Tftc tassieexpat. On a weekend Engineers trip in the area and we had an hour to spend for lunch in San Remo. So opportunity knocked and I did a 3km circuit encompassing 4 caches. Found 2 of them within the 5 min time frame I gave myself. This was not one of them.
This one was quite tricky and took me quite a bit of crawling about before i eventually spotted the cheeky little blighter. In fact i was caught mid crawl by a couple of quiet muggles, they must have thought i was some sort of lunatic, only made worse when i mumbled a ridiculous excuse. The looks on their faces told the whole story. Every now and then i find it very therapeutic to skive off from what i really should be doing to enjoy some time in nature, walking, exploring, adventuring, or just being. These days, of course, that also includes geocaching. I was feeling a bit inundated and decided to head for the coast for a sea change, at least for a few days. Phillip Island has long been a favourite so i hit the road and after a busy drive through the city i finally arrive on the island and immediately felt myself beginning to relax. When i was young i enjoyed quite a few family holidays down here and some of my happiest memories were created on splendid days exploring the beaches and rocky coasts. I will certainly find some geocaches while im here but i will probably spend more time just walking and sight seeing i think. Rockwall Walk is find number 3,705 for me. A fun micro sized traditional cache I enjoyed finding as one of my caching adventures in Bass Coast Shire. I am logging this one on Wednesday 24 July 2024 at 11:44 am and the weather is Overcast Clouds 15C 58% 10 m/s . Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to enjoy tassieexpat.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Great little cache, didnt have pen as we werent planning on caching! Thanks Tassiexpat for the hide!
Find 3308Last time here we had a DNF although we really searched very thoroughly.Anyway today the cache was sighted within a minute.Log signed and all back safe as found. Thanks for bringing us here.
A nice quick find with +Wife after lunch on the Island with LyonsPride3. Erosion counter measures are very important.
Took a little bit to find but DottyDoo2024 managed to spot it! Blends into the natural surroundings well. Also Beautiful beach
Found while touring along the Great Ocean Road after crossing the ferry from Queescliff to Sorento and staying at San Remo for the night. A tricky hide here but got it after a bit of a search. Thanks for the cache tassieexpat!
Gee not going well today . our third DNF.I searched and searched at some stable coords and still couldn't sight it.
Took some time to stroll along the beach with LouJean70 after a delicious late breakfast at a local cafe. TFTC
As we were leaving our Phillip Island holiday, we did a little explore at San Remo. After lunch, we found this cache. Had to use a twig to get th we log out as it hadn't been put in the lid. Nice camo. My son chose to stay in the car, and he watched a lad look into an unattended car. Hmmm. Thanks for the cache.
Found it with the kids, really tucked away well, watch out for spiders we saw one that made us jump
Found a really cool sea shell (see pic). It looks like a mini pumpkin... finding this cache was not so easy. I looked everywhere, but there. A systematic search won the day finally finding the cache and signing it. It turned out to be such a pleasant day that l took off for a stroll along the beach.
Such a busy spot on a sunny but chilly winter's afternoon with lots of locals walking dogs or playing on the sand, even a nude bather in the distance. This took us much longer than it should have so we were glad to make the find. Thank you
Yet again, the bison had gone missing and the log sheet left. All replaced. Good to go.
Out of my own today while attending as great as convention at New Haven. This one took far longer than what should’ve started looking at the wrong in cash in good condition. Thanks for bringing me here
Took a little bit of a search, had a good idea of what we were looking for but was well hidden. Nice scenic view for reward also, TFTC
We took way longer than we should have trying to find this. Great view though. TFTC!
Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to tassieexpat for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Staying in Phillip island for a few days and ventured back to the mainland. On the way back stopped for a walk and some caches. Made the search for this harder than was needed, Easy but well hidden hide. TFTC
Stumped us for a moment, it took husband who is not normally on our geocache hunt to pick up hints from previous posts and found it in under a minute. Thanks for the cache
Found at 10:44
I don't know why I didn't check this spot at the very start. I should have known. Got there in the end.
Thanks tassieexpat for the cache

A quick find while taking the dog for a walk before we head home after the long weekend.
Lovely weekend of chilling and geocaching... Took a bit to find it. But a good camouflage in an obvious spot once I found it.
Third time looking and found it in 30 seconds! Not sure why we had soo much trouble with this one. Great camo and sneaky hide! Thanks for checking it was in the correct spot tassieexpat
I looked in all places that it could be tucked In and not in open, as I went to check other side I noticed the geo symbols on the sand next to ramp. I grabbed it and realised it was the cache I have now tucked in our of open but not sure if in exact spot. But true cachers will find.
Thanks for great spot to visit and c as it's 30 degrees today I'm going for a dip

Looked for ages.. but no find. There has been a storm since last find so maybe has moved?
The last cache In Philip island before the drive back to Melbourne. Was searching for a few minutes when my caching partner removed the cache. The cache was so well camouflaged they didn’t realise it was actually the cache until I saw it on the ground shortly afterwards. Logged and put back into original spot. will be back to Philip island for some more adventures. Thanks for the cache -WheatandYeet
Found it, wahoo!! Did have to flick through old posts for a clue - 5 kids on tow!!
Pelican feeding, fish and chips for lunch, dragged the pram through the sand and a geocache find with the cousins!! Little bit tricky to find, but very excited once we did.
Out on a wonderful evening with the bestie Blazer Triaz getting up to our normal way off caching (in the dark).Out on an adventure we go! Nice little hide, quick to collect and place back. TFTC
Out on a wonderful evening with Ms SmokeyBear, covering some territory we had yet to explore. Out on an adventure we go! Nice little hide, quick to collect and place back. TFTC
After my DNF last week, followed by someone else finding it two days later, I had to come back here this afternoon. Laid my hands right on it, easy! Cheers.
