I decided to try for a couple of these on the way back to the ranch. This was first and was a quick find at 18:40 and it was back to journey home.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks CATONY.

Arriving from Adelaide and heading for Wollongong, I stopped nearby for a snack and decided to grab a couple of nearby caches. A little bit more cover here and the ubiquitous caching container was soon spotted - but sans magnets. TFTC CATONY!
Nice old tin. Didn't have a pen to sign the log.

Nice cache in a cool location. Bit scary because of the busy highway but still interesting.
6202 Caches Found
Rumbled down the thin black line late last night through the Big Smoke towards the Sunderland Shire and uncharted Territory to try my hand at finding a few caches there in the cool of the dark. Thanks to all who made my evening memorable, Thanks for the adventure

Found with Geobro. Magnet has lost its attraction for this cache as there was no magnet to be seen.

a fairly quick find for the GeoBro and me .. 4th of the day for us on a trip southwards along the highway. TFTC
Smelly road alert!
Glue has given away the magnets, they're now stuck on the metal the container was stuck on.

Found with Wollaston. Could only see one magnet and it isn't clued to the cache any more.
Heeded the warning in an earlier log about sticking one's head out too far while searching ... he wasn't kidding! Don't think having a cycling helmet on would make much difference.
The magnets have come off again so might need maintenance with some adhesive.
TFTC CATONY ... on to #15.

Met illogic at this one. He had just found the cache and smirkwood and I signed it too. tftc
Ran into Illogic who'd already found it and was signing. Mandalf and I signed it before watching him put it back. TFTC
Phewww, don't poke your head out too far here or it will be taken off by passing speeders.
Found on the ground at GZ could have passed as rubbish but the tell tale araldite marks told where the magnets had been.
Found one magnet still on structure so pressed back into place and replaced in position.
May need a little TLC.

Reperio at 1600.
After attending an event in Wollongong earlier, I was headed home to Newcastle when I decided to make a short detour to find a few caches in the series. Found this one after a short walk from where I parked the car.
Gratias CATONY.

This was an easy park nearby and short walk to GZ, followed by a quick find due to the colour of the cache. We only visit this area rarely so have not been able to walk all of them, but enjoyed what we did complete. Thanks for this hide, the last one of the series for us.
Currently we are not in a position to do mainanance on our 10000 steps series, can the next finder please dry the container & replace the bag and or log book if they need replacing please, it would be much appreciated.
Cheers from CATONY.

I had the day in Sydney for work but that didn't stop me grabbing a few caches in the early morning or after I'd finished my work commitments.
I grabbed these few around Sutherland as I headed up. Having one eye on the many muggles that were out exercising or heading to work just heightened the thrill of the chase.
A nice easy find with 1000's going past at speed.
Thanks

No, not this time! I did get stuff in my hair and scratches on my arm for my trouble though.

Quick easy find although I did miss it on the first sweep through. And yes - spiky bush!
Reaching in to search for this cache was intense, glad it was a straight road. TFTC found with Percita.
Not really sure what passing motorists thought we were doing, luckily Gentleman Assassin spotted this one and managed a quick grab! TFTC
Up from Canberra visiting the family for the holidays...so why not take advantage of top weather and spend the day on a geomission around The Shire?
Next stop on this great series around the good 'ol Shire was this one After parking the car nearby and making the short stroll up to GZ, I had the cache in hand in seconds. YES! But then had to walk off with it when a muggle neighbour opened his gate lol. Waited a few minutes and then returned to make the replace after the muggle had gone. Extra fun with all the cars wizzing past!
Thanks for yet another, CATONY . Now on to the next....

#701.2 0950hrs the cycling duo from Jindy (without M) experienced the blast of wind from cars passing by your head when retrieving and replacing.
On Boxing day, I found all of the 10000 steps caches. Had an amazing day, and a lot of walking
Thanks for a great series! Best regards from Denmark

Another quick find this afternoon. Took a while waiting for the local muggles to walk past to return the cache to its spot
Walked up to my GZ and couldn't see it. Then looked the other way and spotted it. Geomum was still fiddling around with her phone which said 32m!! Thanks CATONY.
Decided to take the long way home to Canberra from my work visit to the big smoke. Saw the 10k steps and wished I had time to walk instead of driving by. But still a very enjoyable side trail.
TFTC CATONY,
What a great afternoon to undertake the 10,000 steps series. Attacked it with Muggle friends and nana nel. nana nel was poking around with a pen and allowed me to see it before she did.
Visited a group of trackables to get some excercise.

After doing my 10000 steps on the Royal National Park tracks today, despite the rain and Audley Weir being closed I was able to grab this on the way home.
Walked back from #15 and made a quick find.
