Cute original cache, however it was destroyed. I have replaced the cache and kept the original in its spot.
Very cute cache, but it has been burned, and the log (if it is the log) is just ash.
After arriving in Alice yesterday , today was a 'rest' day before heading out of town to explore the surrounds - which also meant an opportunity for some caching .This was just a short walk away . TNLNSL.Thanks Griffs90.
On our travels we stopped to grab this cache, a nice quick find, Leonardo is still standing guard, thanks for placing it

Cool out of the way spot to visit. The container was also awesome. Log book has seen better days. TFTC
Funny find love the container super quick (thought it was in a tree but not as accurate)
Thanks griffs90 for the cache. It’s #1635 for us. We found your cache on 26 August 2022. Quick find along a dirt road
Find number 10978 at 2:45:51 pm on Thursday the 25 August 2022
Continuing our trip from Melbourne to Darwin and back, we are now on our way back home and spending a few days at Alice Springs to see the things we missed on the way up. Today we are visiting the Telegraph Station and the National Transport Museum.
But where’s the solar?

On a trip around oz with the family, grabbing dinner caches as I go! Nice quick find here, tftc!
LOG BOOK REPLACED WITH A DRY ONE. The 5 year old one was wet and falling to pieces.
A 2 month/11,000km road trip up north to Darwin, where it’s a lot warmer than here, Mrs Boomajarril & I packed up the caravan, geo-dogs, and left the 9°C cold weather behind. Found at 2.20pm after a 1km walk from the Transport Museum camp for a few days in The Alice.

All the caches in this section, I am grateful that there were driving tracks. When first looking at the map, I thought I might have had to walk it.
Cute cache. It is nice to see something different occasionally.

quick find. Targetted this cache since it had more than 20 fav points.
Mogni and myself went to the Northern Territory for a 10 day holiday. We drove 5478 km's in those 10 days. The plan was to go up the Sturt highway and then go via Ayers Rock, King's Canyon and then through to Alice Springs stopping at the gorges/chasm/gaps along the way. As you can expect nothing goes to plan. Day 1 Adelaide to Cooper Pedy, made it just before the Roxby Downs turn off and blow the side wall on the tire of the 4x4, 193 km detour just to get a tire and even then it was the second tire place that had the tire the correct size. We had camels come in to the campsite in Erldunda Roadhouse, they even left hoof prints 1/2 a foot from the tent, at King's Canyon we had dingo's come through the camp ground both nights we where there and at Alice springs we had a mouse move in under the tent in their campground. Some of the aboriginal towns we passed where in lock down because of covid 19 so no going in to get fuel there, that changed some plans. The floods where way worse up in Northern Territory than i realized. Some creeks/rivers i could see the debris over 2 meters from the river bed and down one 4x4 track it washed the road away completely, the hole was 3/4 the length of the 4x4 and over 6 foot deep. The temp was 33 to 36 for 9 of the 10 days and finally cooled down for the drive home. We got 7 different caches types in the N.T. plus every different cache size. It was a good trip but not the one we planned. To many of the roads in the N.T. where damaged and not repaired ( still closed ) so that cancelled plan A but that's just a excuse to come back isn't it. Come back and see what you missed last time when the roads are fixed. We came with 19 regular " geocaching size " containers and a milk crate of small containers by day 7 all the regulars where used as replaced caches and by day 8 the smalls where gone. It was the UV rays a lot more than the floods that killed the caches and almost all the log books where saved, the micro containers seemed to have constantly full log sheets so they where replaced too.

Sir_spectre and I went on a long overdue holiday to the Northern Territory. We had some great experiences and saw some amazing natural wonders. Not all went to plan - covid closures, flood effected roads, renovations, hot weather, some car troubles and not forgetting the huge jump in fuel costs
Any caches that needed repairs were fixed and numeous logs were replaced or added too.
Thanks to griffs90 from mogni

Found! What a throwback to my childhood. I wasn’t sure if there was a log or I just couldnt figure out how to open the container, but it was definitely there. TFTC.
Found during a trip from Adelaide to the northern tip of Australia and back. Traveling up solo along the Strzelecki Track to Innamincka, then through central Queensland to Quilpie, Blackall, Barcaldine, Hughendon and Ravenshoe to Cairns. In Cairns I met up with e.gregory1 and a non-cacher friend and spent three weeks on Cape York Peninsula before making our way back to Cairns and Mareeba. From there I headed on my own back home via Normanton and Karumba, Cloncurry, Mount Isa, Tennant Creek and back down the Stuart Highway through Alice Springs to Adelaide. All in all I spent six weeks on the road, visited many out of the way locations, enjoying the scenery and finding caches along the way. Thanks for the cache griffs90!
Think the geo app is playing up.
I found d this place easily and then the log left as easily! Cache has definitely seen less warm days and someone more prepared than I put another log in a more new container. Thank you for bringing me here.

This was easily my most favourite cache for the day so far. Geo sites is a but whacks and the cache IS intact, albeit needs a new log, and the smile was exactly what I needed today. Will adjust my log when on a computer.
We are doing a caching run this morning picking up a few treasures and this is one we found. We liked the container, the log is wet but we were able to sign it. Replaced as found. Thanks Griffs90.
Cache found very easily. Cache is in excellent condition and o loved the container.

The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

While staying at the National Road Transport Hall of Fame campground close by I decided to go for a bit of a drive around the area to find a few caches on our first full day in Alice Springs. [^]
I enjoyed driving on this undulating dirt track and finding the caches here.
This was a fun find thanks griffs90.

We have travelled from A (our home in SW of WA) to B via the Savannah Way with a two week unexpected detainment in Mackay which has set us back, now sadly travelling back to A via the Outback Way from Winton to Laverton
We have extra time in Alice than we planned so some extra caching is now happening. Gotta love that
I'd hate the the cache 'host' to be transporting the power, it would never get there

This is one of the caches I found and signed today.
