found it. The rubber seal is missing on the bison tube but currently the log is dry.
Found #1668.
3rd January 2018, still in New Year Holiday. Whole family went out for caching.
We approached the cache from east, which is not a good idea. Walked to GZ, and found the cache easily.
Signed the log sheet and put the cache back.
Thanks for the cache, McKee Clan. We'll try more of your "Lets follow LPT" cache series if we had a chance.

Looked at it a few times before realising that was it. Is that cache blindness? Tftc.
Made the detour and short walk to change a previous DNF into a found, all good today found in the second spot we checked TFTC McKee Clan
Found on a sunny Sunday bike ride with Pony1966. It was straight out of a Dr Seuess book - on a p..., in a h...! TFTC
TFTC muggles were walking past when we had cache in hand so Mr BarNic pretended he was rolling a smoke lol quick return to hiding spot and off we went to next cache
Gotcha!
Having completed numbers 1 to 26, I thought it was about time I set out on the tail end of the trail.
A nice easy one to start the day. Off to a good start.
Thanks McKees

Day Twenty three of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I are still at Semaphore in Adelaide. Deadly treadlies out of action (how long does it take to fix 5000 bindi holes?) and so into the car and off North east to the Lets Follow caches, both Alice and a few more of the Little Para Trail.
We grabbed several others as they fell under our path, and some newly maintained caches.
I always think these objects don't get used enough for hides!
A lick of grey paint would make this a bit tricker.
Thanks, Robmc.

#11986. Day 23 of our SA holiday. With the bicycles in dry-dock getting their new bindi-proof tyres on this morning we headed off in the geo-chariot back to the north - firstly for the Let's Follow Alice series and then back to the LPT trail to try to finish it off by shanks pony. A couple of decent walks but a very enjoyable time until it got too hot just as we were finishing. We gathered a couple of others on the way and had the customary couple of DNF's.
First in the newly placed log book - also the lucky recipients of plenty of "unlove" after this one hadn't been found for almost a year. We could see it as we approached. As Rob mentioned - a spray of gray and it would be so much more camouflaged.
Thanks McKee Clan

found original a bit away from the original location after we had replaced it. gotta love cache creep.
This one has not been found since 25 April 2016 with a mtce log on 25 Aug 2016, several Dnf's including a previous finder who says the hide structure has now been removed, time for this one to be disabled and reviewer intervention, hope this one gets repaired as the LPT series is a fantastic trail.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

No shortage of our most precious natural resource here today
Water, water everywhere !!
But even the so called 'grey-water', 'recycled-water' or whatever they want to call it *should* be safe to drink if treated properly by boiling
Hey !! The local council is not going to release water full of dangerous chemicals or pathogens into the natural world (if they can help it)
Problem is that illegal dumping, or flooding can pollute these water supplies and may not be detected by the authorities ... so be careful what you drink out there !! [:o]
The cache was unpolluted by any water sources as far as I know ??

Out walking the Little Para trail with CPwanderer & GoodLook on this drizzly morning...
Unfortunately for GoodLook and myself...it was the only DNF for the day...
Unfortunately for GoodLook and myself...it was the only DNF for the day...
We knew where this one used to be as CPwanderer was a previous finder and described it to us. Unless you have moved it, the cache is no longer on the tall structure.
Sadly a DNF from us.

Out and about with the son in law and the grandsons today.
A great family day hunting out caches.
Lots of variety in the hides today

Having a girls only caching run, out and about with earthlight and Gwen from The X-Trailers. Earthlight suggested clearing up the LPT's this side of Pt Wakefield road and as it happened the 3 of us had approx a dozen unfounds to convert to smileys. A very quick and easy find. Good thing too... because if it's not the mozzies then it ants we are standing in

Night caching with linda and liz
If sighted by others they would have thought we were German dances
Slapping and hopping about
This was because ants and mozzies were taking us from the air and also the ground
An invasion of sorts

Caching with the female members of The X-Trailers and 3LG tonight along this walking trail.
Definately recommend doing these caches at different time of day as we were swarmed with mozzzies all evening.
We had to side step ants here as well.

Remind me next time that when Mrs SA Sewer Rats asks me to go caching it means that Brodie and I won't be getting home until nearly 3am!
Just when I wanted an early night, too
Seriously what was only expected to be a quick couple of hours caching led to a fun 7 hours of excitement, interesting conversations and a lovely night time wander through the Little Para Trail area
All up I found 9 caches and a few of them were found in a really unusual way
Not sure that all of the things here are natural resources
The cache hide is man made and the current flowing near GZ is also man made despite using natural resources in the making
Another quick find which I was very thankful for

What started out as a few hours of caching with Locus Cache and a Sewer Rat tuned into an epic 7hours.
We shared stories , laughs a plenty,
The lucky last find on this epic fun filled journey.
Will have to return in daylight to find the last one. tftc

I found one of these containers yesterday. Just passed two mums pushing 2 prams and doing a swap. Thanks Mckee Clan.
After 2 months at home with sick kids, we decided to actually have adult time, no kids and all we could think of doing was geocaching.....a nice walk helped clear the head although we really have forgotten how to actually open our eyes and look.
Bullants......I remember these things putting us off caching before.....OMG they are everywhere!!! Thankyou for the cache

A nice Sunday afternoon walk on a hot day for geomum, geodad, geogirl & geodog. Geogirl dismissed the cache until geomum got her hands on it!

Found in the only place this one could possibly be, there certainly aren't a lot of hiding options available. The cache camo had a not so friendly mascot with a red stripe on her back, resulting in me dropping the cache real quick once she was spotted. TFTC McKee Clan!
With the caching bug biting, I thought that I would clean up some of the caches I had in the general Salisbury area. I have needed to finish off the LPT for sometime now and seeing as I am cleaning up what better time to do it then today.
Nice quick find

Went for a walk with Mrs Seek3rs along the Little Para Trail ... and a very pleasant walk it was too!
Knew I had 4 unfound caches in the LPT series along here, so it was a good opportunity to knock them off.
This find was my 1,100th find. Woo hoo!

Parked on Whites Road and had to dodge horses on the road, mum getting confused with the lanes by the trotting track and a general mum state of confusion with 'no admittance to those not authorised' Did they mean cars? We took it they did and entered ready to say we were looking for the Wetlands Walk if confronted. Didnt get the cache we travelled out for (due to long grass) On the way we were luckily enough to see a newborn horse having a suckle. Made little ones day. Thanks for the adventure and the smiley face
An enjoyable walk towards the cache. Just watch out for the ants. I managed to retrieve it and put it back without being attacked.

So many ants!!! There must be a huge nest under GZ. Fortunately the cache was located quickly, taken a distance away to be signed and returned in a real hurry. TFTC.
We had heard on the social 'grapevine' that there was an easy D1 T5 cache to be had while the creek was dry. We know that is cheating a bit, but we just couldn't help ourselves. If we could achieve that one it would fill in a gap on our D/T chart. We set off from our current digs early in the morning of a 40degree forecast day in Gawler.
On our way to the target cache this one was our third find, and one where we learned a new dance....the quick step.....to keep away from the ants.
It was from this cache that we saw what was likely to be the easiest way to access the D1/T5 cache.
Nice to have lots of different hides along this trail....well done McKee Clan[^]

By this stage we were walking back to the cars, caches only not done by myself. I was happy to not do them but the rather unwell Doctor Owl insisted, so Featherwaite and I went ahead, I would make the find, sign the log and Doctor Owl with BFE as her carer followed along. TFTC and the series. I will have to bring Mark back to start and finish the series. Sorry again for late logs.
Found this one to finish off the Let's Follow LPT series.
Thought being a Sunday morning, the trail would be quiet, but not so.
Riding our pushbikes, we stopped at this point only to be asked by fellow bike riders if we needed help.
Watch out for the bull ants.

Out on a beautiful day for a walk in the wetlands. (Oh, and to find some caches too!). A return visit to this one after being muggled out by council workers last time! (See previous log) They’re still here but further away down the track this time, allowing for a more thorough search. A quick find today, as I’ve seen this type of camo before.
TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.

We had found the majority of caches in the Lowere Power Trail during previous visits. Today we thought we would tackle the four caches to the western side of the Port Wakefield Road. It was a very pleasant walk but, rather strangely, we didn't meet any others out walking. Having found a number of these in the past, this cache was a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache McKee Clan.

Out for a bike ride on a beautiful day to find some of these newer caches. Boy, did I pick the wrong day!!! [B)] . Muggle council workers everywhere with graders, rollers and tip trucks going up and down building the new bike/walking track – should be great when it’s finished. Unfortunately I was in full view of workers at this cache, so I didn’t even attempt to find this one. I’ll be back another day for sure! Thanks for the cache.
On our tour of Australia via Oz Mega we are currently staying at Highway 1 Caravan Park.
Today it was the boys turn to head out on the electric bikes again. So Mr Felix and Mr iluvtrekking headed out to attempt the Lets follow LPT.
Some really creative hides, but alas also some DNF's.
The weather was really threatening to rain but held off till after dinner time.

We joined forces with FelixII today for another days caching in the greater Adelaide area before our imminent departure. The boys set out on the bikes to hunt down the Nexy series, while the girls had a much more sedate day which involved stopping for coffee along the way.

Not much of a natural resource here. To the untrained eye it might look natural but cachers know otherwise. TFTC McKee Clan.
