A day of caching with the notorious Peppa; it was supposed to be around the Warwick area. Well we ended up with a bite to eat and a drive through Warwick at the end of the day, ahh there is always another day.
It is always a fun day and the plan is usually out the window by the first cache. Today was no different and an educational one for both of us. Peppa’s wisdom and visions are always welcomed and my silliness just seems to make us laugh (yes I can see you laughing on the inside Peppa) just creates for a fun day.
Last time we cached together it was all about Peppa, I will admit today was all about me, lol, even though our first cache was one I had already done and only his lordship required.
I signed the log and replaced the cache as found thanks for the hide.

A full day of caching with Chamad… sweet… always rewarding…
The plan was to target Warwick…
And after 5 plus hours we’re getting closer… we’d actually gone past this cache as I was reading past logs… so the cache is here… it’s coords are out… if we archived every cache with poor coords the game board would look very different…
After surveying the area there really is only one outstanding feature worth investigating and that’s where we found the cache…
I understand once the reviewer has become involved it is up to the CO to intervene…
Thanks Muff Mafia

As others have mentioned (at least back to 2017) the coordinates are out. This needs correction. I initially did another NM, but then realised I had already made one of those way back in September last year, but which has been ignored. Maybe a NA will get more notice and the coordinates updated.
Coordinates need correction. I found them 14 metres out. Others have mentioned this too.
Next, I came to this cache. I parked the geomobile and made my way towards GZ through the long grass. I put my foot on what I thought was solid ground, only to find that I sank into slimey water and fell to my knees. All worth it as my name is now in the log for this cache. TFTC
S 28° 06.312 E 151° 57.733
That was more effort than I expected for a 1.5 D&T cache. The grass was long, making the walk to GZ slow, with the worry of snakes. Not long ago in long grass walking to another cache, I came VERY close to stepping on a snake. It didn't move and was almost invisible in the long, dense grass. Still don't know what sort of snake it was, as I could only see enough to know it wasn't a red bellied black (one of those shed it's skin in my back garden recently), or a brown snake. Maybe a tiger. Fortunately today I didn't have a snake encounter.
First I waded through the grass to the coordinates and searched around trees there, and finally I went to the spot that I thought looked the obvious spot, the scar tree, but it was about 14 metres off the coordinates. My Garmin preferred S 28° 06.312 E 151° 57.733. Also the cache is a micro, not the rated small. Cache and log are okay. (I should have donned my gaiters.) TFTC Muff Mafia.

Grass is extremely long! Definitely don’t recommend unless wearing boots!
after a short trek into the grass jungle we found it safe! Logged and left an amethyst crystal for the next geocacher!
Thanks for the cache!

Found it! Slightly different description of cache might be required but it was a quick jaunt through the long grass to the obvious location.
After 10 years on the road, finally decided to settle and put some roots down. Warwick is our chosen town. While we wait impatiently for settlement, we sit out time in our caravan, or go shopping for furniture, or go caching!
Found in the obvious place but it was 16 m from your given coordinates. Thanks Muff Mafia for the hide.

TFTC. Today was a travel day as we make our way from Kyogle across the border to end up in Maryborough later in the week. We had earmarked some caches to attempt providing we could park the motorhome and toad safely off the road.
Park looks as if it long gone. At GZ it seemed that there was a logical spot for the hide. Double cehcked with co-ord posted in pother logs. Spot on.

Out on an adventure looking for geocaches in the Warwick area with my amazing Geo-Wife KaleidoscopeCass, this was one of a few that we managed to turn into a smiley, thanks for the cache!!
As previous finders have said, this is no longer a park and the cache is no longer at the posted coordinates. Rather, it was in the first place we thought to look after pulling up on the corner. Useful coordinates are in an earlier log if you really need them.
Our coordinates were substantially out today but there was a traditional hide nearby which turned out to be the right place. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here.
Like others have noted the coordinates are quite out. But a quick survey of the area should yield results. Tftc!
We came across your cache, Muff Mafia, while visiting Warwick on behalf of our RSL Sub-Branch.
Nice quick find once we used the coordinates from another log.
Log signed and cache replaced at 3:39 PM on June 19, 2018. TFTC.

On our drive today from Toowoomba to Warwick, we decided to take a few quieter roads. I it was great to be able to stop in a few places along the way, stretcher legs and find a geocache of course. This one was safe in its’ hidey hole . Thanks for bringing us this way,

I stopped by the park and hopped out of the geomobile.
A likely hidey hole for a cache caught me eye immediately,
and there was the cache
Only after finding the cache did yours truly realise how far out the coords were
TFTC and break from the highway traffic [^]

**# 17547** Found on the Qld leg of our 2017 winter escape trip.
Another perfect warm winter day for a drive and a few more caches.
Not many muggles around today, and a good quick find here.
The co-ords by other cachers are a lot better option.
Thanks for the cache Muff Mafia,

Find No: 6145. Visiting from Newcastle, on the way home from Darwin, thanks for the cache Muff Mafia!!
Waded through the long grass for some time here without success. Doesn't anyone come out and mow? What a shame as this would be a great picnic spot.
Looked at previous logs and scouted around and widened the search but...

Heading towards Warwick & caches west & we decided this would be a great place to call past & grab a smilie!
Parked the Geo-Beast & headed to GZ only to find myself standing by the roadside in long dry grass?
Looked around for a likely hide for a cache & settled on a spot not TOO far away.
As it turned out it was the RIGHT spot but it was, by our compass, 23 metres from GZ?
Not to worry, the outcome was positive! LOL ...
Made our mark & replaced as found.

On my way home from holidays with a friend and decided to stop here for a break. The grass was a bit long and it was really hot, so had a quick stop and quick find. TFTC
Travelling around Australia and currently in Queensland.
Nice weather to be out and about. Today we moved from Stanthorpe to Nobby and managed to stop with the caravan on tow to find your cache.

While attending the Bony Mountain Music Festival, near Warwick, Qld, we picked up some caches. This was one of them. tftc.
Found by Mary & David at 1255. Today the weather has been beautiful, and we are soaking up the sunshine. Quite a busy road here. Glad of some shade. Our indicated GZ had us on the grassy area beside the road, but we soon spied a likely hiding place about 20m away. Sure enough, there was the cache. Took a coordinate reading for future reference. Our thanks to Muff Mafia.
Hubby braved the spider. Coordinates are a bit off but pick the spot you would go if you were a cache. Tftc
My co-ordinates were 17m out. If I were a cache where would I be? Bingo! Perfect spot for a cache.
Found at 1158. My GPS had me some 20Ms away but there is an object that calls out to be searched that proved fruitful. TFTC.
Like previous finders we used our caching sense rather than the GPSr to make the find. What a pretty little house opposite the park! TFTC.
On arrival at this well maintained park the GPS wanted us to be in an area of grass that did not have a hope of hiding a cache. We had a look around and saw a likely candidate for a cache hide and it was good. SL TFTC
Back 2015 changed 63ROOS, visited your cache on 2014 was user kamfindit while trip to Warwick with mum..

On a trip to Warwick with geodaughter to pick up a couple of alpacas. Had to be on the route, easy parking and quick to find. This one filled all our requirements. Read a few logs for any hints - ok forget the gps. Oh, that looks like a good spot. On the way home we passed this spot again and there was a white 4wd parked there and a chap wandering from GC back to his vehicle. Guess we weren't the only ones to find this today. TFTC
Compass out. Forget compass put geo hat on and spotted it straight away. Tftc. Kids loving it.
Found with my mum StephLego, Dad MalDawg and little brother on a Geocaching trip down to Warwick
