### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache is being temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current COVID19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue.
CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO. **Don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do:-#
- Should the regional Health and Victorian Government requirements allow it **AND** you feel it safe for you to maintain this cache now, please feel free to do so. Don't forget to log an 'Owner Maintenance ' log and also Enable the cache once the issue is fixed.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
#Please Note#
When the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
**JUST A HINT:-** In case you are not aware, there is a new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own. Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)
Thanks for you cooperation,

Nice, easy find. However, the logbook, along with the rest of the contents, were soaked. TFTC
Thank you - good spot. Stuff inside was wet. Container might need replacing. Thank you!
Found the cache! Good hide. Probably need to replace logbook as it’s a bit soggy
I dropped by this cache for my daily exercise and cache. I parked in a nearby street and walked through the entrance to the park and then along the trail to GZ. Thanks to the good hint I found the cache after a brief search and signed the slightly damp log at 3:55 pm. TNLN. I used hand sanitiser before and after finding the cache to stay safe.
Thanks Tomo134 for another well-hidden cache in such a beautiful urban forest that I didn't know was here. ?? After finding the cache I did a circuit of the park. ????? I was amazed to see a plaque in the picnic area saying that the first tree in this urban forest was planted by Joan Kirner in 1985 when she was Minister for Conservation, Forests and Lands so before she became Premier of Victoria. ??

Nice place to bring the dogs and go for a walk. Nice and easy but not too obvious
A nice quick and easy find on an afternoon walk around the area before heading home.
Miraculously, I managed to avoid the rain. A very picturesque place when it's wet.

Found! Nice location and easy to get to from surrounding areas. Log book is a little damp and rusted but just usable.
Second time lucky on this one just around the corner from where I used to live. Log is rusty and soggy. Container needs replacing. Thanks for the cache.
Well the GPS was sending me in all directions to the cache but eventually I found it . Thanks
This one wasn't hard to located GZ in general but it took me some time to pinpoint the actual cache. No problems from the muggles a little way off who were preoccupied with some kick to kick. After searching the more likely looking spots and circling around a few times I eventually put more trust in the map position and in time spotted the hide. Glad to find it and avoid a DNF as I was keen to kick-on with the Mystery at the Museum souvenir challenge TFTC
Nice bit of urban space and the cache was soon spotted. Log a little damp but OK to write on.

Popped out at lunch time with hergab69 to find our nearest to work unfound, and turn into a smiley. Nice quick find. Note, container has a cracked lid. CO might need to replace it before winter.
Cheers Tomo134

After a morning of running errands I was given a couple of hours to go caching. Sweet! Jumped in the car and headed off before there was a change of mind!
I stopped on my way past to have a quick look for this one. The area was empty, probably due to the recent rains. This helped the searching, though it turned out I hit GZ on the head and found the cache in the first place I looked. The container was wet (dried it out somewhat) but the log was okay. TFTC

Out grabbing a few caches tonight, made me way into this neat little forest and made the quick find. TFTC!
Under a loose log

Enjoyed a walk on the way home tonight

Looks like gz has changed a bit and the hint doesn't quite match anymore. It was still a quick find in the obvious spot.
Thanks Tomo134 for the cache.

Quick find today after a few missed caches. Cache was rather exposed and may need to be repositioned. TFTC Tomo134
Nicely concealed cache. Container is damp inside and the log is a little damp but certainly useable. The ziplock bag inside the cache is getting a bit worn out.
Took about 10 minutes to find it, had to drain some water out of the cache - it was a bit damp
TFTC, was this park ever a golf course? Reasoning is that the tree lining is simular to that of a golf course.
Out with ICW to find this cache. We patted friendly canines and greeted muggles who regarded us with suspicion, but retrieved the log and signed it before another heavy rain shower set in. Tftc.

I had basketball at an unusual venue tonight. Well, that just meant there'd be unvisited caches about, and this was the closest.
I entered the reserve and paused to let my eyes adjust to the dark. As I was getting my bearings, a sudden bright light flashed from behind my right shoulder in the northern sky, and a delayed 'buzzing' sound followed some 4 seconds later. It was very strange...
As I peered into the night sky where the flash had come from there was nothing to be seen, not even a cloud...
I returned my focus to the cache. My GPS immediately played tricks on me and sent me to the wrong spot. But as fate would have it, from this wayward position I could see the exposed cache as plain as day a little distance away.
After signing in, I returned the cache with more camo.
Thanks Tomo134 for a strangely memorable experience.

Took a bit of hunting around, but I got there eventually.
Nice spot. Thanks Tomo134

So happy to see some caches in this area. I grew up here, spent many hours in this urban forest, and my parents are still living nearby.
I found the cache out in the open, but still intact. Placed under a nearby log.
Thanks Tomo134

Thankyou! So close to home- I’d walked past this hundreds of times never knowing the surprise that awaited
Out with Cathlud for an afternoon of caching and procrastinating. This cache was quickly found as the camo was no longer there, thus exposing the cache. Emptied the water out of the container. TFTC.
Out with Jeckleberryandtedd today to find some more caches around Ringwood.
We found the cache, had a quick party and moved on to have more caching fun. TFTC.

Eventually found, although clue should probably be under not in. GPS was also off a little. Found with Melro9. Tftc
