Adelaide Leap Day trip. Day 3. For my first day in Adelaide it was a family day. We had a great lunch in town before heading home for an afternoon siesta. I managed to get moving again and headed to a nearby area at Craigieburn park to try for a few caches. I missed two of the nones I tried, but I enjoyed the climb on the treehouse.I did not manage to locate this one. Thanks.Albida
Walking the stress away with a few caches.
Another quick, solid find in a beautiful area.

I have been meaning to come and find this little series of caches for quite a while and decided that today would be a nice day for a walk although it ended up being quite warm so I only found 5 of the 6 with the first one to be found on another day. [^]
And another quick find once I arrived at GZ. Turned around here to head back in the other direction to get another couple.
Thanks for the cache Team_Crumble.

Today Rex and I headed back to Coromandel Valley to find a few caches on a lovely winter afternoon. We did a good walk although Rex thought some of it was a bit ‘pedestrian’. He was much happier when we went off track and he was able to run around.
We found 6 caches today. The Team Crumble caches were all found in excellent condition and well hidden. We are surprised more people haven’t found them as it is a lovely walk.
This was where Rex was in his element. TFTC took TB

I started 2020 with some improbable caching goals that only lasted until mid February.
Then came Covid-19 and now caching will have to take a back seat or be socially responsible.
No more than one or two people and target caches that haven't been visited in some time.
So today it was just Anymules and me going for long walks in Sturt Gorge and surrounds getting caches nobody has visited for a while. Time for our third walk for the day. Second stop. Another quick find have parked near 120 degrees. But rather than following the bike track our change of direction was to do a 180 degrees turn and walk back past that cache and keep following the trail.
***Thanks Team_Crumble for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

A quick walk around the local area where I have staying for the past few days. Made the nice walk along this trail to collect a few caches.
After not being able to find this one on the way past a PAF was used, the co ords are a little out but a common hide was found. TFTC

There is certainly a great deal of housing development in this area.Accurate coordinates and a common style of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks stanleys for the cache.
On a nice winter's day, jesswrigley and I decided to do some mountain biking around Craigburn Farm, whilst collecting a few geocaches. Although we had the weather on our side, it turned out that a mountain bike club was holding a race event, and limited the paths that we could travel. So we had to adjust our plans a little, and ended up doing a full loop around the river, which was a bit longer than my original thinking. All up, a nice 15 geocaches found. Was good to have had a nice feast following the exercise in the middle of the day.
A quick find at this location, since there wasn't a lot of hiding positions to choose from. Cache and contents in good shape. I grabbed a pathtag from this container also, thanks stanleys.

There were not many places this one could be so the cache was soon in hand. ----SL-----TNLN-----TFTC
Found with NiciDanielle and Zoe the Geodog. Found a TB but it wasn't compatible with Geocaching.com so we left it. TFTC
A view out over the local area. I'm surprised I haven't seen any bikes this morning. Tftc.

Out for another Tuesday night caching run with Moneydork, this time joined by the always smiling Mattycat. With a new linear walk trail published, we headed down south, and managed to take care of a few old nemisis caches as well.
Another find on our night time hike, as we delved further into the scrubland west of Coro Valley. It was a great night for it and we thoroughly enjoyed the caches we found.
This was find number 13 of 13 for the day for me. TFTC stanleys!

Wow. Ultra quick find on a beautiful winters walk. Tftc. Great walking trails here for man, dog and bunny !!
Found while out caching with Cows With Guns, but then saw a few too many brown legless lizards on the track so decided it was enough along here for today.
Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for the hide.
Change of direction was correct! It took me half an hour to walk up and down hills trying to find the Cache! Was tempted to give up but glad I didn't!! TFTC!
Found onl a lovely still but cool afternoon walk along the upper reaches of the Sturt Gorge
Another one found think i just passed some geocachers not sure though happy hunting love this game
Took travel bug! Lovely views around here, so now to find a large enough container with a view to drop it. Shouldn't be too hard?!
Mr Tardis has planned to ride past this one and grab it for over a year now. I did the rest of the series a year ago on foot, but this one was offline.
So today I rode in, found this cache and rode out. Finally this lone cache on my map is on the found list.
I do like the new bike / walking trails here, a great use of the area,
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache stanleys.

I finished my walk on the other side of the river earlier than I thought I would so what better way to fill in a Sunday morning than a walk around the hills.
This cache was easily found after doing a lap of honour.
I've dropped a TB to continue travels in fresh hands.
Thanks for the walk and the cache stanleys.

Went for a stroll along this new(ish) walkway, after a delightful lunch with the COs, and who accompanied us to make sure we didn’t get lost .
After a short change of direction, we had the cache all signed up and on our way to the last one in the series. No swaps. Cheers guys .

Late in logging the caches from the fantastic MOGA weekend. Thank you for the cache.
A quick find on this picturesque new walking trail.

Went for a walk to replace the cache. There has been a big clean up of this area removing a lot of the old farm implements as well as olive trees. Replaced cache and then found the original out in the open about 25m away. Swapped it for the replacement cache. All good to go.
While waiting for TigerMuffin, I spent 5 minutes searching in the crater that used to house an olive tree. Then I spent 10 minutes searching around the huge pile of uprooted olive trees 30 metres from GZ, I think there's a cache in there somewhere.
Seems that the olive bush that was hiding the cache has been removed along with the cache. Good that olive bushes are being removed, but pity about the cache container.
Will replace soon.
Will replace soon.
No DNF log from us. After catching up with Tardis at 120 Degrees, we were dually informed that this cache has been uprooted from its position, along with the olive tree it was hidden in and numerous others in the area. Does that make it 'a cache in an olive stack'?
Out to clear the remainder of Stanley's caches in this series, a rare outing with the second youngest Coro Cacher plus the geomutt now recovered from expensive op. Quick find at the U-turn. Large cache good for swaps and TBs. Took the mozzy net left a pen which was useful as there was none included.

We didn't need to change direction as much as the trail wanted us to. We took some short cuts. By now the sun was setting and a most brilliant red was painting the heavens. Pic.
Thanks to stanleys and clear skies from TeamAstro.
Lovely wandering along the trail this evening. The rain has all blown away and the sun is starting to set with the whole sky glowing. I don't think it gets much better.

A few people out on their bikes this morning, but made a quick find without being disturbed. TFTC.
Forget the footy, the cricket and the giggle box and go and follow this trail. The fresh air and exercise is really good for you and you may even find 7 caches. From the car park to the most distant cache Lakeview Log took about an hour and quarter finding all the caches along the way and then about 35 minutes to walk back. The views are splendid and no doubt there will be more caches placed further along the trail to Blackwood Park.
All caches are easily accessible from the hard metal rolled pathway. Coords are great and clues/hints very helpful.
Thanks to the stanleys for the caches

I am not sure but there is a mixture of Silver and bronze some shared with Duncast some single. I came home from work to find a whole bunch of new caches so on the phone to Adelaide and hubby was on his way. As he has no internet at the moment I am logging from the Nullarbor so I say sorry in advance for the generic logs. Somewhere along the way Dennis met up with Duncast and also caught up with firesafe. Way to go stanleys. Dennis picked up some pathtags, but we will not be able to log these until another day. SL TFTC
Saw these come up while in Blackwood so headed down before doing the school run only to find that FTF had gone to Huurtle but he found them on the 10th which is a day before they were published. Interesting. TFTC.
Yuuuup

Received notification for these before picking geokids up, enough time for a walk, so off I went!
Have also seen this track being constructed when passing, so not surprised to see the Stanleys mark it with some cache!
A nice pleasant walk, that didnt take me further than 1km from the car, although the track went a bit further than 1km! lol
All cache found with good coords, and obvious hides, some with nice views too.
Down the dusty trail for this one....
Thanks for the walk

PS: it appears I have entered wrong date in logbooks, sorry.
