A nice easy find on the way out to the Wheatbelt. Weve got our little Papa Smurf TB with us this time.TFTC
Found with LizRover as we progressed towards York on our 2000km clockwise circuit around the SW of WA.We are selecting a few caches here and there as we go as it is a holiday trip, not a caching trip, thanks. Watch out for the hidden speed humps on the side road!
TFTC. Went passed the entrance caught it a little farther on. Don't tell the Hirer Car Company but we didn't see the speed humps .Vicious
A nice straightforward find here. It's always good to have a roadside rest stop cache, plenty of room in this one for stopping, but ours is further along today.Today, we left Perth with the view to head east, ending the day in York where we would base ourselves for a few days. Sunny blue skies and a perfect day to be out exploring, loving the warm weather and the comfort of a t-shirt and need for a sun hat in winter. We spent time exploring along the way with time in Mundaring and the Mundaring Weir before heading out to stop in York. Thanks for your cache.
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A nice quick stop and grab.
Found at 11:14 AM GAFF1.This was our destination for today - we wanted to camp here so that we could access the 4WD FOTT series. A nice spot with lovely green paddocks to be seen from our van. Thanks to FelixII
NEF. Mortifying that people think these areas are ok to use as a toilet stop . Absolutely feral nearby the cache. Glad it was cold today. TFTC FelixII
We are heading for a drive a little further East today and to do some exploring outside of the Perth area. This is an LGA we have not visited before, so we decided to stop here for a quick almost drive-by before continuing on. Thanks FelixII Domsky
Quick grab on way to York. Two unicorns out and a green dinosaur and gold bow in. TFTH

Nice hide. GPS coordinates had me in a pile of rocks. Middle of dinner but speed this nice wildflower. TFTC
Wasnt stumped on this one. Cache was uncovered so we logged, returned and made him a new Mia Mia to rest safely until the next cacher comes along to visit #7 of our York-ward adventure, left a cup of tea as were breaking now to get our butts to the York Medieval Fayre - an hour late and geocaching definitely to blame TFTC!
A short pull over to the side of the road here, no one around today so a quick find was had and the cache is all good
In WA for 3 days, so I decided to hire a car and head south from Perth and drive around the wheat belt and back up the coast line. Day 1, I headed from the city out towards lock then south through the back roads all the way down to Albany, collecting LGAs and a few target caches along the way. Once in Albany I found a few caches around the area and the oldest cache in WA. Nearly 750km for the day and 50 finds.
Thanks for the cache

Third find for two happy little girls! Popped some cute little trades in for the next family! Photo is a spoiler so don’t peak until after!
Stopped for a leg stretch on the way to York and was happy to see there was a cache nearby. TFTH!
Totally not the first cache we were planning on getting today but at least we had an “interesting 4x4 drive “ before doing this cache
Nice safe place to discover one more county to tick off the list. It’s all in the name of course but several likely spots. Thanks again FelixII.
Drive past here nearly every day. Great little find. Recommend taking a bag to collect some rubbish.
Late log as found this list (along with a few others!) languishing in the car. Yay to not losing the smilies, boo to the late logging.
Day trip out to York for the annual Agricultural Show. Took the opportunity to pick off a few caches along the way, including this one Pulled the car over and was pleased to make a nice quick find. No problems here today - TFTC

Today the day started off in Perth for TaurusSix and I. We spent the morning up in Kings Park having a lovely brunch then collecting all 20 Adventure Lab Caches in the Park . Around midday we set off in an easterly direction out of the city . The idea is to meander up to Northam where we will be spending the night as one of us is working there tomorrow and the other can work from their laptop. We wanted to take a route we had not taken before so decided to Turn off The Great Eastern Hwy to follow the Great Southern Road to York then with the intention of heading up to Northam from there. It was a very pleasant day for geocaching not too hot not too cold a few clouds in the sky but mostly dry and sunny.
This is our third traditional cache find of the day. Nice discrete lay by the name and the hint it made it a nice quick find. It is a pity the amount of litter and rubbish in this otherwise pretty little spot . We do get annoyed at litter there is no need for it. TFTC

We bumped into another team at GZ just as we were going back to the car to get a new log book for the cache.
We had chat for a while and as they headed to Perth we headed to York.

A quick little stop on the way into York for lunch, perfectly timed as we were approaching gz just as I thought 'we should grab a smiley today'.
SVKR_WA, Allied_OZ and I decided to head away for a weekend at Kwolyin. This was our trip out and we decided to grab a few caches on the way up with the the goal of getting there around lunchtime.
Many thanks to FelixII for placing and maintaining Stumped otw to York. We found it, signed it, and put it back as found. We found this one at 7:35 am on Friday and this is my find 8516.

Hi there FelixII. I was out with Mistraluna for a couple of planned days of Geocaching around the FOTT trail near York. We had both worked out finals for all caches and using the Nuvi and both GPS's, all caches were found quickly - and the containers and logs are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to FelixII for this cache - our find 8108
Team Red Roo and I had made tentative plans to tackle the FOTT 4WD series together sometime after he and his partner got back from their latest grey nomad adventures interstate. And they were gone for over six months this time, so all the solved puzzles, multis and whereigos just had to sit on the backburner and wait. But all is now good after a couple of fun days out there in the bush. We enjoyed the various types of bush we encountered but the wandoo forest were both our favourites. During the time we were away we saw emus, kangaroos, wedgetail eagles, red tail black cockatoos, parrots, perenti, gecko, galahs, twenty-eights, kookaburras, magpies, mudlarks, the list goes on, but what topped it off was the sighting of a couple of wild piglets (we wondered where the mother was, but didn't hang around to find out, lol). And of course, we found many, many geocaches too. This was one we stopped for on the way. All good with the cache. TN, LN, SL, replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to come and find FelixII.
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Hyden back to Perth.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'FelixII' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Stumped otw to York' and for the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .

A little bush bashing never hurt anyone.... only the spider webs... missed the bushes btw!!!
Out giving the old beast a bit of a spin and checking out the canola fields in full bloom, on a run to York and back this arvo.
Quick find, in a convenient spot to pull off the road. I made sheep noises to the sheep here to the nearby sheep. Not sure if they were impressed or not. I don't speak sheep. Log and cache in good condition. Cheers FelixII!

Out for a country drive with Lachlan1.77 checking out some of the flowers and scenery on the way to York. No doubt we stopped for any caches that were close to the highway.
Enjoyed the lovely green fields along the highway here. Found the cache fairly quickly. Thanks!

Haeding home from York after a couple of nights with my wife we stopped to grab one solitary find. This was it and with my wife making the grab she has trounced me in finds this weekend 9-5!
Thanks for the cache FelixII. Found at 10:16:00 AM it was cache number 2945 for me and was number 13 in my run of 13 finds and 0 DNFs for today's geocaching effort.
Cheers
After a great day making a start on the FOTT Trail, we just had to stop here for 1 more, maybe we can call it "Stumped on the way back to camp". Quick find, thanks for placing this cache Felix II.
