Logs
Found it but there was no log. Someone else seemed to have found it before I did and has taken it but left everything else. They seemed to have also left gum inside as well.
Out shopping and decided to pick up a cache for the day. Been here before so was a quick find.

Love watching Thunderbirds even if I’m in my 50s!! Was a favourite! And here I am at 1223hrs so almost at The Time!
Log book is wet but we left a champagne cap and little padlock with key TYFC

Felt a tad conspicuous here, lots of comings and goings in the business below. Quickly located what I was searching for and made my mark before retreating. TFTC!
Another one in the around home area logged.
Left mwy an exit early to log this one.
There was a bit of work happening up at the parking but all good at the cache
Thanks for hiding

This was our last for the day and the third from jadhoo. We arrived as the swimmers were filling up the many busses parked waiting.
After a ten minute wait we made our move as the last of the was pulling out.
Cache was found quite easily and we were surprised at the good condition of cache. It just goes to show you don't need high dollar containers when a little forethought and placement is key
Thanks For The Cache jadhoo.

Dunno what we were doing between 1965 and 1968 but we weren't watching Thunderbirds; we hadn't heard of it till today.
We had a surprise meeting with Sambuccasam earlier so had some company while we found the cache. A quick find is a good find, TFTC jadhoo.

With an event to attend at Broadbeach in the afternoon, I spent the day caching my way down there from Brisvegas, nabbing some solved puzzles and anything interesting along the way.
Approaching GZ the hide was easily spotted, making for an easy find. It wasn't until after I finished that I noticed a guy in hi vis at the business next door but I don't think he saw me.
---
This traditional cache makes find number 5,551. Thanks for placing and maintaining it **jadhoo**.

I decided to find some caches in my lunch break as I was feeling a bit busy and I will be finishing my contract soon so I won't come this way when I'm not working close by. I arrived a little late, at 12:53. No brownie points for me. But a nice easy cache by a fairly quiet path. And there were golf balls, if I'd known I would have added to them as 8 don't play much anymore.
Also I didn't check my phone and signed as 21/08/18 rather than 20/08/18.

Out caching in the area with Selva Girls today after attending an event nearby. Selva Girls had found this one, so it was a quick retrieve and sign for me. Tftc jadhoo
Not today. Had a quick poke around, but a resident who borders the pathway was extremely interested in what I was doing. Took the safe option and left.
Until next time

It’s central here, especially at night, so take care where you’re walking. Spotted the cache near the fence line
The presence of a neighbour had us feeling unsure about digging around, until he called out "if you are looking for the geocache it is ____". Love it when that happens! As it were the cache wasn't exactly where he said it would be, but it gave us a push in the right direction.
I can't believe I have driven past this cache a gazillion times and not pulled in for a hunt. I set out to rectify this today and give myself an upper-cut.
I didn't know it was accessible through the library entrance and further berated myself. I parked the car just next to one of those unfortunate events where parents pull up in a non-disclosed location to swap a kid. If only they found caching earlier in their lives the poor kid might not have to perform the parental disco.
Domestics aside. I headed off in the wrong direction as my phone wanted me to climb a fence but the force was strong today. I think my coffee intake was low and forcing me to think. I was on to it after circling some trees like a snake to a rat and my name was added to the log. tftc

Quick find, as I parked to get out of my car I was met by Sambuccasam who had found the cache previously but walked to area and let me find it. Thanks for company Sam, paperwork completed and cache replaced where found. TFTC
Found - this was a quick find after geoboy 2's piano exam at Kuraby. The geofamily didn't even get out of the car while I went to search. Quick find. TFTC
Trying to catch up on my logging. My apologies that I haven't done this one til now. Thanks for placing this cache jadhoo for us and others to find. Found it safe today and signed the log. Cheers!
With a day of caching this was one of our first finds. After a short search it was discovered. Thanks jadhoo.
Out and about in the area with geo friends today, nice spot to stop with lots of trees around where we made the find after a bit of searching and scratching around. Thanks jadhoo and TFTC
Out for a spot of geocaching, thought it would be easier until noticing that the drain would make this area a little creek in the rain. So, had to look for higher ground, hmm, a lot of trees with great holes for hiding caches. We had to resort to reading the logs to find our GZ, and yes! we found this great cache. Left swag, took nothing. TFTC.
Quick find because I had Sambuccasam reminding me to go in the opposite direction to what I would think (I seriously get lost a lot). TFTC
I've marked this one as requiring maintenance because of the insect infestation of it plus the contents and log book are all a bit of a mess at the moment.
Walked through two spiderwebs to get to this one because my eyes locked onto the hiding place straight away, and one doesn't notice spiderwebs when the eyes are focused on the distance. Ew!
Opened the cache and there was an ants nest inside which of course suddenly dispersed and covered me. Double ew!
Why do I do this game?
Ah, that's right. I'm a nut.

Well I recently got a message from a cacher who lives nearby to this one, that this cache is still definitely here. So I knew I'd have to get back sometime and turn it into a smiley
I was in the area this afternoon chasing down a multi for the November challenge cache and having found that one pretty easy, I then went looking for a few nearby traditionals. That was all on the other side of the Freeway, but since I could go back home via here I decided to drop in and see if I could find it this time!
I must admit I still had a little trouble. My problem I think, was trusting the hint too much? I mean now, that hint is not exactly what I'd call accurate? Some might might argue with that logic, but that's my excuse for not finding it last time
Anyhow, I widened my search (like I should have done last time) and this time I found the cache container All is good with this cache. Logbook is double bagged and dry and now has my signature added
Once log signed I replaced the cache container as found ready for the next person to find
Took nothing, left nothing. Thanks for the cache jadhoo

Found on 23 July 2016. 1st geocache find quite by accident as a muggle. Joined the Geocache mad crazy, bush bashing, put my hand in where?? journey. Tftf jadhoo and discovering this fun game.

A nice quick find.
The cache is a little wet.
Some TLC would benefit.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

the local cache by Jadhoo
yipee YAY yahoo!
it's symbol on the screen
in many spots was seen
so i was running round
searching other ground
now I've had an upgrade
an easy find was made
the symbol finally stopped
and on the hunt i hopped
i signed the little loggy
but it's home is kinda soggy
so another visit is nigh
to get it clean and dry
TFTC Jadhoo, I've been wanting a smiley for this for a while as its one of the few caches near my home.

I was up this way to take part in the Vision-a-thon for Vision Christian Media where I had made myself available for the afternoon through to the close at midnight so I came up early to grab some caches as well.
It was interesting trying to park near here but it was very quiet and I knew I wouldn't be long so I ended up parking in a driveway.
It was then a very short walk to GZ and a quick find so I was smiling and happy for another smilie on the map!
Thanks Jadhoo. I think I've finally got all the Thunderbird series!

Cache find #390. Nice little hidden area. Cache was full of water so added a new log and dried out as best as I could. TFTC
We found ourselves in Springwood for the geogirls' footy tonight and I noticed that this cache was only 80m away. So, while the girls warmed up for the match, the geoboy and I wandered over to have a look.
As soon as we hit the stairs, a dog in the nearby yard started barking and would not stop but the GPS was taking us away from him so we ignored him.
We jumped the ditch and had a look around the tree. It was pitch dark already so I used the flashlight on the iPhone.
I saw something that looked suspicious but it turned out to be a discarded pair of shorts. But then I happened to shine the flashlight on the geoboy's feet and there was the cache, almost touching his toes.
We signed the slightly damp log and returned to watch the match.

Out and about with IolantheK. Just signing the log when questioned by staff from next door about what we were doing. Explained what it was and what we were up to and they seemed ok with this.
Placed the cache back under cover as it was sitting out in the open when we found it. TFTC

Out with bulldozer72 for a few hours today We are on our way to meet up with teamdfl, but since we are early let's just grab this one.
Loads of parking nearby, then an easy walk to GZ, followed by a very quick find as the cache was in plain sight on the ground! As I was signing the logbook, a fellow in the building yard below came over and asked what I was doing! Best thing is just to tell the truth, which I did, and apparently he's had some trouble with people cutting his fence I explained that no geocachers needed to do as that as the cache is obviously outside, and I showed him what it all was about. Before we left I made sure to add a bit of cover. TFTC, jadhoo.

The 3 's's Sam Sam and Steph. Finally found it after attempting the night before.
However just a head up dont go through the hole in the fence to the work yard. Boss man didn't know what to think

Found it within a few minutes of hard searching in trees haha. Good cache wasn't where I was expecting it. There was a fair amount of water in the container so I tipped it out and made it as dry as I could. The log was a bit damp so I was gentle in signing. Placed back and did a swap . TFTC
Just as I was getting into search mode Mrs swagosaurus46 laughed saying "is the what you are looking for". TFTC
Awesome find, hidden well, needs a little geo love though, log isnt doing to well haha
Came up from Ballarat on holiday and this was the first one I found. Great find but the log has been water damaged
Out today to find a few caches before meeting up with my friends RoddyC .
I ventured into GZ and had a look around but my GPS died and then I found the cache.
It was an hour before the time.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks jadhoo All good with this cache

Had an appointment at a nearby choosing our electrical requirements for our new home and since we were a little early, we drove over here for a find for the day. Parked at the end and the short walk to the GZ. Very quiet this time of the day, but I daresay on a weekend its full of sporty types. The cache was located quickly and signed. TFTC jadhoo
I had been out caching with the Tough Mothers. They left early so since this one wasn't far away I thought I would do it. TFTC!
On my way up to Brisbane for the weekend and I detoured to pick up a cache for the day. This one was an easy find but required a lot of stealth so as not to catch the attention of the workers next door.
Found on the queens birthday long weekend after a feed at underwood plaza its been a nice balmy winter day there's a game of footy going on over the way a bit other then that nobody around and nice easy find tftc
Nice quick find. No one around this time of morning so retrieving was muggle free.
This cache was in need of some love. Exposed. Waterlogged. Log book soggy.
I dried out container and left spare paper in a new baggy, Left a swap and covered over again.
Now off to play in the Monday morning traffic.
Tftc jadhoo but this one may need your attention if you want to salvage what's left of the log.

Found it at 11.55pm very wet cache needs dire maintenance! I had to sign the zip lock bag because the log is disintegrating!
Thanks for introducing us to another part of the city we wouldn't have seen otherwise!

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 1:12pm. The log in the cache is extremely wet and needs maintenance. TFTC
I hate muggle dogs! Cache had water in it. Zip bag is intact, but the log is quite damaged and on little boys. Glad it will soon be replaced. TFTC.
I was having trouble finding caches that were not in area's with muggles right nearby, so I was happy when I pulled into the nearby parking and it was basically empty, well except for one guy running around the oval, but he was preoccupied of course.
I headed over to take a look around and it took me a little to actually make the find, I checked out a few different options, but was so much easier then that. I got my name in the log book and replaced the cache and reapplied the camo.

After looking at a car at Springwood, and being quite annoyed at the attitude of the salesman, I decided that a little geocahing might be in order instead of car shopping. MUggleson and geogranddaughter were with me, so I passed my phone to the younger one and asked her to choose a nearby cache. After a little humming and harring, she decided on this one. Her father navigated to a parking spot nearby. As he still had my phone, I let him guide us to GZ. Once there, it wasnt long before I had my hands the cache. There was water in the container, and upon opening the ziplock bag, the log was slightly damp. Luckily, I had my trusty write anywhere pen Log signed and cache returned to its spot. Still need to do more caching today to get rid of the sour taste left in my mouth by the car salesman....so we headed off to find another
rustyson accompanied me to my first find of the Thunderbirds (series?) after attempting and failing to find the Thunderbirds - Attack of the Alligators just before, that night. So now I feel better after going away with a find.
TFTC, jadhoo.
There is a big Spider camping out at head height on the tree. Its silhouette looked super creepy at night. We shone a light at it as it was doing a strange continuous stop-and-go walk along its web, swaying like a Praying Mantis, and SEEING THE SHADOW it cast on the tree, boy that was creepy!

Log is still getting damp. Container collected about 5 ml of water over 20 days since it was last logged and dried.
Considering the container is in a hole in the ground I reckon with rain present, the container struggles against the water forming around it. If you put it above ground and place one of those moisture absorber sachets in it I think it will hold out better against the weather for longer.

Found it on a stroll with Mrs Rustyson on a nice sunny day. I dried out the condensation inside the clipseal bag, but the log was still a little damp so I left it out of the bag inside the cache so it will hopefully be drier for the next person.

Found easily, didn't sign log as the cache and log book were wet, rain was about to start and local dogs were advertising my unwelcome presence. Move along, Nothing to see here. Cheers.
