punk/rock event had plastered bills all over the painted boxes. Pretty poor I thought given some of the art work is really good. I'd throw peanuts at them. Thanks.
Very hard with muggles sitting at all the tables, but a ten minute phone call was a good cover and cache was soon in hand
Not to hard with lunch time rush over. With Inthistogether. TFTC xelanhoj
First time to the WIN stadium area and it was quiet today for our search.
Nice hide that will trick many.
Many thanks for the cache.

Found it great hide, I don't think any muggles will spot it! I found it with COBERR1ES.
This was a quick walk-by on our way to the station to catch the train back to Sydney after enjoying a most convivial lunch with friends at the nearby Illawarra Brewery. There were a few muggles at the adjacent establishment but they did not appear to notice our activities. We carried the cache out of sight to perform the log signing duties then replaced it with stealth.
Thanks again xelanhoj.
Thanks again xelanhoj.
The clue gave it away. Geodad had to be careful not to be sprung by the Chickos staff as he's a regular.
Took a bit with a few people about and if you look around oh so many security cameras but got in and out in the end.

Strolling 'round the Gong grabbing caches along the way. A nice little hide xelanhoj ! Unusual to find this sort of structure still in working order. SL TFTC
#276 - 15:15; Had tried for this one earlier, but with crowds building for the concert in the Entertainment Centre, despite the the rotten weather (oh to be a teenager again ), discretion became the better part of valour and I moved on grab 'We love the Gong' (GC3YFBH) first. Returned to the Geomobile, which I had parked here, saw the earlier crowd had moved on and decided to mount another effort. I had read the hint since the first sorte and thought I had GZ pegged. Turns out I did and the cache was soon to hand, although retrieving the log took a little effort before it could be signed and returned to its nest. TFTC
We ended up having to pretend to make a phone call to retrieve and replace the cache as there was too many muggles around at the time (they seemed to believe it). Thanks xelanhoj for the cache.
I returned today on another lunch time walk and made a quick find. How did I not look there yesterday?
I was at the 'WEntCent' for the opening night, seeing Bob Dylan. I also saw Tool there back in 2003. Having lined up all day to be in the front row, I managed to get kicked in the head by a stage diver. It was not until I drove myself to hospital after the gig that it was discovered that I had broken two vertebrae in my neck. Fun times?
Cheers

I decided that the weather looked nice outside, so I should go for a lunch time walk. My GPSr was in the car, but surely that would not pose a problem?
With lots of people eating their chicken burgers I had a bit of a poke around, but saw nothing that stood out. I think I will come back after hours some time.

I have been inside this venue, but not for a concert sofar. Maybe something on the bucketlist for this year? Defenitely had to make that emergency phonecall!

On our way to beach with relatives do from Finland, they arrived here with temperatures of 40 and Back home in Rovaniemi a cool -28. Quick find with no muggles taking notice of our activities. TFTC
With the critical mass of muggles around for the Friday night Hawks game, no one payed any attention to us hanging around and grabbing this one before the very dissappointing game. TFTC!
Another day, another cache. I picked my timing although still Chickos was already open and parking was at a premium. Thankfully I did a quick stop and the cache was soon at hand. My most recent concert (perhaps only one!) at the WEC was The Wiggles! TFTC!
Ahhh! its amazing what a few hours difference in the day can make to finding a cache. We came back here tonight after SES and were please to see the place deserted. The cache was quickly in hand and the log signed.
Thanks
Thanks
Not really a DNF but once I got to GZ I was standing amongst 20+ muggles so I decided to walk away and come back on a quieter day.
Might be the middle of summer but a cool light drizzle over lunchtime on my first day back at work, helped with very few muggles about, other than those who turned away disappointed Chickos was still closed over the New Year break. Quick and lucky spotting had me logging cache and moving on to also find an alternative lunch venue. So the music memories of the WEC… Savage Garden, Guy Sebastian, Pink, Lady Gaga, Rogue Traders, Kelly Clarkson, Eagles, America, Beach Boys and even the Wiggles. The last 4 were while I was working as an usher in the early days where I also saw many basketball games. Great venue and one Wollongong really needs to prevent having to trek to Sydney for big name artists. Now if they can only work on the parking.
Found with paulyman this morning. Disappointed that chickos was shut! TFTC xelanhoj.
Quick easy find with Chickos being closed today. This one would be near impossible to grab unnoticed any other day! SL TFTC
Quick find on a run around Wollongong. Thanks xelanhoj. Enjoying the series.
The WEEO had this one in hand by the time I hd parked the car, happy to let him do his share, great hide. TFTC
Very Sneaky hide and lucky for me there was nobody around so I was able to search without fear of detection. Had a little trouble getting the log container out of the cache container but with enough jiggling it popped out. Also took me a while to roll the log up small enough to fit back in.
Thanks xelanhoj for this cache and the great new series which is bringing back lots of memories. TFTC.

Found with Krafty Charlie and Cheeky Cachers - I really need to long these finds the day I do them!
Hui that was fast...found the cache 4min after it was published. Be careful when you search for the container, there is a syringe hidden behind the lights - no need to search there!
Thought I'd give MrKrafty Charlie a FTF on his Birthday so we set off from Gribbly's house in his geomobile.
Arrived at GZ & we let the Ole Birthday boy get the FTF, but unfortunate for him someone had already claimed the FTF
Another cache in the series down for us TFTC
