WP3 is no longer there, but I was able to use the powers of deduction easy enough to figure out GZ. TFTC
Same issue as others with WP3 but as suggested, used a process of elimination. Found easily once at GZ but had the scare of my life when Mr huntsman didnt want to let go of the cache. gross lol. TFTC
I love cemetery multis. This didnt disappoint although we needed to use process of elimination at one point. Signed log and replaced as found. TFTC
Lovely little cemetery, got a little stuck but after a quick paf to the co we were on the right track. Tftc
Got a bit stuck on some of the WP, but had to PAF for some help. Corrected our ways and had CIH
A fun time walking around this old church to locate WP2 and WP3. The coordinates where right on the money to locate the hide . Just a small reach and grab. TFTC Booos
With a long weekend in Canberra who can resist getting away! Joined a great bunch on friends to tackle a bit of the Picton area. The day included a big investment of time in an oldie (lots of fun) and then lots of caching in the region. A really delightful day trip with barb2e, Kittykatch, isopeda, albida33, fitzy_1965, Minniek, joolay, Smittengranny, contesta, EverestHigh and GLISS! Signed most of the caches as CDI - for Canberra Day Invasion. Thanks to all the cache owners for the fun!
On this Canberra Day holiday weekend a group of geofriends travelled north from Canberra and surrounds to grab as many caches as we could. This was one of them. Thanks to all COs for adding to our adventures. Log was signed as CDI23 - Canberra Day Invasion 23.
Found on a trip to Picton and Penrith with a group of Canberra cachers. Signed as CDI23 (Canberra Day Invasion). Thanks for the hide The Booos
Fitzy_1965 & I headed to the Picton region today with a bunch of friends from Canberra for our Canberra Day long weekend invasion (the joys of living in NSW but working in ACT for me). All caches were signed as CDI23.
We had a fun day finding, trads, puzzles & multis and a few AL's for good measure. We ended up at dinner at a great Thai restaurant after the event in Picton itself.

Picton & Penrith Canberra Day weekend Invasion. Day 2. Today the trip got underway with the team caching. I sat out the walk to 'More', which I had done many years ago and joined up after a late morning break. The group was made up of Fitzy_1965, MinnieK, Joolay, Kitty Katch, Barb2e, Isopeda, Smitten Granny, Contesta, Gliss! and Nibletricecakes. EverestHigh joined a little later on. We had a huge list of caches to do and we got underway on a warming day. As things looked to be running out of time we changed to the end of the list to get to the Dam for a virtual and then cached out way back to Picton to get to the event and a chance to meet some locals and others caching in the area today. Dinner was a great local Picton Thai restaurant followed by finishing Lab caches before I headed back to Bargo for the night.
As we headed back to Picton we stopped for as many roadside caches as we could, pleas a bit of a lap of the two small towns we passed through. This was a bit more of a challenge than expected, one of the numbers was not to be found, but only one fit the bill, so we were able to make the find before heading on to Picton.
Thanks for the cache The Booos

I found WP1 and WP2 easily enough but then WP3 took me to a tree that did not have a date of any kind. Luckily that number was an easy one to guess. So I was then soon at GZ where I found the cache after a short search!

OCW frazeydaze after an event held by the CO this morning. We had unsuccessfully made a search for this one previously and were in the vicinity in connection with an Adventure Lab and remembered we had unfinished business here. After a nudge from the CO frazeydaze grabbed the prize. Thanks for placing this multi cache Booos.
A day spent with oldmorty finding caches in the Warragamba/Silverdale/Oakdale area.
We’d been here previously but were unable to work the numbers. An Adventure Lab led us back here today when I realised we hadn’t found the cache. I was one number out. But I thought I knew where the cache would be. Following a message to the CO to confirm my thoughts, we found the cache.
Thanks to The Booos for this great multi. Definitely worth a favourite point.

Finally catching up on logs from the past few weeks, apologies for the delay.
A somewhat impromptu Friday caching expedition saw me pick up SueDan83 and his revered 'Grey Barron' and its sidekick the 'Mini Barron' and head out to clean up a few caches in our local area.
Loved this location - what a beautiful old wooden church and cemetery! It is amazing the places like this, just a little off the beaten road that you otherwise wouldn't know about. Thanks for bringing me here! Unfortunately after completing the cache, the undercarriage of the Meritonnn mobile accidentally made contact with one of the concrete culverts at the side of the driveway.... ooops!!! Thankfully the damage seems to be relatively minor and cosmetic in nature. Hopefully this hasn't scared Dan off letting me drive on our geo-trips TFTC!

A return visit to this part of the world today, and the second time I've been to this location. I came up with the same problem I had last time (WP3) but this time noted that I had all bar one of the numbers I needed to come up with GZ's coords ... a bit of guesswork gave me a plausible location and pretty soon I had the cache in hand. The existing log is a bit worse for wear so I put a new sheet into the container ... but unfortunately I didn't have a baggy to put it in. Perhaps the CO or next finder can take care of that.
Thanks for bringing me to an interesting place to visit and for a nice multi.

Headed out for a days caching with my fellow Gong gangster buddies.

Drove down to the Dilly today and collected a few caches along the way. Spotted this cemetery cache on the map and drove over. Worked our way through the different stages and had a hiccup at WP3 as per previous finders. Looked at what information we had been working with and made an assumption for H(4). Walked over to our calculated coordinates and spotted something worth investigating and found the cache with a huntsman spider sitting on the cache as a guardian. With the cache in hand, we signed the log before replacing as found. All caches found today were found in good condition. Thanks for the cache The Booos.

Found on the 27/6/2020 with MizCupcake. This was my first multi and i really enjoyed it. Had a couple of older ladies walking around too which made us question if they're caching as well
Found with Littl3Vix (yay! She set up an account! ) took a little time with this one as I couldn't get the WP2 numbers to do their magic to get to WP3. But I worked some magic sleuthing of my own and quickly came up with the cache. Tftc!!
Something went awry with the calculations as we made our way around but the first lots of numbers were all good. The final calculation didn't make any sense so plugged one number in as a substitute which thankfully led me exactly to GZ and a nice find. A nice little multi. TFTC!
A nice challenge in a lovely location on a beautiful autumn day with geowife. TFTC
OK, great little church, great funny dunny out the back, no longer in use , we started on this one....
All good till our co-ords put us beyond the fence, I re-did and re-did the sums over and over, to no avail.
I looked at what we needed for the final set of co-ords and just forced em for a quick find.

With Multi Caches I usually gather my information and head home to calculate and then return another day. Our first and last trip here was different and I calculated and recalculated the information obtained but kept calculating to the rear of St Matthews down between some trees at the back. *The Booos* came to my rescue and pointed me in the correct direction. We arrived today and with a super quick snatch we had CIH. A fav for this cache and especially for showing us the church which if I could give another fav I would not hesitate. Filled cache with some trinkets.
**The Day**
OCW *Little Kitten* and *DustyJapserJet*. Had intentions to head out caching yesterday but I was in a dither as to where to go and *Little Kitten* was having huffies, so we stayed home much to Hubz' disgust - looking forward to a day out. Today however was all systems go. Headed to Picton, Razorback and then the back way through Bickley Vale to The Oaks to clean up a couple of caches we missed on our last visit. The Boys in Blue were out in force today between Picton and The Oaks and they were kept really busy pulling people over. I think we counted 10 sightings.

**The Cache**
I messaged you regarding this cache. THANKS for the return response, I'll have another crack at this sometime soon.
I setup Multi caches in a spreadsheet complete with calculations so that when I get to the cache location I only need to find the answers and the spreadsheet calculates for me. Other times I grab the required information and return on another occassion with the newly calculated results. Today I had to spend some time checking my calculations as the results were sending me to a waypoint where I could not see any information in which to use to continue the quest. Admittedly my spreadsheet for this Multi was one of my very first creations, so I think I muddled it up a bit in the beginning and thus confused myself today.
I didn't think to look in that specific location for any information, I'm not accustomed to that method of caching so was a bit oblivious and looked everywhere else instead.

Out with Happy Uke and Final29, second attempt at this. Last time I couldn’t get the right coordinates but tried to guess where it was. No luck. This time Final 29 found it.
Finally organised a caching day with Blueandgolder... and with Finalf29 driving the geomobile... we were a formidable team. Even with some DNF's, we all up found twenty eight. Fantastic day, wonderful company and great caches.
This was the first for the day. Collected all the numbers, but a little confused with the last one. So used the brute force method and started looking along line of missing digit. Finalf29 eagle eyes quickly found it's hidey hole. Thanks

Need more calendar day finds today. OK I was after four but since I had the chance to overdo it...
Decided to head south and pick up some of the stray caches around Picton and The Oaks. Ones I've missed or bypassed... Even so, I left a few closer to the towns for later.
Got nine overall, but a lot of backtracking and driving along dead ends was involved. And I'm sure I could have picked a more efficient route.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Hmm. From my last find my remaining targets for the day are all a few kilometres away... in each direction!
So first up I backtracked to this one.
Had more problems at waypoint 1 than I should. Just couldn't see it. I blame the sun! Finally spotted it and calculated waypoint 2.
Then like others, got nothing for waypoint three. Hmmm, what to do?
Noticed how this info was used, so plugged in the info from the waypoints I had and made the only logical assumption re the missing digit. And that puts me... Gotcha!
Easy.
Completed signing duties under a tree then back for the replace.
Interesting spot - especially the older graves from Burragorang.

This one took us a lot longer than we thought. We couldnt get wp3 so we decided to use our geocaching expertise and searched the likely spots. So happy to have found this one, did not want to walk away empty handed.

Co ords were out for us each time..WP3 was a real challenge, after a few different attempts the heat was really causing discomfort, after reading previous logs and using geo senses we managed to find the container in the last "one more look
possibility.... Nice church.
possibility.... Nice church.
Our crew was also challenged by WP3 and we couldn't find the likely spot for the clue. We started getting frustrated in the heat. After several attempts at finding the right coordinates we'd had enough. We decided to have one look around the area near where we'd parked just in case and Mr Brizzle11 and his tallness spotted it when checking a likely structure. So found in the end with no help from the final coordinates... Which made us feel better about how hot and flustered we were! Great spot though. TFTC

When I pulled up here I thought I’d already done this cache, the church looked familiar. Then I realised I was mistaking it for a church out west, somewhere near Sofala. It has a similar slab construction.
Quick multi, and a quick find.

I ADORE cemetery (or LKA) geocaches. I have always found cemeteries fascinating places to visit (I am an amatuer archaeologist and historian by trade). Thanks for this multi!
Had spent a whole day around Picton and The Oaks last Thursday trying to reach a “year-end target” but fell 13 short so returned today to cross a few more off. Had made a start on this one collecting waypoints but the rain and gps were not making it easy, especially struggling to locate the required number at WP3. Even expanding the search 20m (as suggested in another log) produced so many 19GH options I gave up and decided to do some more research (ie clarify the math with a PAF) and was able to work out GZ with what I had to make a quick find. As stumbletrip had come back with me today and loves cemetery caches, I let her wander about until I revealed our final destination. Visited two travel bugs - a Zombie and a Mummy - who also like cemeteries.
THe WaywardWoman suggested going to Burragorang this morning to find some new caches in the area. However, my caching in the Oaks area has been somewhat less organised than her own, leaving caches here and there. This was one of them.
This was a great little multi, taking us to one of the most unusual country churches I've seen. There was a sense of the pioneering period with this old wooden church that I liked, and the history of the area suggested in the graveyard. I really great spot to bring people. A favourite from me. Thanks

Out caching with WaywardWoman, this was our second Multi today! Parked outside and headed in to start our quest. With the sun on the first waypoint, it took a bit of looking to finally get it. Then on to the next waypoint. OK done and on to the next one. There werent any dates on the bit of nature in front of us, so retraced our steps to a more appropriate place. OK that makes sense. Put in the co-ords and ended up back at the nature again... Oops I directed us to the previous waypoint. That sorted we headed off in the right direction and finally got to GZ. A scan of the area and we found what we were looking for. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
#3745- I love old churches, cemeteries and multi caches. So what better way to combine these than do this cache. Sure they take a little longer, but they are such great ways to spend your time and this one was no exception.
So thomo31 and I tackled our second Booos multi for the day.
Loved the quaint little chapel, and the wander around the cemetery.
WP1 was easy enough once we cleaned our glasses, WP2 also straight forward enough, but WP3 gave us a bit of grief, until we spotted something a bit further away- lets try that... The final was in a good, obvious spot, even easy enough for me to get if I was alone. But thomo31 did the honors. Thanks The Booos- another favourite point from me.

I had had this cache on my radar for while - so was happy that geodad and I could visit today.
Upon arrival I realised I'd been here before! We had lunch here on a bucks party. Reading that it does seem odd doesn't it?
Geodad was intrigued by the church and couldn't stop examining it. Meanwhile I did the maths. WP2 proved to be easy find and soon we were at WP3. But here is where the wheels fell off. I couldn't find the answer and my pen literally fell apart. After double checking my maths I decided there was only one recourse. Call llama_boy. Thankfully his phone was nearby and he was able to give me the information I needed. From there it was off to a very apt GZ.
Thanks for the cache - it was most enjoyable! After we had signed the log we had lunch here. So now I've had lunch here twice!
P.S. Geodad told me that I should bury him here when he dies. If that isn't the ultimate compliment for a cache I don't know what is.

Came back for a second attempt after failing a few months ago.
Got all the numbers and did the maths thinking that maybe I'd made a mistake the first time but ended up with the same GZ. Checked a few spots with no luck. Was about to give up when I spotted something familiar from caches I've recently found from this CO. However, I wasn't quite tall enough to actually retrieve the cache without the risk of losing it. Will be back another time with something to stand on or somebody taller.

Was about to give up when I spotted something familiar from caches I've recently found from this CO. However, I wasn't quite tall enough to actually retrieve the cache without the risk of losing it. Will be back another time with something to stand on or somebody taller.
After doing my last Multi and taking a lot of time this one was easy. Having a fair bit of local knowledge i did not have to do any calculations at all. Have become a whirey old person doing these multies. TFTC Gotcha16
When we arrived there were several people working in the graveyard cutting the grass etc. Well we thought lets get out and have a look anyway. We grabbed WP1 OK and then found WP2 by which time they started to pack up. WP3 was a challenge but we guessed the right one and soon had the final co-ordinates. Perfect timing the workers had moved on and so we could grab the cache easily. Thanks for an interesting cache. TFTC
I've had a few tries at this, not sure why I had trouble. In any case, llama_boy had what I lacked and we sound found the cache.
rassilon256 had already attempted this one, so we had a leg up. Finding all the correct waypoints was a little trickier than we anticipated but we got there in the end. A nice little trek around the church grounds TFTC!
A nice walk around the cemetery. The cache had a huntsman spider guarding it. TFTC
At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. Most of the first two years I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.
As many others I had the same problems. Waypoint one and two were no problem, but I couldn't find any date at the third stage. After a tiny bit of thinking I just skipped the last waypoint and figured out the final coordinates fairly easy. After that the box was a quick grab.
TFTC and greetings from Germany

Thought I'd do Picton-Oakdale-The Oaks Return Trip today.

Another multi I had mathematical headaches with. For clarity,
WP1 is accessible from the outside.
WP2 is easily read.
To Get WP3 Eastings Subtract abc + def are 2 separate processes.
ie. subtract 3 + 20 (co-ords - 3 + 20 = co-ords +17. Not co-ord - (3+20)... Not co-ords + 23)
Little confusing, but all that for such an obvious hide (in hindsight).
Cheers

First and second WPs sorted, onwards to #3. Joined by a family, so the retreaval was all in the timing.
Lovely little church, some real care has been put into the site.
Thanks for leading us here Booos and of course the cache. Gets a fave.

Found while on a day trip with fitzy and ZZ7...
Arrived at the church and soon had WP1 sorted. Calculations completed and WP2 was sorted. We mentioned that there was the possibility of a First Fleeter being buried here...and weren't surprised when we noticed one.....always enjoy finding something related to the first fleet.
Anyway, WP3 was sorted and off we went. Not sure what we could find there, but expanded our search and soon found a set of numbers that seemed that they would work....which they did. All was good and the log was signed.....once the guardian was removed from the top of the container!!
Thanks The Booos (had a name change I see) a fun little multi built around a neat area. Fav point from me......

9718 + 1093 = 10811. Found during a run up through this region with ZZ7 and Sol de Lune.
Left Canberra at 0630 and at -5 Degrees ! Drove to Colo Vale where we started our caching. What a lovely church and graveyard ! Found a First-Fleeter ! WP1 no probs. WP2 no probs. WP3 had us scratching our heads. Then we expanded the search and some numbers appeared which we used - and our calculated GZ proved to be good ! I extracted the cache - and discovered the cache guardian (Huge!). Signed, returned, and we were off to the next one.
Thanks again The Booos !!
TNLN - TFTC !!

What a great old building. This was a fun multi and it's always interesting to read the history of an area via its tombstones. When I retrieved the cache and was walking away to more stealthily sign it, I felt something move, looked down and saw A GIANT HUNTSMAN partly on the container and partly on my hand. I simultaneously flung everything in my hands to the ground and jumped backwards about 10 feet. So that was exciting. I picked up all the bits and bobs but left him some distance from GZ so I doubt if he'll be back in that spot anytime soon. Anyway, TFTC!
Love cemetery multi's.
WP1- didn't see the numbers straight away on the glass but after a close look they came to me.
WP2 coords were spot on and info spotted.
WP3- hmm, had a close look, is there something here??
Went back to check coords then it hit me where it could be.
Had GZ worked out, oh well better check it out. Wow, CIH, nice hide, TNLN, Thanks Booo'sDad

Out with salem he suggested getting this one as he was keen for this one but never got time to get out for it. Soon we found that Salem was terrible at writing numbers down. He readjusted his calculations (a calculated guess at a perticular way point lol) had us at the GZ and spot on 0m when at the cache... lucky bloke lol tftc
I stuffed up on the maths and ended up a little ways off where i thought id want to be. Made a small adjustment and had cache in hand with very accurate coords lol tftc
What a wonderful adventure!
We started off at a lovely and very nearby property for lunch and only had to drive around the block to get to this delightful churchyard.
Having a wonderfully enthusiastic and mathematically literate muggle with me was such a bonus.
We were able to nut this one out using scientific deduction, logic and good old fashioned fun!
Having almost given up for lack of time and a photographer with us who was keen to return to the farm, we suddenly and collectively had that 'light-bulb' moment, and with a flurry of determination we made it to GZ and had the cache in hand with a rousing shout of 'Hurrah' - and of course, smiles all around.
A well constructed multi puzzle I must say. The added bonus was that it gave us a good look around this final resting place of people with such historical significance and interesting lives.
Thanks you Booo'sDad for such an engaging activity. Well deserving of a favourite.
It must also be noted that St 'Matthews' (in the title) in this instance is certainly spelt with two 'T's' and 'defenitely' is definitely spelt 'definitely'!

YGAT and I love cemetery caches so we headed out from the Heritage Centre to attempt this one before making our long way home.
Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. We got to WP2 without any trouble but could not find a date at our calculated WP3. We did pass a likely date on our way to WP3 and tried these numbers and found ourselves back near WP2, but out in the open with no obvious hiding places.
We tried calculating using as bases both the listed and last calculated coordinates but neither approach worked. We also wandered about trying to spot likely hiding places but failed there too.
I’ll go over the figures again when I have time but I don’t know when we’ll be out this way again.
It’s a fantastic location though. Thanks Booo'sDad for setting up this multi here. We had favourite points all ready but sadly…

prepared and took a replacement container out today, but found the hide still where it was left safe and sound waiting to be found.
I really hate it when my math is correct but why would u send me there for nothing ....
I pulled up in the church yard realising that I had been here before; one of my best friends got married in this church! A pleasant stroll around the cemetery in the company of a very friendly whippet from the neighbour's yard, gathering the required information and then the cache - unfortunately the whippet wasn't giving any hints and I had to do it the hard way! Thanks Booo'sDad for the cache

This was a great graveyard to wander around, with a lovely simple constructed church. Good to see that it is still it use, TNLN thanks.
Booo and I got all the info needed and made the quick find this is a nice old church thanks BD for bringing us here
