This one hasn't been found for the past nine months and after several needs maintenance logs - no response. Can this be archived?
Was not sure what I was looking for so could have missed it. My phone dores not give me as much info as the PC.
The gps takes you to a very likely spot for a cache lots of spots checked but nothing found. There was recent maintenance/gardening done to the area ?cache moved or discarded by muggles
Much like the last couple of geocachers have mentioned.. the gps takes you to a very likely spot for a cache which other people have described as where the cache is meant to be.. but there's nothing there. Has the owner investigated this?
A bit soggy under foot, I think the pipe is broken.
A very busy intersection this one.
TFTHunt.

Decided to have a road trip sort of day today.
I'd noticed that by heading south I could pick up a cache with a new hidden date (I only had 4 left so this would make it 3) and a new D/T combination (making it 60).
And of course I'd pick up a few other caches on the way...
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
There is a logical spot and type of hide right where my iPhone pointed me.
But nothing was there.
Only DNFs for the last six months mean a cache check is required.

On a caching day with pitman clan, Chrissy61 and Dwight shrute - we searched GZ thoroughly... Nothing to be found anywhere but we did get the caching equivalent of a wolf whistle as someone drove past yelling 'Geocachers!' at pitman clan despite all our stealth... Shame they didn't stop and show us where the darn thing was! Gave up after nearly an hour here.
No success was trying to be casual.. lots of muggles driving past... kind of busted when a car went past with people yelling out geocachers........
Guess I should of shouted back ..where is it!!!!

Couldn't find this one, felt like we checked every square centimetre, but without success.
Found it! Our first geocache hunt and Bella (our 8 yo) wants to find the next one!!
8888 + 1010 = 9898. Found during a work trip to the Penrith region.
Working at Penrith during the week so I took the opportunity to grab some caches. This was the third for the day - nicely hidden and a good cache to find ! The old nest was a bit freaky at first !
Thanks again Team Soupbones !

We have only just started this process so this was a good one for the kids without being obvious.
Good hide but watch out for the sticks and stones found with RROB2000 tftc
The Lomandra boys climbed all over this structure. The bees hive is dead but still scary looking. Great spot!!
Found with the lomandra_legends crew. TFTC!!!

GPS initially placed us at wrong structure. When we were steered to the right area the cache was found on the ground. Camo needs to be reapplied.
Camo needs reapplying and suggest cache be placed by other means so it is not abraded off.
Found the cache out in the open.. I'm not sure that it was where it was supposed to be. I placed it a bit further back out of sight, but I think it needs an official sticker or something on it, because I reckon a gardner would think it's a bit of rubbish...
Nice work guys
My first ever cache and could do it walking the dog at night.
Forgot a pen (well only decided to do it when we were close) so will go back tomorrow and log my details

Before joining up at the Gangsters for the day, The Rats and I made a few quick finds around Narellan.
The Rats had been here before but failed to log the find! TFTC!

There was time for one more Gangsters gathering before we headed off on holidays. Today big numbers wasn't on our minds, we were more interested in a fun days caching and thats what we had.
A funny story goes with this cache and the nearby cache. I actually found it a few months ago but it appears I didnt log my find so as we approached the cache today it looked very familiar to the point I could lead everyone right to GZ and there was my name in the log. So now it appears twice and I will properly log the cache this time,
Thanks

This one kind of was stumping us but since we seem to have a theme going with this hider tonight we weren't going to leave without finding this one as it had found recently compared to others in this series. Great camos and sneaky hides are what you can expect from this user. Great hide mate tftc.
So I was only just about holding the cache while looking wwaaayyyy in the wrong spot lol so soon enough I looked in the right direction and just as I did my heart sank... 2 tonight I have been left feeling quite silly lol TFTC
I was on a day of caching in Scambletown before heading to the Footy this evening to watch the Mighty Tigers take on the Broncos in their 15th anniversary match.
I looked everywhere for this one. High, low, magnetic, near the nasty looking wasps nest. Eventually I looked at the correct elevation, kicked myself, and wrote my name in the log. I was very close to DNFing here!
Cheers

Found quickly after a nice picnic lunch. What a lovely place, kids enjoyed the waterbirds, big orange fish and dragonflies. Tftc xo
We looked for this while visiting Christmas lights however it was well too camouflaged for night time torches. Found the next day
There was a lorikeet in every tree a pigeon on every antenna and a smile on everyone's face as a walked my way around the cascades, not happy that I missed an earlier attempt I was overjoyed at the finding of this one
The effort gone into these caches is fantastic and it's. pleasure to visit this beautiful and peaceful area
Very good hide ,took a little time with school kids wandering through the park and the power walks out but managed to claim the prize and rehide without detection (I think).

Well seems this one has re appeared, since the container is back and certainly wasn't there last time I checked. Not sure what some cacher is doing in this area, playing games that is for sure.
Had another cache swiped on this series, plus one i suspect was muggled by the local wild life but I managed to get it back together and reset it.

I haven't forgotten about this cache, will replace the container real soon with a new one I have ready.
Checked this one today and it has gone! Will replace it with a new container, and maybe new coordinated real soon.
Stopped here to do this series today, but no luck with this one. Had a peek and poke around (saw the big wasp nest) but decided to do the others then try this one again on the way back. Unfortunately on my return visit a muggle with dog (or was it the CO, hrm?) seemed a bit interested in me so I kept on moving. I'll be back..
We visited to collect Mr 7s Ducky the Quackable Trackable because I was heading into the city and we thought we would move him closer to his goal of getting to China. Unfortunately, the travel bug tag and our instructions were still there, but someone had removed Ducky and taken him away.... Unless the lure of stale bread crumbs got too much for him... We took the travel bug back and now we will look for another Ducky.
My second find for the August streak. A simple but effective hide.
Plenty of ducks around but didn't have anything to feed them.

DNF for a 2nd time. However was with Meritonnn who has found it and she said it definitely isn't where is should be.
Easiest find yet. Thankfully a muggle nana and toddler distracted the wildlife while Mr 7 and Mr 5 distracted the nana, leaving Miss 1 and I to make the find. Took what Mr 5 calls a "meow-meow-tastic" and left a rooster and Mr 7's Quackable Trackable travel bug - hopefully on its way to China LOL.
Out on an overcast Saturday with pdbunce and chrissybunce. Great to be back after a long break between caches. TFTC Lovely to meet up with new caching clan.
Out caching with evangt & chrissybunce after a long break.
Great to be back on the caching trail! TFTC!
