Logs
Walking between these caches was easier than jumping in & out of the car ! The log is saturated & needs replacing. TFTC Catony
I couldn't sign the cache as the content is filled with water with a soggy log inside all in bits and pieces. Needs maintenance. Thanks for the cache!
Quickly located only to find its contents swimming , inside was fill to the brim with water. Log book replaced and cache mobbed up and is good as new. TFTC
Out with Geokid3 on the last day of school hols.
Found it quickly, but it was saturated.
See the pic.
Could not even sign the log as it was mushy....
Maybe try to water proof (although the rain was torrential today)

Very easy, there is no other spot it could be. Cache was flooded though water got through everything including the log from the recent rain. Tried to dry it out but needs new log, too wet to write on.
TFTC!
This was a fun find given recent wet weather - with the cache popping out to say hello.

Australia and a few cache attend this trade for a smiley. Thanks for the nice round, so I could get to know the area better.
I found a lot of the 10000 steps caches. Had an amazing day, and a lot of walking. Thanks for a great series! Best regards from Germany.
Sorry, this container was full of water.

I took my Grandson G Caching yesterday, decided to pick up the rest of 10000 steps.
Arrived at GZ and soon located this one ( the hint made it too easy)
Left Rivoli Italy TB so it may continue its journey.
Logs were really wet and need replacing. Suspect the container wasn't sealed correctly.

Jumped into the tree for a 'close up' search and nearby squished the cache
Top hide.
The log is a little on the moist side. Pencil doesn't work but roller-ball seems to write okay.
Dropped in a "glass gem".
TFTC CATONY ... on to #9.

Nice place to hide, except that all the leaves were blown away. Logbook might need a night on the heater because of wetness.
And coins! Coins! Coins!

Found with chellemaree88. I added some pirate gold. The log is a bit soggy, but still able to be written on. TFTC.

We only did one of this series today, as it was right next the road we were on. We shall have to return to complete the series. Maybe walking, or maybe by bike.
The hollow this one is hiding in has filled with water, and some has got into the container. The log is really wet, and hard to sign. I tried to reposition the container out of the water, so hopefully no more will get in.
Thanks

We happened to be driving past and I saw this on the map. Canary humoured Toriaz and I, since he had already found it, and let us go look while he waited in the car. It was a nice easy find. Thanks
The tree gave me some good cover from the drizzle starting to fall. Decision time: head back to the car at loftus or continue and risk getting drenched? Continue on of course! TFTC
Reperio at 1655.
After attending an event in Wollongong earlier, I was headed home to Newcastle when I decided to make a short detour to find a few caches in the series. Arrived at GZ to find the cache sitting out in the open exposed. Placed it back in the obvious spot after signing the replacement log.
Gratias CATONY.

Back to the Steps series and this one was next on the agenda and on our walk. Quick find.
We found one cache in the 10000 Steps series last night. In the twilight and dark this afternoon and evening we went to look for some more in the series, Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache Catony.
A quick find on the coldest day since last July. Good to keep moving. TFTC CATONY
A welcome break and exercise while up in Sydney due to family illness. It was good to get out, even in the rain!

Was out in the open. Inside the tree but could be seen from the street.. Log very wet, dried out a little , and hidden better..
Easy find on my walking tour of Southerland. New dry log in place. 2nd to sign in. Thanks to whoever added it. Dropped a trackables from California. TFTC!!
I walked on from #9 and soon had CIH. Due to the sodden condition of the log book I was unable to sign it properly so I took a photo. Unfortunately, I had no supplies with me today so could not replace the log.
Thanks for the cache CATONY.

Yebo, am almost at Sutherland and got this one.
Whoever had found it previously, that wasn't nice, the cache was not closed properly, the logbook not in the bag, so now we had a pool in the cache and everything is wet wet wet.
Took photolog

I've never been in this area before and thought a 7am stop for some caches on the way south would be easy.
Not so, where do you park?????
Finally found somewhere and made my way to GZ.
An easy find, the cache was quite exposed sitting in a puddle of water. Sort of signed the log as it was so wet my pen wouldn't write properly.

Sistema was filled with water and log soaked. So I left log out of the baggie and cache on a makeshift raft on top of the "pond" with twigs and sorta dry leaf litter on top. Hopefully it will dry out.
11/18. Should knock over the whole series today at this rate. Found with brad elms TFTC
I thought I would have trouble getting this one, but it had a back entrance. Thanks for a good hide, easy with no-one around.
