I'm afraid this one may be gone... Found the perfect spot for it, but ALL the trees have been cleaned up and marked with green weed kill at base... CO to check please..
Quick to locate but had to pounce between runs of the council mower. Nice playground. TFTC.
Found with Hush5. Geokids will be geokids and they will climb trees, lucky the fall was only small and the graze on her upper leg might be a bit sore tomorrow. TFTC
Think I was directed to the right spot to check for the cache, but after finding a empty wrapper for 'diabetics syringe' I was a lot more careful in how I looked, rather than felt for the cache. No luck today. May be worth a cache check to make it hasn't been muggled and made into a 'fit kit'.
Mmmm.. nice container.
Felt a little vulnerable here with all the houses around.
Thanks for the cache Hoojar.

Why would someone steal the container, but leave the log and pen? At any rate, a new micro cache has been placed.
Went out today to find a couple of locals that were in the GPS from last Sunday. If I had read the logs I could have fixed it for you but NO I just went out and grabbed 2 caches. I hope you accept this log. My memories of helping out with this Scout group are very clear. My first visit to a R.C. Scout Group. I was there to teach the new Leaders, not be taught. It was a great 3 months.
#98 and 8/31 for August - a new streak record
Will also log a needs maintenance on this one - found the log in the zip lock bag, with no container and it was completely uncovered.
log was too wet to sign, so here's a photo instead.

Cache was unfortunately completely exposed and waterlogged. I re-concealed the cache but it requires maintenance.
Found it easily after a day of mountain biking at Mount Keira. I replaced the cache with a bit more camo but i fear in a decent breeze, they just blow away! TFTC
Off sick today from work so had to pick up a cache close by to home. This one fitted the bill. Found and signed and replaced. Gathered some extra cover and placed on top to hide from any passing muggles though not sure too many would wander to here. Thanks agian Hoojar. great little series.
No trouble with this one as the cover was missing, covered as good as i could. TFTC
Seems I approached from the slightly longer way too. No worries, great playground here for the geokiddies which kept them amused while I made the find nearby. TFTC!
Didn't know you could access this from 2 directions. I took the long way as usual.

Having the day off today allowed me to grab a few local caches. My last for the day and a spot where I wouldnt have known a scout hall was if it wasnt for caching.
Just as I returned the cache I was sprung by a fellow SES member out finding their 1st find.
Thanks

Had to start the series with this one, not only as it’s closest to home and it was a possible GZ on a multi I had been considering, but it was also the home to my 1st Mangerton Brownie Pack.
Thought I had better take the detour this morning on the way to work to knock a couple of more of these off. A quick find. TFTC!
As it was very quit today, I turned up and parked in the turning circle! Sure I was at the cache site and a car turns up! A quick run had me in the car and gone!

When the first is also the last....Just goes to show how things have changed over the years.
I was a bit worried that some pruning had been done to the tree, but all was well.

I never joined the scouts like my brothers but I'm certainly up for the scouts challenges. Some clearly harder than others. Found today with J+J.au while we grabbed some of this new series. Thanks Hoojar. SL..TFTC
Thanks for the FTF.. didn't even know this park exists let alone that there was a scout hall here..
