Found the wasp's nest, as well as a rather pungent animal excrement nearby however no cache. Perhaps the CO might want to check if this has one has been muggled? Won't log it as requires maintainence just yet until there is another DNF. Thanks anyway!
Very easy find. This one was very exposed so not sure its in the right spot. I hid it a bit better in the same spot so it wont get muggled. TFTC
This cache was extremely easy to find as it had been pretty badly muggled. You might want to consider hiding this one differently. Luckily, the two trackables were still in the cache so i will move them on as soon as possible.

Only that I'm on a bit of a streak I wouldn't have ventured out today as I've been laid up all day with a migraine.
Anyway the mini rats and the rats came out this way late this arvo where we found the park full of kids playing footy, while they took no notice of us, we ducked in to make a quick find.
Left a couple of travelers.
Thanks Hoojar

Came out here with The Rats and while Dad spied the hide I spotted the nearby Ambulance helicopter hovering over Brokers Nose.
Quickly grabbed the cache and added our names to the list.
Thanks

Must have just missed the Rats Clan as I saw their names on the log. A quick find which was good as I didn't have much time. Had to duck out of the house and say I was picking up some groceries. Thanks Hoojar. The Scout hall history is amazing and so Dynamic. Great series and thanks for the cache.
Another quick find. TFTC. Grabbed the TB

Few kids playing footy on the playground side of the building as I drove past to park but able to approach unseen from the opposite direction and use the water-tank as a shield while I signed the quickly found log.
Found cache easy enough. A credible source tells me much of the info about this hall is incorrect but when i catch up with you we can discuss it.
A quick find on a short detour on the return leg from Sydney. Interesting history here and to think that this is actually the original Corrimal hall! TFTC!
Well it does get confusing! I just didn't find the Russel Vale scout hall, however now I found the Corrimal hall wich has the name Russel Vale on it?? Anyway, its logged so all good.

The place was crawling with school kids using the area on there way home from school, just as well the cache was behind the buildings..thanks Hoojar.
Lots of memories of this park. It was a stop over from either going up the mountain or back down. We would sometimes leave our pushies almost at GZ. TFTC
Nice to get to visit a real scout/guide hall. As a scout (many many moons ago) I recall the nights in a cold scout hall, the smell of dusty floors, rope and canvas as we practised knots and setting up tents in preparation for the annual H R Lee shield competition at Mt Keira scout camp. Probably not the same any more. A pity to see the number of halls diminish. Thanks H for the series and the chance for a FTF.
