Spent today kayaking around the Torrens Island mangroves and then made a slight diversion on the way back to grab this cache. Found in the first spot I looked, happy with that!
Daylight savings is here and its a glorious 26deg outside so Im on the bike after work working on the fitness while grabbing a cache of two along the way.Found this cache in the first place I felt, must have been drawn to it like a magnet TFTC
On our way home from a lovely afternoon visit. We took a few wrong turns, once we found our parking spot we headed to GZ. Looked in the logical place then widened our search, then went back to logical place and there it was. Thanks Freddo for the find. This photo always reminds me of Dexta
I rattled around this one for quite a bit, before realising just what it was. Dang, you had me frenchy. By the time I had adjusted for the crosswind I finally found the info needed and it was all croissants and baguettes after that.
Not looking to waste any time, this was the first target of the afternoon. I parked quite close and inspected absolutely everything and every place the cache wasnt before putting my hand on the hide. Thanks for the puzzle and cache Freddo. Cache and book in good condition. Yet another snappy magnet. Find #8863 at 4.35pm

I tried to solve this puzzle myself, but stuck. So, I asked for extra hint in one of the geocaching events, in February last year. And the extra hint is: which language?
With the extra hint, I solved the puzzle, in February last year. Then I tried to find the cache in April last year, but failed.
Today, since I was in the area, I tried to find this cache again, and surprisingly, it was a quick and easy find.
The cache container was covered by thick spider webs. I got rid of the webs and the spider, and grabbed the cache.
Tried hard to open the container, but finally opened it.
Signed the log book, then placed the cache back.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache, Freddo le grenouille.

doineedthis, OZGrumpy, kayche23, clive staples and this pineapple went on a walk to collect BFE's rainbow as well as a few other caches in the area.
I also made my way around Port Adelaide, Wingfield, Woodville North and Kilkenny afterwards to get a step closer to 3000 finds.
I ended up with 16 caches found with the group and 16 caches while on my own.
The weather was absolutely perfect and the group was awesome to be around so a good day all up.
I was now solo and on the hunt.
I can't believe I missed that, twice!
Anyway I found it now. Lots of bells and whistles going on here today...
Thanks Freddo for this mystery cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 2984 on the 22nd of April 2023.
I have hosted quite a few CITO's in my time, making huge differences thanks to the people who came along!
Whether you're out finding caches or just taking a stroll somewhere, remember to always be CITO-ing to help maintain our parks and reserves!

I solved this puzzle a bit earlier today and was in the area for a chance at a FTF, only for it to be disabled while looking for it due not being fully ready.
I thought I'd lift my spirits by finding this one when there's less traffic passing by, but failed that as well.
The darkness certainly didn't help.
Will place on the watch list and see what happens.
Thanks Freddo for the creative puzzle.

Today's weather was an absolute cracker for caching. Headed down towards the coast to collect half a dozen caches - a mix of letterboxes, trads and puzzle. I bombed on the multi I looked for as an elderly man was sitting on GZ quietly enjoying whatever were the contents of his thermos. It took me way to0 long to solve this puzzle...way, way, way too long. TFTC to all COs.
Finally found it signed as Brown Family 17 months after Davidwazza. Been looking at this one on and off since we restarted geocaching in July 2020, at first I look and thought, oh yes I know what that code is, but then quickly discounted as it didn’t work.
Eventually I reached out the the CO who pointed me in a direction that was wrong because I discounted one of the clues due to it not working the first time for me, I reached out to the CO a second time and reinstated my first option, and I never knew there were two types.

Took they kayak out again around the mangroves! The afternoon started out at a low tide, meaning a bit of wading was done to find some of these caches! A nice day out on the water with @Davidwazza , even with the wind picking up on our way home. Found this one on the drive home! TFTC!
I noted this puzzle being solved back on 8/11/2018. A new methodology that I hadn't encountered before, but there were enough clues in the puzzle to combine, with a set of coordinates revealing themselves.
This afternoon, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to do head outside while we still could (due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic), and do some kayaking around the Torrens Island mangroves. Our problem was that we had found a lot of the geocaches close to the boat ramp, so we were having to go ever more out to find these Terrain 5 caches. We launched from Garden Island, and it was a hard 3 km slog. It was made even more harder with us launching just after low tide, with a number of areas having to skim the bottom, and fighting the incoming high tide currents. More walking to the geocaches over the sand/mud flats was done more than usual, and once we had found only a handful of caches, the wind had changed and we were both tired that we called it a day. An invitation to be joined on a boat may be looking more favourable for my other unfound geocaches. A good session for exercise, and a lesson for the future is to time the outing more with high tide and better forecasted weather.
Today, I also needed a puzzle cache type for today's calendar day, so whilst driving back towards home, I made a stop near to GZ. It took me a few minutes to hunt around, and my first obvious locations didn't reveal anything, until I checked other spots. Eureka, a cache spotted. Such a strong strong magnet! The cache container and logbook were in good shape, although the container is getting fairly rusty, and I did have a little trouble in opening it. Thanks [@Freddo](http://coord.info/PR8C14) le grenouille for a nice puzzle, cache container, and ongoing maintenance efforts. Au revoir!

Woohoo! Solved this one a few weeks prior (with a hint from CO) but finally came out to find and sign the cache today. Little gloomy but still a great day to be out bike-caching! Thanks
We had been puzzling over this one for a few days while visiting from WA and staying in Semaphore. Working together this afternoon and we had a breakthrough we felt very conspicuous at GZ but made the find without much hassle. TFTC Monsieur Freddo, we are really enjoying your puzzles.
found with mogni after the A couple of Qlders in SA event. We where down this way to get my 8000th find and this was nearby so thought to grab it as well. Parking proved to be harder than making the find.
In the area with Sir Spectre on a night caching hunt to celebrate finding 8000 caches. This was a bonus to what we were hunting for.
I grew up in the part of Adelaide but not sure I had been here before.

A great day out walking to complete the rainbow series with e.gregory1. It rained for the first part but cleared off to make it quite a pleasant walk.
All the finds were fairly simple and didn’t take too long to find.
Collected a few other puzzles and trade along the way TFTC

I had planned to go out and find the Reel rainbow series of caches today with gridge98. However, the weather was not looking so good for a walk as we headed out, so we decided to try and find a few solved puzzle caches that were a little closer to the shelter of the car.
We parked close by and wandered over to GZ in the rain, grateful that at least we would be sheltered while searching. After searching what we thought were all the most obvious spots, we eventually found the cache in what was to be the obvious last place we looked. And the rain stopped.
Merci Freddo le grenouille pour le puzzle et la cache.

Earlier this week I was pondering over this puzzle as I thought the final may be in the vicinity of an ingredient I require for the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. It is but not the one I was expecting, and irritatingly had collected the ingredient close to this one the day I started looking at the puzzle, isn't it always the way.
One of my colleagues came into my office as the multicoloured heads were changing in a frenzy, hmm hard to disguise that I was not really in the middle of the stock take as I had claimed.....but I did have the stock take spread sheet open, honest!
At the cappuccino event yesterday some cachers were talking about the devious damned Freddo and a puzzle solving method was mentioned, the title of the puzzle was in French they recalled and that in itself was the clue to the solve. Wait a minute wasn't that the puzzle I had just looked at yesterday? Great coincidence.
So it was off to the office after the cappa and a quick solve.
Rex and I stopped on the way to work, after a small detour from our normal route to collect the prize, Rex thought this was a rather splendid place for a morning frolic. Nothing remotely French spotted at GZ.
TFTC and another adventure.

Out to grab some caches whilst the paint dries at home. The youngest member of TK found this one, signed log and left to find some more, puzzle was a bit tricky but we got there in the end with a tip from the CO. TFTC Freddo, that was fun!
Lucky I know my French and lucky to find too as I was about 21m away so I must have made a mistake. Just spotted such a good hiding place that I had to investigate further
Thanks Freddo

Only needed 1 more combination to fill in the the first loop of my D/T grid. So I enlisted the company of Locus Cache and Anymules for a paddle from Garden Island. Anymules and I got nine T5 caches and Locus four during our 11.5 km paddle. Left the boat ramp at about 2.00 p.m on the rising tide to get to our furthermost target at high tide. Strong winds made the going tough at times and we were all pretty stuffed by the end. [^] Coming back we hit a really strong wind in the river proper which pushed you backwards if you stopped paddling even for a second. We all made it back to the ramps about 9.45 pm. What a great afternoon / night on the water. Then of course I stopped for a couple of solved puzzles on the way home.
I felt out this little bugger after a bit of a dodgey park on the other side of the road. Thanks Freddo.

A great little puzzle this one was to solve. And there it sat it my solved puzzle list. Today I was heading past on my way for a paddle and saw it pop up on the screen. A quick park nearby and a short walk to GZ soon saw the evidence of the Frog's Power evidenced by B&J and the container was then quickly found. TFTC. 29/10/16, 12:21 pm Find #3009.

It took me a while to solve this one. I had to learn some of the tricks of the number trades that only a load of BFE and Freddo puzzle solves can teach you (and then they come up with new tricks!).
Another interesting GZ. I'm always fascinated by Freddo's ability to spy a good place for a hide even in an industrial area. Almost got muggled out by the driver of a large locomotive, but once he reversed onto a new track I had the place to myself. A quick find, sign and replace soon followed.

An interesting puzzle which opened my eyes to an alternative view of the world. Really a very yellow pages approach I guess.
At GZ the GPSr brought me in close. And then I saw it, the stigmata of the amphibian. It was a sign. And so rather than running the full gamut I was able to hone in immediately on the cache. Look for the sign of the frog's power when you visit.

Out with Owl, Andy C and Bek, 3 clever puzzle girls when the Owl mobile came screeching to a halt. While looking out Freddoish windmills, we managed to pick up this cache. Andy and I both got hints to finish our puzzle and Bek was doing the wonderous reverse cache solution methodology that several of us utilise when in each others company. Thanks Freddo we had a great day and we were aiming to do Freddo caches and only let the youngins do 1 of anothers caches. So much fun when you drive past caches and the kids are complaining in the back seat of the car.
Passing by with Doctor Owl, Aussie M&M and Andy Colombia and it was mentioned that we were passing the cache. So, with a flutter of wings, the owlmobile came to a screeching halt and we jumped out to find the cache. AC and I found it quickly and were trying to find/sign/replace before the other two arrived, but in our excitement we made a real racket and gave away our plan Time to go back to stealth school!

This was our first puzzle that make us scratch our heads we saw it and said .. easy .. Wrong !!! Until today I was caching out with the girls →Dr Owl, Aussie M&M and Beck the Raccoon← in a familiar area for me so I checked it one more time, got a important hint from them.. Doh !! Why we didn't try that. Anyway, we were around looking for a Windmill and Dr Owl just said here is here !!

Overthought this one, and then it just sat in the ever growing puzzle queue until I found a useful hint. Never knew Marie Antoinette had such trouble seeing. I guess that's why she mixed up bread with cake.
Finally with the coordinates in the GPSr I'd been waiting for a time to grab the cache. Donating blood was always the best time, but there were always muggles near GZ.
Today I tried again, but by the time I'd walked to GZ some muggles turned up yet again
Had a quick feel, but then I decided to sit and out wait them as the car was going to be stuck for a little while anyway. After several minutes (probably 10) they left and my car was free again, but more importantly I could have a good look without muggles present. Found the cache once I got my eyes at the right level, added my name to the log and then I was off again, knowing this smiley would finally clear a region on the Le Fevre peninsula.

Out caching the Port with JJ52 and locus cache after the CITO, we stopped here in this funny little place to pick up this puzzle. In Harry it was almost a driveby I thought JJ52's face was going to explode as she was trying to open the cache as it seemed to take every ounce of strength she had.
Then it was off home to actually solve the puzzle, and I'm pleased to say it was not necessary to harm any frogs or snails in the process.
Thanks for the puzzle and cache Freddo le grenouille.

Was in unfamiliar territory today for a nearby CITO and with Ismartis and locus cache we had a drive around the area stopping for a few caches along the way.
We stopped off here in a pretty desolate part of the Port and found the cache. The cache container was not giving up its log very easily, but finally after a lot of effort I was able to open it. No frogs or snails seen at GZ.
I was able to solve the puzzle when I returned home, luckily I had seen something similar and tried that and it worked...yay.

Found during a foray into the western suburbs on a great day for caching. Had the puzzle solved for a while now, just had to get down this way to locate it! Thanks for the hide Freddo!
Gotcha!
It was getting close to the end of a day's caching with an eagle eyed Tiger. I think the score was currently 5-0 and, since he'd found this one a while back, he let me find it all by myself.
Hooray! 5-1!

I had some gear to drop of and decided to extend the trip out this way to snag a blind Freddo cache. sushilord spent a lot of time trying to find the key to this puzzle (more like stumbling around in the dark with his cane the wrong way around) before something showed through.
Fortunately the cache was easier to find than solving the puzzle.

After solving this blinder of a puzzle I was amazed to find the checker said "NO". A quick check of my numbers and my work and still "NO". Contact the Frog; it turns out the Frog was blind when he entered the result in the checker. Frogs have very fat fingers, not much good for typing (but their eyesight is very good). The hide was less elusive than the solution. A quick stop with CoC on the way to a 'treasure hunt'. TFTC Freddo.

Found It!
I thought I knew what I was doing. I was close but not quite. I tried hundreds of incorrect methods. I rang for help. Help was also stumped. Eventually at today's Morialta assault there was someone who knew what they were doing. So a quick Google and solve was in order before tonight's event. Thankfully finding it at GZ was a lot easier!

Sacrebleu!! Monsieur Tardis a résolu!
I started on the right track, but then had doubts, and tried other things. A little steer from the Frog and I was back on track again and a solution quickly found.
On the way in to the International Caching Day event nearby, I made a quick stop to find the cache.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Freddo le grenouille.

In the car with FrogHoppin on the way the Locus's party when he stopped to get this one.
Great puzzle. Great use of the french language.... Mrs Scoobster speaks fluent French.... some being very colorful indeed.!!.. She's very proud of the fact that she's eaten frogs legs and a variety of other French delicacies - Mr scoobster thinks she's a Damn Folle!! But she just reminds him that he's " mari fou fou' !.. (if he ever decides to reserach that - she might have to move)
c'est la vie !!
Thank Freddo for the find.

Find 1936
Solved the puzzle without sending out an SOS.
The plan was to find the cache before the International Geocaching Day Dinner but went fishing instead.
This one that almost got away but was landed after counting seagulls on the way off the peninsula.
Thanks to Freddo for the cache.

A familiar twist on a cache we know well had us thinking for a bit but then we soon had the solution, quick find as we headed to the geo event at North Haven TFTC freddo
Woohoo! Argent for Malco!
Needed a nudge to get me on my way and was off investigating a lead when the penny finally dropped and the pieces fell into place.
Found on my way home from work and GZ has a nice shelter to provide some privacy when searching. Found in the first place I checked.
Thanks for the cache, Freddo. C'était son nom grâce?

Maybe because it was dark
Maybe because it was raining
Maybe because there was a security car parked only 50m away
Maybe because I was expecting a tricky hide
Maybe because the cache size was not specified at the time
Maybe because I only looked in tricky spots
Maybe because that spot would be the last spot I would put it myself
Maybe because I felt guilty as I wasn't the first to solve
Maybe because it was daylight
Maybe because I felt more comfortable in my hi-viz
Maybe because I checked the most obvious spot first a bit more thouroughly this time
Oh well elle est ce qu'elle est
and a (reluctant) *FTF* to boot.
Merci bien monsieur grenouille

Je dois être aveugle! Chaque coin a été fouillé. Beaucoup de voitures ont conduit passé, mais pas de cache trouvée. Je serai de retour.
Je Maintiendrai!
